You were looking for a person to play Rider, and considering its favorability (out of the other classes) was a unique challenge.

I had an idea of making Santa Claus but noped on that. Then there was Death as a Rider (With a combination of lore from Dullahans, Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and Death) but I aborted and making Davy Jones at this moment if that is okay with you.

@BubbleGumKingThat would depend on how that would work. Davy Jones would have some sort of reality marble world in the form of the locker, and I'm not sure how useful a ship would be in a city, which does have a coast, but most battles will be in the city leaving you land locked. I'd recommend using the Headless Horseman, Sakata Kintoki, or maybe even Medb. But if you have an idea for Jones you can give it a go.

However we also need a master for Caster I believe which comes with Rider's obligation unless someone else steps up for that.

Talking about Rider's NPs, I would have his Noble Phantasms being a Reality Marble that essentially 'draws in the tide of the ocean' and over a series of turn will eventually create an ocean if not stopped. Outside of simply flooding the area, it does little else than that unless used with his other Noble Phantasm.

I won't lie that I stole this from PotC (Pirates of the Carribean) but then summon the Flying Dutchman as an 'ace' up Rider's sleeve. Both the two represent the major folktales of tragedies from the seas and I would hoping to incorporate the two if it was possible. If not then its perfectly fine but I'll have to change some things!

(As for being the master of Caster, I will offer taking them as a master as well if no one else wants it.)

It sounds both under, and overpowered at the same time if you get what I'm trying to say. Without being near a water source you can't really draw in any water. And if you trap a person in the sea they're basically screwed unless they're able to fly in some manner. And if you can just warp people into a nearby body of water ala Iskander/Alexander the Great then that leads to all sorts of shenanigans. I'm kind of iffy on it and leaning towards saying no but if I'm getting it wrong then feel free to correct me.

@vancexentan I believe @Grey is mastering Caster, unless I am mistaken. I haven't really been keeping track of who was going with who, but that's what I have down for Caster's Master.
But if @BubbleGumKing don't mind mastering Caster and Grey doesn't object, then I'm all for it.

Also, in the case of Davy Jones' Noble Phantasm, the Reality Marble might be the most appropriate, because Davy Jones' Locker, but maybe not summoning the tide or the like. Or if that's too Op, then make it a "Territory Creation" skill like my Caster. But if you do that, then I don't know what kind of Noble Phantasm he would have. Maybe summoning the spirits of his crew or the like?
I dunno. Just putting in my two cents.

As I stated the most appropriate use for a davy jones phantasm would be his ship, or reality marble. But he needs to be on something half the time because Rider.

I was thinking of having Davy Jones riding with the tides as literally a bringer of the seas onto land; until he gets some progression to unlock his Ship Mount but, maybe I'll think of something else (I'm gonna pm you! @vancexentan)

Also @vancexentan if you take into account Francis Drake, then Davy Jones would be similar in that she has a ship for a Noble Phantasm.
But whatever, ultimately it's up to you and BubbleGumKing to reach a compromise ^-^

Who did Waver summon? Diarmuid? Also a lot of the summonings in zero were done with catalysts lol. Would be kinda hard to switch 'em all around like that.
