Lineage counts first; wealth a close second.
- Ouran Academy Motto
Ouran Academy is a prestigious high school for those who are rich and famous. Most who come here either have parents that are idols, models, company owners, and perhaps any other type of famous and big people. It isn't rare for someone of a lower class become apart of this school, but it isn't that common, either. In fact, so far, it has only been recorded that one person from a lower class has been apart of this school. But there could be multiple this year.
There are four Ouran school divisions; Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High, High School, and University. All of these divisions are on the same campus, so students can move and go wherever they please, without missing class, or course. They come to this private school for a reason. (Note: This RP will focus on the high school classes, but you may make characters for other divisions if you wish.)
The classes at Ouran Academy are very different from other Japanese schools. Which class a student get into depends on their family’s wealth, lineage, influence, and the student’s personal intelligence. Here are the classes and what it takes to get into one:
'A' Class - The "Elite" or Honor Roll (Grade + Pedigree Rank 100%) [The A class consists of the best students in the school, who match up well in both lineage and intelligence. Whether their parents paid extra or they influenced the headmaster is unknown.)
'B' Class (Grade + Pedigree Rank 70%) [The B class is more of second-best students, whose intelligence or lineage is not high up there. It can be likely that their parents influence or wealth is present here if they aren't that smart.)
'C' Class (Grade + Pedigree Rank 50%) [The C class consists of those who aren't very smart or don't have a great lineage at all. Very smart people can be here, even if their family name is barely known. Some parents can try to put wealth or influence, but this is what they can end up with.]
'D' Class - (Grade + Pedigree Rank 20%) [The D class is the lowest of the low. Their names are barely known or they aren't any kind of smart. Mostly consists of children from Yakuza affiliated families. No amount of influence or wealth was put into this class.]
Ouran Academy, like most private and public Japanese schools, have a dress code that all students need to follow. If these rules are not followed, it can result in a small suspension or just a rude scolding. They aren't as strict as most schools about it, but each division has their own sense of uniform.
Kindergarten:
Male and female uniforms are identical, though boys wear shorts and girls wear skirts. The top is a short-sleeved, tailored white over-blouse with a salmon sailor-collar and a peach neckerchief. The boys wear salmon shorts and the girls, a salmon pleated skirt.
Elementary:
Boys wear a dark green uniform consisting of short trousers and a double-breasted jacket with lapels, under which is worn a short-sleeved, white shirt and black loosely-bowed tie.
Girls wear a two-tone uniform consisting of a pink pleated skirt (hem variable, as long as dress code is followed) with a long-sleeved, white pullover top with pink cuffs and pink bib collar that covers the shoulders front and back, and a red loosely-bowed tie.
Junior High (Middle):
Boys wear straight black trousers and an ivory, concealed front-closure jacket, with a nehru collar and dark gold braid; an Ouran Academy seal is sewn onto the left side.
Girls wear a brown and white dress with a darker brown loosely-bowed tie decorating the v-neckline (with modesty panel) rising into a nautical-style collar; the dropped waist sits over a pleated skirt which may be short, but not revealing.
High School:
Boys wear straight black trousers and a pale blue blazer, under which is worn a long or short-sleeved white shirt and black Windsor-knotted silk tie, accented by a narrow purple band running vertically down its center length. An Ouran Academy seal is sewn onto the left breast. Black socks and loafers complete the uniform.
Girls wear a yellow fitted-bodice dress with a pointed white collar and red loosely-bowed tie; Juliet sleeves ending in a white cuff; and a skirt that is typically calf-length and somewhat puffy (petticoats used to maintain a bell shape). White tights and black or red shoes complete the uniform.
Now time to the part most of you have been waiting for: the clubs of Ouran. There are many clubs that you can join, all of them free to anyone willing to put up with the members.
The American Football Club:
A sports club that has a very large make fanbase. They play the American sport, Football (as the name says). At one point, they had a falling out with the Host club because of the American Football president hating the Host Vice President. The grudge is held to this day between the two.
The Black Magic Club:
Founded by Umehito Nekozawa. This club is known as some sort of an occult, though no one takes them seriously. They worship cat-figures and have a space in the North Building basement. Most members carry around a black cloak, either made of linen (hot weather) or wool (cold weather).
The Gardening Club:
The members of this club reside in the greenhouse in Ouran Academy. They grow multiple plants and vegetables, and always seem to love the dirt and sun. They grow vegetables for the clubs, especially the Animal-Breeding Club (Other Clubs).
The Host Club:
The most popular club in Ouran, founded by Tamaki Suhou and Kyoya Ootori. The Ouran Host Club is where the school's handsomest boys with too much time on their hands entertain young ladies who also have way too much time on their hands. Though they mostly consist of boys, girls can also be welcome as of this year, along with boy clients. They are found in Music Room #3 in the high school building.
The Newspaper Club:
This club isn't very popular with the school, since a lot of their news is a bunch of lies. But this year, the members have promised to tell only the truth and are open to looking for people. They are located on the second floor of Ouran Academy (high school).
Other Clubs-
Animal Breeding Club:
The club was created by a man named Satoshi Morinozuka, who intended to remake the Host Club with cute animals. Thus creating the Animal Breeding Club. The club works with the Gardening Club to feed and take care of rabbits, chicks, hamsters, tanuki, and red pandas.
No god-modding.

Be nice to your fellow rpers. No one will want to rp with you if you become a jerk, and I will have to excuse you from the rp.
You can have at least 2 characters, but that is the limit unless I have said otherwise. I don't want too many people having too many characters and lose track of them.

At least have one paragraph in your post. That may seem a lot, but a paragraph can be at least 4 sentences. Give us something to work with.
