Calvin took a moment to apprise Mondatta, and was pleased with what he saw. “Someone’s gotta know what’s going on. We can’t all be left in the dark like this.” He was calmer now, and took a moment to look over Mondatta, his eyes gleaming as he examined the exo-suit. “Beautiful craftsmanship on this thing. I don’t get any of the technological shit, but the suit itself is well-made. You can’t take it off, can you?” Calvin took a moment to chew on his lip. “I’m sure I could make something better, at least on the outside. Still, they knew what they were doing.” Talking about his craft grounded Calvin, and he was aware that sometimes he got a bit too involved in the subject. “Sorry. There’s a person under there, of course. My name’s Calvin. Mondatta, right? It’s good to meet you.” Calvin extended his gauntleted hand firmly.

Then the blood donor spoke up, and Calvin felt his own blood boil. “Oh my god. ‘Frickin language’? Give me a fucking break.” Calvin stepped forward, his face hardening. “Wrapping yourself up in some fucking bandages and being the Infinite blood donor doesn’t mean you get to shit on everyone who isn’t a fucking vampire. I’ve seen people who can barely breathe in this place, so don’t you fucking dare try and call me an idiot for being-“

Another, smaller bandaged girl in a large black coat and bare feet stepped between Calvin and Ice. ."Please be advised, the following presentation, has been approved for a mature audience only." The recorder spoke before being fast forward to another line." Please retain an air of calm control during public speaking." Calvin stepped back, incredulous, but she had a point. He was suddenly aware of the people surrounding him, and as he realized that, his anger dissipated in a rapid fashion. He turned back to Ice. “Chill the fuck out, Ice.” The words were terse, but not openly aggressive. “These people have better shit to worry about than two idiots losing their minds. Are we good?” He removed his glove, and offered his hand, waiting for a shake.

Once that had been resolved, he turned to look down the hall. “The bear said something about a theatre? We should probably head over, might find out something of use.” Calvin suddenly realized how little he knew of what was going on. It was terrifying. After a moment, he began to move down the hall. He ducked his head into the break room to see the Infinite Free Runner lounging, in a pose too pretty to be comfortable. Taking a deep breath, Calvin ducked into the room. “Hey, not trying to be an ass, but I’m pretty sure we should get going-“

His stomach betrayed him, emitting a low rumble. “Jeez. Guess some food won’t do no harm.” He ducked into the fridge and grabbed an apple. “Calvin. You’re…. Felix, right? Some parkour dude?” He took a bite. “I’m headed down. Thanks for pointing this out, man.” Calvin turned, and kept moving.

When he had been visiting Axis Mundi, and even when he had been placed there for his own injuries, Calvin had done his best to avoid other Infinites and their ilk. Although he was proud of his ability, and recognized the value of others’, he still found it difficult, as many Infinites do, to understand the many eccentricities that came with those who were dubbed some of the “best in the world”. Now, it looked like he had little choice.

Anyone can respond to her questions at the beginning, they weren't specifically to anyone, but she introduced herself to @Mateotis's character at the end there

Complaining about coffee was one thing, but to see a large gathering of Infinite in a single floor was another. If Krista hadn't been feeling so insulted by the two-toned teddy bear, she would've attempted to pay a little more attention to the names and their matching faces. She knew of a few — Mary Hanson, mainly. It was easy to recognize her, even from this distance. Krista would eagerly watched her stream after a particularly long day, enjoying what content she had to offer like any other fan.

"Are we the only ones here?" For a moment she felt concern fill her. What if this wasn't her brother playing some stupid prank — there was no way he would be able to orchestrate something as big as this from his hospital bed. Something was surely wrong, and some of the faces of the other Infinites around her made her feel like something was really wrong. "We're not in Axis Mundi anymore, are we?" The halls looked the same; everything looked the same but nothing felt right.

Krista's hands reached up for the strap that held her violin case against her back, a comforting weight in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. There was tension in the air towards one end of the hall, and she could only pick out the strange sound of a recorder being replayed and rewinded in the distance, as well as a recognizable voice introducing herself as MaryPie

Ohmygoditsactuallyher!

'Maybe I can go introduce myself to he—'

Nope. She's already gone.

Then there was the guy that snapped, looking pale and as if he's lost a little too much blood during his lifetime — wait, that rung a bell from earlier. The blood giver? That was an Infinite talent; and not some rude remark? She didn't know whether to be a little surprised or just confused. It was then they were joined by even more people

Seriously how many people are there!?

The way the grey haired man introduced himself was a strange one. With a poem so great, it was no wonder he was the Infinite Poet. While she couldn't remember the name, she could recall Trashykuma mocking him through a poem. Impressed, Krista stepped forward, her left hand clutching the case strap tightly and the other outstretched in front of her.

"It's nice to meet you! I'm Krista Müller!" Krista gave him her signature lopsided grin. There was no point worrying too much, surely there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Quill was a bit peeved that she didn't seem to be acknowledged, other than from some old man who rubbed her the wrong way. So she took out her compact and fixed her make-up. In her travel to the elevator, her appearance got smudged. As she did so she casually took a look at the group that formed.

Shona, the Infinite Knight, she recognized almost instantly. The only reason for that is because Shona has done a bit of modeling also. She heard of her before. That equaled a decent amount of respect in her book.

The Infinite Poet began spouting off some nonsense that seemed like needless words. However, his attitude was refreshing, especially with their current surroundings.

The Infinite Web Designer and Infinite Streamer caught her attention next. She figured the two must have heard of her before, or at least saw and/or referenced her in their jobs. MaryPie though? Not the handle she would have chosen, but it worked for the girl, she had to give her credit there.

The Infinite Monk seemed calm, which is to be expected. The Infinite Blood Donor (THAT was a talent?) looked creepy in bandages, but not as creepy as the other girl who spoke via tape recorder. Who does that? Was her voice gone? She figured it must be to draw attention and that she gave the girl credit for.

The Infinite Politician was neither here nor there for her. She didn't like politics.

Krista, the Infinite Violinist, she recognized as she heard her music before. She was quite good and very talented. They played her music during a fashion show once and she remembered asking who played.

The others she didn't recognize and that suited her just fine. Perhaps introductions would be happening soon, though she figured they had to know of her. She put her compact away and leaned against the wall.

That girl seemed a little whack, not even seeming any scared of the present situation and just suddenly running off to who knows where through the exit way. All that energy made Ice feel his ever-present headache and nausea get worse, she was acting like some kind of energizer bunny. The guy in the suit, the Infinite Monk, came closer and offered his greetings. Seemed that some serious shit had gone down to cause him to be stuff in a tin can. There also seemed to be a child there as well. Ice quickly checked his pockets and gave a small sigh of relief... He still had some candy left in his pockets. There was something that maniac stuffed toy had said about the little one... But he couldn't remember what. Anyway, Ice bent down for a second and dropped a candy into Kara's hand, before standing back up and facing the rest of the group.

When the girl started playing stuff off on the cassette tape again, Ice ignored it. The old-fashioned electronic grated on his nerves and made him want to break things, the cassette being number one on his list. Since she wasn't offering to talk from her own piehole, he wasn't about to take away her only means of communication, however. Aleecia was listening intently to the recordings, looking completely lost, they were sounded off in the same place from seemingly the same device, but all the voices were different. If she didn't figure out what was going on soon, all the trying to understand would make her head start to spin. "W-What is that device used for?" She voiced out.

It seemed Aleecia wasn't going to get her answer, because suddenly, Ice had flown off the handle. The man she had woken up to had given her a little help and comfort even though she hadn't asked for it, and to hear him talk like that made her flinch. The new guy was fighting back with words and it was all making Aleecia start to tremble all over again.

Ice didn't much care for Calvin's attitude, the boy must have been at least a good six years younger than him and probably hadn't even gotten through his schooling yet. If he wanted to get the upper hand in this battle, Calvin took the route. Isaiah didn't give a shit what the boy said about him, nothing he said was worse than what he thought about himself anyway. Before the bandaged girl could even interfere, Ice was already starting to talk over Calvin, "I'm talking as your elder little boy-"

But the girl did step in before he could get any further, if he wasn't so wrapped up in his 'talk' with Calvin, the Infinite Blood Donor probably would have thought up another comment about her and how she should definitely have shoes, or at least socks on. "Please be advised, the following presentation, has been approved for a mature audience only." The recorder spoke before being fast forward to another line." Please retain an air of calm control during public speaking." While Calvin looked surprised and his anger started going down, nothing had been done to calm down Ice's annoyance, maybe it had even shot up a notch.

“Chill the fuck out, Ice.”

Now that made Ice want to smile a little, it was a pretty good last word. If he didn't want to continue to get this show on the road, Ice would have snapped back, but whatever. But Ice wasn't the human touch kind of person, and instead of shaking Calvin's hand, he just gave a curt nod and started walking over to the exit way. The man surveyed around and leaned against the wall, looking at the area. Next to the exit way was some kind of store that didn't have any lights on and there was a group of people standing at another set of elevators. Ice stayed where he was and just let the other group catch sight of him, not wanting to interact with anyone else.

The Infinite Monk had come up to her, speaking that they should get along, he seemed totally accepting of his condition, but Aleecia guessed that was to be expected. She gave him a nod and asked, "So... Your body is made of... what exactly?" She gave him a small smile and took a step closer, her hand reaching out in front of her. Really, she wanted to be able to feel this mechanical body, it seemed so other worldly or future compared to the world she had last seen eight years ago.

Caora Uan Artzain

Whilst Caora was busy trying to wrench Daimyon and Cyrus' arms out of their sockets, he didn't realise he had a secret admirer until it was too late. He barely had time to turn around before he was pressed into a soft pillowy pit of doom.

Everything went dark. It was soft and warm, but hard to breathe. But no matter how hard the poor boy tried to disentangle himself, he was held firmly in place by a very loud and stupidly strong set of arms. His desperate pleas for help and mercy were stolen away, leaving him helpless.

As he struggled, he heard a voice. It was soft and welcoming, with a distinctly English accent.
"Hello, Caora."

H-huh? Who was there, he wondered, and what did the want with his face?

"Come play with us, Caora~" whispered another voice, similar to the first but ever so slightly different.

So there were two things holding him here? Were the sharing him? And what game did they want to play? Not this one, he hoped. It was way too sore.

The voices spoke in unison. "Play with us, Caora. Play with us forever and ever and ever~"

He didn't want to play. He certainly didnt want to play forever. Who wanted to play the same game forever and ever? Booo-ring!

Just as it looked like all hope was lost, the monster that had snagged him decided to let go. The little trap staggered backwards, taking big breaths to recover from the big breasts.
When his breathing was steady, he got a good look at his assailant. It wasn't a monster at all! It was...

"Boobie Lady!?" he gasped girlishly. Why was she trying to hurt him? Had he made her upset? He didn't mean to! He hadn't even said anything to her! And yet she had big red cheeks and her teeth were showing, a bit like how Uncle looked when he was angry.

"Wh-why would you d-do that to me..?" he whimpered sadly, with big wet eyes and a trembling little pout. He looked so hurt, but also incredibly adorable. It was the sort of look that could have made Ted Bundy feel bad.

Not far away from the Cleavage Killer was a, I kid you not, an actual MUMMY standing there! The mummy spoke strangely - it pressed a tape recorder thing that said its words for it, instead of using its words. It seemed far more interested in the Mammaried Mutilator than he, so he chose to gave it a wide berth. You could never be too careful with Mummies. Anubis wouldn't be too happy if someone messes with his creation.

Looking over the Pillowy Punisher's shoulder, he caught sight of a girl leaning against the wall. She was... Feather Pen, if memory served him right. The one that the bear said was made of plastic? Yeah, definitely good Ol' Feather Pen! She looked lonely, being by herself. Maybe he could say hi?

Or, more importantly, he could go see if she was ACTUALLY made of plastic. That sounded cool!

He skipped past the Tittied Terror and pranced up to Quill. For a second he stopped and just looked really hard at her. She didn't LOOK like she was made of plastic. But he couldn't be sure. Only one way to find out!

*Boop*

"The Teddy lied. You aren't made of plastic at all" he thought out loud, almost disappointed at the discovery.
Capra's finger was gently pressed against the tip of Quill's nose. It stayed there a while whilst he tried to determine if it was skin or material. It seemed to be the former.

He cocked his head and looked up at her, puzzled. If she wasn't made of plastic, why did the Teddy say she was? Did he not know? That seemed silly to just think she was plastic, didn't it?

"Maybe he thought no one could be that pretty and be real?" he questioned innocently.

Mason didn't get an answer from neither Shona or Davis when he asked them a question, in fact Davis was glaring at him with anger the Bear's word seemingly gotten to him. Mason let out a defeated sigh and walked away from the two and everybody else. He felt invisible compared to everybody else's more visible personality, so he might as well be of some use and look around the basement and look for a clue as to what the hell is happening. And he didn't feel like being around so many noisy and loud people at once, as he didn't have his morning coffee yet and he still had a head splitting migraine.

He was heading down the basement hall past the large clearing to his right and even more elevators until he arrived to a hallway with many more doors on each side, when Mason tried to open the nearest door it was locked tight, if he had to take a guess the card reader next to each door opens the room up when a key card is used, but at the moment Mason didn't any key cards in his procession, all he had was an MP3 Player, his wallet but all it had was his personal cards and a discount card to Starbucks, his house keys which he wondered why the kidnapper let him keep these, and one other thing but he knew it would be useless at a time like this, if anything it might cause trouble if he pulled it out.

Mason let out another defeated sigh, he just continued walking down the hall while trying in vain to open each door as he walked past them. Until finally he arrived to the bend of the hall and when he looked down the hall he seen more doors, but one door was different, it was at the very end of the hall and it was a double door at that and it didn't have a card reader next to it.

Mason walked towards the double door, he completely ignored the other doors knowing full well they were locked until he was right in front of it he lifted his hand up to the handle and pulled it towards himself which opened up to a large room with a fountain and even more rooms, it was much more open and less claustrophobic then the previous room, Mason walked past the fountain, Mason didn't know where to start looking for clues, so for a moment he just look down at the fountain, "What did I do to be trapped here..." he mumbled as he tried to find an answer in his memories but nothing seemed important enough to trap him here, unless getting somebody's order wrong is enough reason to trap him here then he can think of two people if that's the case, but that would be too unreasonable. But why are the others in the other room here for? Mason let out a frustrated sigh and started to pace around the room deciding which room to go into first.

When Mary was approached by Rika, she first didn't notice her, but when she played her tape, she stared at the burnt woman, trying to hide her disgust while figuring out what she meant. "Huh? I guess you didn't like that? Well too bad, cause Cookie's all mi-"
Mary said while attempting another hug, but instead was met with rejection. She blinked in response. "What's the matter, Cookie? Don't you like hugs They're nothing to be afraid of, so why are you so...Sad...Awww..."
Mary was entranced by his puppy-dog eyes, and when she recovered he was already gone. When Mary saw who he was with, he bit his thumbnail in an irritated fashion. OHH NOOOO, it's Quill Kennedy! She's my idol! She's so trendy and beautiful, and now she's stolen my sweet Cookie away! I don't want to believe it, but...She's now my rival for Cookie's affection!
Mary took a vigilant posture, her eyes filled with determination.
Oh, two can play that game. Cookie...Before we're out of here, I'll make you mine, one way or another!

Mondatta answered Aleecia: "I don't know the details, but apparently it is a special alloy with both durability and flexibility. It is also fitted with useful conveniences, like a wristwatch." When Aleecia moved her hand towards him, the monk responded by slowly touching it with the palm of his metallic gauntlet. Whether she pulled away in fright or not, Mondatta retracted his hand afterwards. [color=gray]"I feel that you are one with the universe, and may have more foresight than the rest of us present." He began to walk away. "I look forward to talking with you another time."

Mondatta returned back to the primary group, and continued his conversation with Calvin, shaking his gauntlet with his own. "Greetings, mister Ibbott. Yes, it was crafted solely for me to use. Unfortunately, it also means I cannot remove it; among other things, it supports my limbs, and also regulates my biological functions. I can open small hatches on some parts, but it only opens fully when it doesn't detect a heartbeat anymore inside. But I have accepted this, and am glad that I have been given a new chance to teach inner peace."
Mondatta's eyebrows lifted, signalling joy; the monk seemed glad that he was accepted, despite looking strange. Perhaps with the situation they were in, a monk in a robotic suit was light in weirdness.

The infinite poet seemed like an honest and good man, despite his tendency to talk somewhat strangely in rhyme. Then again, infinites were bound to their talents. He had no idea where they were, but every ally in an unknown situation could prove a valuable asset. That said, he was unsure whether or not the girl…guy…thing… was something he felt the need to acquaintance himself with, something he didn’t even get the chance to do as Caora left them as whimsically as it came. It (as he decided to refer to the creature for now) seemed a little too carefree for the situation it was in, or maybe it truly had no reason to care? Perhaps that one was worth keeping an eye on.

”Most certainly.” Cyrus said to the poet, and nodded in agreeance to going towards a small group that was visible in the distance. It was quite apparent that they were all caught in what could only be described as a great unknown. In that light, the more minds they gathered, the better their chances of getting out of this situation safely would become. Though he had no idea what the bear was planning, he doubt he simply invited them all for a cup of tea. They might be in the cave of the bear, so to speak, and that was never a safe place to be. He shook his head at the poet as they walked Last thing I remember is taking a nap in my hospital bed. Unfortunately I know just as much as you do as to how I woke up there, I reckon.” He then thought for a little ”I never oversleep though, and I definitely slept longer than the planned ten minutes. I assume they kept us asleep chemically.

They joined the group just in time to see the infinite knight walk off. A pity, he was certain he would get along with someone who embraced the code of chivalry. He had to make a mental note to talk to the woman later.

He gave a short chuckle after the poet finished his introduction. He then adjusted his tie slightly as he spoke up.I am afraid my opening is not quite as extravagant. I am Cyrus Brandon. Let us all get along.” He showed them a friendly and confident smile as he observed his company. He recognized their faces, but had only heard of a few. He knew he had seen the model somewhere before, and he believed he had heard the violinist’s breakthrough composition before. The rest might as well have been strangers had the bear not bothered to introduce them. He figured they’d return introductions.

Shaun Ellen

~ Meet and Greet ~

The boy looked up at the Infinite Knight as she greeted him back. To him, Shona seemed nice. While, yes, Knights weren't supposed to be the bad guys, she seemed softer than he might have expected her to be. Just as calm, though, as she took point in leading the group. The change wasn't exactly drastic, nor unexpected, but noticeable. She gave her orders, and walked away - leaving the rabble that was the group to fend for themselves.

“What the hell did you do?!”

Slightly taken aback by the comment, he uncomfortably shifted away from Davis a short ways to but some distance between them.
"I-I didn't do a-anything..!" which was true. Prevented from replying further, his head swivelled towards the slightly familiar voice of... As unlikely as it seemed, MaryPie - or that was how he referred to her after opting not to remember her last name - strolling up from from the corridor to their behind, with a metal man on her tail. Spotting him, she immediately ran up and clasped his hand; eliciting a slight start from him. Shaun looked upon her with a slightly dazed expression - being more worried about her composure than their apparent kidnapping - and idly listened to the reasons she had compiled in the brief seconds she noticed him.

"I-I'm here 'cause I was i-ill... A-and anyway, h-how you'd know I-I-I a g-girlfriend..!?" he exclaimed through a slight blush, never really raising his voice beyond that of a slightly louder statement; which was considerable, noting his generally quiet tone. Their conversation, however, was cut short by a short, rather pretty female whom had approached with notable speed and clung herself to the large metal man that stood a short ways away.

Wait, was that..? What did the bear say... Trap... Tr-trap?! The boy's blush slightly deepened realising the mistake, and profusely apologised in his head to the gir-BOY! Mary, quickly forgetting their conversation, immediately left the area containing Shaun and proceeded to smother the poor boy, whilst another Infinite - whose name and talent had completely escaped him - played recordings from a small device at her side, which contained endlessly entertaining phrases; such as "Put your shoe on your head!" now available at your local store, £39.99, terms and conditions apply.

Around himself Shaun observed more and more people, Infinites as previously mentioned by their host Monokuma, congregating around the halls as they exited their elevators and stepped out into the light of their prison. He wasn't entirely sure what was happening, but that wasn't what was preoccupying his mind. More-so, it was the who and the how and the why of the situation that perplexed him.

If he was understanding it correctly, someone had managed to enter one of the largest and well funded hospitals in the world, kidnapped 17 - maybe more - Infinites, and dumped them all in modified elevators, without being caught by CCTV or employees. That, in of itself, spoke to him as Infinite status. Meaning whoever enacted this event was affiliated with the Infinite Initiative in some way, be it in a positive or negative light. Who knew? They might have been a high ranking member... Access to patients for one-to-one meetings, possible control over admin only areas and any such technology that was was present, including CCTV... Even the electronic chemical dispensers that they were bound to have, connected to storage's of aesthetics and similar with which they could dose them; not to mention that chances were they could delete the records of said stealing of resources. They could always have been someone who favoured them negatively, however... It didn't seem likely. Not unless that person was like Davis, who "cheats the system", as Monokuma so eloquently put it, or that person had multiple Infinite talents - such as advanced learning, or mimicry.

Shaun glanced around a bit, taking in the faces or the people surrounding him. What if it really was Davis, Mr Perfection. Probably not. Not that there was much point in attempting to deduce their identity, since he hadn't a clue as to anyone's backgrounds or personalities. Well, maybe Mary's, but the chances of her orchestrating a large scale kidnapping were below zero simply because - to Shaun at least - it seemed unlikely she had the mental capacity to register the activities of more than five people at once. Though she was nice, so he'd give her that.

Stepping away from the group, he placed himself with his back to the wall - idly watching the interactions of the people. He wasn't good with socialising, nor people if he was being honest to himself. It might have seemed odd, but he preferred it when he was on his own. It was more peaceful that way, with less distractions.

The building was starting to shake. Some of the Infinites noticed chips of paint bouncing off the ground or falling off the walls. Next came the sound. It was hard to make out at first but anyone who ever heard a horse run knew that several of them were headed their way. Everyone's eyes were drawn towards the hospital wing, where they could make out something riding out of the darkness. There were four of them, all on horses colored like Monokuma. The horses were not living creatures, but soulless beasts made of steel. They looked real from a distance, but upon closer inspection the rivet work was more obvious. The riders all looked like school girls, black and white sailor suits. At least they looked like girls, as a closer look at their limbs revealed obvious doll joints. They were all blond, and their hair was held into pigtails by with some Monokuma bear ties. But the styling of each one was a bit different. They stopped side by side before the Infinites.

“Hi-hi!” One of them said in a cute voice. Her hair looked more like a skunk's tails than pig tails. She held a large pointy spear in her hand, and twirled it with great speed. “I'm Alexandria! And these are my sisters!”

The next one had very spiky pigtails. Her forearms were giant chain guns with her hands sticking out of the center. “I don't give a shit about being part of some sisterhood.” The punk snorted. “But I'm hella stoked to shoot something!” The chambers on her arms started to wind up. “I'm Geina, by the way. Better make sure you can handle me before swinging that name around though.”

The second from the last had... breezy hair? It seemed to be caught in some gentle wind that only affected her hair. She held onto a katana, but didn't seem very interested in showing off with it. She was the only one not making eye contact with anyone, looking away With a wistful expression. “What's the point?” Her voice sounded distant. “There's too many of us. No one will remember I'm Nariko. And even if they do, it will only be because they feel sorry for me.” Her eyes shut with a click.

“Oh hush!” The last one was the only one wearing a crown, and sounded like a queen. She wore a prideful smile and wielded a lance in one hand and a pirate's cannon under her other arm. “There is no name worth remembering other than mine. For I am Willow, and leading our sisterhood, or anyone for that matter, is my birthright!” Her horse trot ahead of the others. Willow's horse trot right past the infinites. “Dr Killgood, my father, has entrusted your care to me. Come now peasants, it's high time you learned why you were summoned.”

Davis leaned in close to Shona. “Think you can take them?”

Shona looked over her shoulder at Davis. “Not with a wooden sword. How about you Mr Conquest? Got any tricks up your sleeve?”

“Ehhh...”

“It's fine.” Shona looked ahead. “We never would have woken up if they just wanted to kill us. Let's just do what they want for now.”

After the sisterhood rounded up the infinites, they marched further down a hall into the resort area of Axis Mundi.

The four teenage horse riding robots didn't give the infinites much opportunity to look around. They moved rather swiftly and didn't seem to care if the people they were escorting got trampled. Though the slower patients got special treatment. Nariko had placed Aleecia on her lap so that everyone could move at the pace the horsemen wanted. Once they entered the resort, they made a bee line for the theater and guided everyone inside.

“Alright, peasants.” The queenly Willow barked. “Take a seat and grant audience to our benevolent doctor.” At this point Nariko lowered Aleecia into a seat and wordlessly stepped away.

The theater was massive, and could easily seat a thousand people comfortably. That was without counting the various tiers of overhead balconies. One would think that all those balconies would create quite a bit of shadow, but the vibrant red and gold colors of the theater were illuminated very well. The seats were surprisingly comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch their legs. The only thing that could have made the experience more enjoyable was if they were under different circumstances.

“Buckle up buttercup.” Geina said from behind their seats. “Because you'd better not even think about leaving here while the show's playing. Shit's as annoying as hell! You should have taken that bathroom break before the show started!”

There was no waiting after that. The curtains drew back and Dr Monokuma Killgood popped up into the air and landed on a podium. It looked like something you'd expect to see in a cartoon.

“Hello everyone! I'm sure you couldn't possibly forget me but... It's your good doctor Monokuma here!”

"Hey, so what's this Theater treatment thing you mentioned, you two-tone furry ass?" Mason asked the deranged bear while giving it an angry glare.

Monokuma sighed and pouted. “Mason, really?” He looked down at his pawss. “I gave you such a good write up, and you completely overlook my third color? My eye? That's so insensitive. You know it could be a really cute Japanese school girl with great fashion sense controlling me right now... or is that the problem?” The bear lumbered to his feet. “Anywho, theater therapy is really simple. You're in a theater, and now you get therapy!” He put out his paw. “It's experimental, and I didn't follow the directions very closely, but I feel it could do wonders for my patients!”

Ice has his fists clenched at his sides, "How are you possibly going to take care of these poor innocent patients from all the way over there?"

“With my words, my blood donating hero. My words are like the spells flung from a priest's hands in an RPG game. The knowledge contained within my words can heal souls...or fill them with despair.” The knot in everyone's chest got tighter at the mention of that word. “The REAL therapy actually comes from playing a game. It's a very old game, one that hasn't been played for an entire decade. There's a few new twists in this one, but it still all boils down to the exact same thing. So you're basically stuck in this building. However...” Monokuma cleared his throat. “If you can kill one of your friends and get away with it, you can leave.” There was a long silence after Dr Killgood's statement. “Phew! Thank goodness! I was so sure at least one of you were going to doubt I was serious.”

Shona gave the bear a sideways glance. “Is killing each other really the only way to leave?”

“Hmmmm...” Monokuma tipped his head and stroked his chin. “Well, I guess it is possible to leave without killing anyone. But a lot of other people would still have to die. Regardless of how you look at it, someone has to murder someone.”

Aleecia spoke up. "Can't you let the younger ones go?"

“Actually... I can't.” Monokuma lowered his head. “Well I mean I could, but I don't want to. Besides!” The bear's head popped back up. “People much younger than the ones here have died to this game. People younger than this have KILLED in this game. So there's your silver lining right?”

"And what if none of us decide to kill each other? Felix said while spreading his arms.

“Oh that's an easy one.” Monokuma threw out his stubbly little arms, possibly to mock Felix. “You stay here forever and ever and ever and ever! It's like a fairytale without a happy ending.” The bear deepened his voice. “...And then Rapunzel stood in her tower for the rest of her days, the end. Hmm...”

W-Why would you do this to us? Why on earth would you trap us here!? Kara held her hands close to her chest.

“I'm not the one who trapped you, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't get 'something' out of it. A lot out of it actually!” Monokuma cupped his paws around his mouth and started to whisper. His voice was carried across the theater so well that it seemed like he was whispering in everyone's ear. “What if I told you, that dis-bear, likes despair?” He lowered his arms and shouted. “I want to see all of your miserable faces twisted in despair!”

Mary put her hands to her hips and sighed: "Geez Louise, don't you have anything better to do with your time? This is overkill."

Monokuma lifted up his paw and extended his claws. “Overkill is what's going to happen when one of you finally decides to get out of here, phu phu phu phu!” The bear calmly lowered his arm. “And no, I think if you're going to do something, you gotta give it your one-hundred-and-twenty-percent!” The bear waddled forward a few steps. “Anyway, this was the first session of your theater therapy, and I do believe it was a success. I'll take your questions...now!”

"Yea, I've got a question." Davis folded one leg over the other. "How are the sleeping arrangements in this shit hole?"

“For a hospital they're really nice!” Monokuma beamed with excitement. “We've taken the liberty of modifying each patient's room to the specs of the Infinite that will inhabit it. When I'm done answering questions, everyone will get their key cards.”

Quill was next. "What about clothing? Surely you don't expect us to wear the same clothes over and over again?"

“I do not! I am well aware of how vain humans can be, and am aware that they need to shed their outer layers regularly to keep their self esteem up. I mean, how can we expect you to kill without adequate self esteem?” With a sigh, the bear pointed off stage. “Your rooms will have whatever you brought with you to Axis Mundi which... is a lot in your case.”

Rika played one of her tapes. "May I pet you?"

“Hmmmmm...” Monokuma pondered. “Can you? Maybe. Will you still have your hand? Unlikely. If I ever need a pattah-cure, I';ll let you know.”

The mummy played another tape."Cutting down the cast of characters is usually done by the casting director, how come you won't do the deed yourself?"

“This is a reenactment! The script is completely out of my paws.” The bear lifted his paw up as if to show his paws were empty. “Me killing you would betray the purpose. It's more fun to convince you to kill each other!”

Calvin, after having bit his tongue for a time, interjected. "How'd you get the goons? Are they playing?" He eyed them warily.

“Guys!” Alexandria chirped. “He's talking about us! And looking at us 'that' way! I bet it's because he's a blacksmith who can appreciate our alloys and circuitry and lots of other big words.”

Geina lowered her arms. “W-what? Uhm. I've never. I mean-” She placed a hand on her chest. “C-could you make me a bad ass war ax? I'm so sick of these bitches making fun of the fact that I don't got a metal blade!”

Nariko even looked a little flustered by the news, and actually made eye contact with Calvin. “Nariko got s-senpai's attention? Nariko Kawaii desu? Calvin Kamikaze!”

Willow snorted. “I'm not sure what depravity my sisters are participating in, but whatever you plan on doing to them, you should do it to me first.” Some LED lights under her cheeks kicked on, giving her the appearance of blushing. “Y-you are talking about... installing... upgrades right?”

Alexandria shrieked. “Willow! How can you say something so indecent!?”

“SILENCE!” On monokuma's command, the other robots quieted down. “Firstly, young Ibbs, do not give them any more attention then you need to. They are delirious, even by my standards.” The bear gave the school girls a scornful glare. “But if you wish to know their origins, there's an underground roller coaster on this floor called the Tower of Carnage. They were okay, a little scary for the mood of the game you're all partaking in. But as Dr Killgood, I was able to give them a good ol' MONOKUMAFACATION!” The bear launched himself into the air... momentarily. “As for their roll in this game? Well, if I am the doctor, then the carnage sisters are your nurses. They enforce the rules I lay out for you. If you defy me, they are the ones you will have to answer to.”

"What have you done to my brother? Where's the rest of the patients of this hospital?!" There was a worried edge to Krista's voice, fingers tightly clenched.

Monokuma tipped his head. “Your brother?” Then the other. “Your mother?” Back again. “Your lover?” The bear finally shrugged. “Maybe he checked out? Maybe he's still here? Nobody cares about people who lack talent! I'm just here to manage you numbskulls!” Monokuma paused for a moment before tipping his head again. “And the other patients are healing most likely. I mean duh! This is a hospital!”

"Yes, um... Whatever happened to the hospital...to Axis Mundi anyway?" Daimyon gripped the pen, suddenly unable to formulate any thoughts worth jotting down. He could not even come up with a rhyme in that moment.

“Things changed?” The bear looked confused again. “Well yea, I guess management did change a little bit. This place is still run by Infinity Initiative if that's what you're asking. We still treat infinites and the wealthy. It's just that the people stationed here are, uh, how shall we say, experimenting?” The bear chuckled and covered it's mouth. “I'm sorry, I really shouldn't say too much about that.”

"How about the world outside? What is happening out there?" Cyrus asked.

“What is it with these politicians and their attempts to appear concerned for other people? It's infuriating!” After the bear's angry outburst, it started to laugh. “Phu phu phu phu! That's your hope isn't it? If everyone's fine outside, you won't sink into despair. Sadly, I need you to trust me, so I can't lie you in despair. An ambiguous answer is also a ruse you'll likely see through.” The bear sighed. “I guess I have no choice but to tell you the truth. The world is safe...” His red eye started to swirl with different shades of red. “...But only for a little while.”

"Oh, oh, oh!" the girly-boy cried, waving his hand desperately to gey the bear's attention. "Who is Hope and why isn't she allowed to take part?"

The carnage sisters, who just minutes ago were driven to 'lust,' were now shrieking with despair. All except Nariko, who had quietly dismounted her horse to commit seppuku.

“Hope...” Monokuma lowered his head. “Hope is what makes you spend too much money at the arcades. She's what makes you waste money on lottery tickets. She's what makes you take on a wife and children you don't have the funds or the patience to please. Hope makes you take unnecessary risks, she whispers sweet nothings into your ear, coaxing you to go to follow those dreams just a little bit further... right off the edge and into a pit of despair! Hope is exactly what I'm trying to cure you all of!”

Mondatta was not impressed with the spectacle. "I see you are a conflicted soul, finding solace in naught but discord. Perhaps you would like some spiritual guidance?"

“Buddy, I even love my own discord! And by the looks of things, so do you. But I actually do Tai Chi daily, so I think that's about all the spiritual guidance that I need.” The bear spun around in place. “And speaking of spiritual guidance, I think it's high time everyone got their E-handbooks! Girls?”

The carnage sisters started handing out E-handbooks to all of the infinites.

“A quick breakdown in case you've forgotten, those E-handbooks are personal data assistants, key cards, and so much more! Your name comes up when you first start it up, so that's a good way to make sure you have the right one. It can also function as a camera and voice recorder, and has an app for writing notes as well as a map file for the floors of Axis Mundi. The hospital’s regulations are also in there, so be sure to read up on that. It would be a shame if you broke a rule...” The bear momentarily pouted. “While you are unable to access anything wirelessly with it, it can receive updates straight from my database, so I'll always make sure the information is up to date for you.” The bear covered his mouth. “Oh! And I know a lot of you are too weak to get an advantage over your fellow infinites, so I've enclosed a gift in everyone's new room. The gift isn't for you, but for one of your victims. Use it to build a relationship with your friends that you can exploit to murder them later. Remember, a trusting victim is an easy victim!”

The carnage sisters guided everyone to their rooms. After everything that happened, they fell asleep shortly after their arrival.

Shona was not completely impressed with the renovations. It was still really obvious her room was intended for a hospital patient. The addition of some medieval accessories like armor stands and statues did make the room a bit more comfortable though. She hadn't checked last night, but the gift for her 'victim' was resting on her nightstand. She quickly popped the top of the gift box off and looked inside.

“Athletic Support cuffs.”

This was obviously intended for Felix. Shona honed her body, but her joints didn't take the same abuse as the infinite free runner's did. She wondered if anyone was planning on trying to hand them out, or if Monokuma's closing comment made them too afraid to do so. That bear did have a way of driving a steak between people. Shona looked through her clothes. While there were many pleasing choices, her 'armor' was the only thing that made her feel safe, even if it wasn't very effective. When the knight walked out her door, she could see Davis sitting in front of his door pushing something around with his thumbs.

“Prayer beads?”

“Yea...” Perfection's voice sounded tired. “I guess I'm suppose to kill the monk.”

There was something wrong. This was not the Davis Shona had encountered yesterday. This one looked defeated. “Did you sleep well?”

“Do you mind if we talk inside for a second?”

Shona was surprised by Davis's invitation, but didn't show it. Nor did she budge from her spot. “Is there something you wanted to say Davis?”

“I think I'm the reason why we're here.”

Shona wasn't as good at hiding her surprise this time. She exhaled sharply. “I don't have time for this.” She turned away from perfection. “I need to see Cyrus. There's something very troubling about these rules. Someone will get killed if we let that bear isolate us. If you're looking for someone to talk to...” She eyed the beads in Davis's hands. “We do have a spiritual councilor among us. You might want to consider speaking with him instead.”

And with that the knight departed. Despair was already starting to take root on once hollowed grounds.

Patient’s Quarters F1

Felix threw the blanket he slept under over the railing of his hospital bed. Despite the circumstances, he slept like a rose last night. Although the only thing that even showed him that it was in fact not night, was the digital watch that he put around his arm as he climbed out of bed.

He always hated being in a hospital, let alone sleep in one, there was too much sickness and death. But after everything that happened yesterday, Felix hoped that he would wake up in his apartment, his dogs sleeping at the floorboard of his bed. It was a futile thing to hope for, and the stuffed toy and his lovecraftian dolls must have found it despairingly delightful. At least the decorations made the room a little bit less dull.

Then there were those god awful presents that Monokuma ‘gifted’ to us. Nothing good could come out of it, and for a while Felix didn’t know what to do with it. But after staring at it for a while, he decided that keeping it a secret would only cause more people to distrust him instead of one person. With that sentiment he reached out for the box and carefully pulled of the cover in a defensive state, it could be a nasty surprise.

“An encased golden sword?” How very ambiguous. Felix tried to remember all of the names and descriptions that flashed on the monitor back in the elevator, but none got even close to match this gift. Before anything he tried to test if the blade was sharp. He reached out and softly swept his index finger across the edge, at least the sword was dull. Although Calvin could probably sharpen it up with ease, it didn’t seem like it fitted Calvin, so now it’s back to square one. And with no other choice then going out and asking the others, he decided to leave his room. He should get to know them anyway if they were to be stuck here for a while.

The first thing he noticed when he opened his door, was Shona walking away from Davis across the hall. As good a start as any. he thought while closing the door behind him. Felix’s eyelids hadn’t completely opened yet although he already had the carefree look that he usually sports.

“Hey…” He waved towards Davis with his right hand as he walked towards him holding the sword in his left. “If you don’t mind? I have a question about the gifts that ‘Dr. Killgood’ gave us.” He looked at the beads that Davis held in his hands as put his hand forward, showing his own gift. A yawn escaped his mouth as he put his back against the wall next to Davis.

“I was hoping you could take a guess as to who could be the lucky person to receive this sword from me.” Davis looked troubled, more so than yesterday. Felix knew however that asking questions too soon would only get on peoples nerves, so he pretended not to notice until Davis and him were at least on a first-name basis.

If that stuffed robotic doctor whatever the fuck it was, thought this was funny, he needed to get reprogramed. The rooms were said to be upgraded hospital rooms, and since Ice didn't really have anything to his name besides a bunch of bandages and the like, it seems they had only used his Infinite title. The entire room was covered in anything to do with 'blood' that you could get from your local Halloween store. Vampire seemed to be the main theme like that stupid little brat had said. The only thing that really interested the poor man was a set of nonfiction books about bandage wrapping, now that was a plus.

Hospitals had always been a normal thing for Ice, seeing as this was a lifelong condition. A slew of needles, IV, and iron tablets were written in his medical history, and there wasn't much else that could be written there. Isaiah had a great immunity system that kept him from getting sick from outward germs but... there wasn't much that could save him from his own condition. Ice had to deal with headaches, dizziness, and nausea almost 24 hours a day and if that wasn't a good enough excuse to be coarse all the time, the stares he got from all the bandages certainly were.

So Ice hadn't gotten a very good sleep last night, but the place wasn't too bad. He was really antsy from not only the shitfest that happened yesterday, but because of the rules that had been in his E-Handbook. It wasn't like he hadn't noticed the 'Night of Carnage.' Seeing as how there were plenty of objects in his room, he could probably hit someone over the head if he wanted to. But what about that little girl or that blind chick? It wouldn't be that surprising if the girl had a room full of stuffed animals, and what was she supposed to protect herself with? Smother a robot to death?

Now for the 'gifts' that everyone had gotten. Ice had gotten a deck of cards that looked rather wicked... If he was actually interested in that sort of thing. But the guy didn't really interact with the group that much in the first place besides the first few people he had seen, so Ice had no idea who this was supposed to go to. After the 'theater therapy' Ice had gone roaming around a little bit and noticed a break room. Maybe he would just drop the cards off there and be done with 'em.

"What a bunch of bull..." Isaiah left his room and started out into the hallway, running into two of his hallmates. The guy figured he could just slip by and get a drink or something.

Quill found herself not quite understanding what she did to deserve this. She could be a diva, sure, what famous person wasn't from time to time? She could be mean, but only on her off days. She was known. She was respected. And now she was in some demented person's idea of a fun time and the only way to get out was to kill one of the people she was trapped with.

The sisters and the doctor unnerved her as she picked up her E-handbook. She scrolled through it and familiarized herself with the rules. She didn't like the idea of a "Night of carnage" where the rules did not apply. She wondered what would happen if you broke the rules. She didn't want to find out.

She walked towards her designated room with the others. No one spoke much, but she wanted to. They couldn't kill each other, could they? I mean, it's one thing to defend yourself, but a whole other matter to actually seek to kill. No, surely people were looking for them. I mean, they were infinites. They were popular. People would notice their disappearance and come to seek them out and they would be free. So, may as well consider this a vacation.

She entered her room and noticed it looked very decorated. She had a rack full of designer clothes, a makeup station, and what looked to be a photo shoot set-up. At least it made her feel kind of welcomed. She noticed the gift on the table. Dragon's Fire? Some spicy seasoning. Who would like that? It seemed she would have to actually talk to the others some more.

But should she give the gift? The Dr. said that if she did, it means it would make her want to kill the recipient. Perhaps she should hold on to it and make a note of that later. You never knew. She trusted herself in this place, but not necessarily the others.

Calvin woke up in a sweat. He had been dreaming of his sister, but for some reason, his stomach had clenched up and he had been forced to wake. He stood up, and walked to the bathroom, looking at himself in the mirror. He looked the same as he had a few days ago, with the same flowing hair and sarcastic grin that crept across his face. He wondered what his sister looked like. The last he had spoken with her, she had bragged about how she was going to dye her hair, leaving the colour a surprise.

“I guess I have no choice but to tell you the truth. The world is safe… but only for a little while.”

He splashed water on his face. Not the time to think about that. She was fine.

When he had gotten to his room last night, he had been quick to fall asleep. Too much information to process while awake. Now, he needed to think.

His room was standard fare, not as comfortable as his lavish furnishings back in Axis Mundi proper, but Calvin wasn’t one to get attached to those things. He had various schematics of weapons, sculptures, and all other manner of metal objects. Some of them were useless, but a few he could actually see himself making use of at his forge back home. What did matter was the small set of tools that had been left behind in his room, which included a set of tongs, a chisel, and a somewhat ponderous hammer. They were small, but had been a gift his sister had brought over earlier when he was in the hospital. They certainly were a downgrade from his regular tools, but he hadn’t had the heart to tell her, so he had let her leave them with him after promising he would use them. Funny how promises tended to work out.

He lifted the hammer. It fit comfortably in one hand, and he gave it an experimental swing. Immediately, he frowned. The weighting was off, and perhaps most importantly, the handle was quite short. They’d be fine at a forge, if he ever found one, but they’d be of no use in any sort of conflict, of that he was certain.

This train of thought came as a bit of a surprise. Was he already buying into Monokuma’s game? The hopeful side of him said that he had nothing to fear from these people, but he wasn’t so sure. He had seen the look in some people’s eyes. There was fear, but there was also shame. Were people thinking the same way he was?

He looked over to his bedside table. On it, under some papers, was another e-handbook. Calvin hadn’t touched it last night, afraid that it was somehow in violation of the hospital regulations, but after having studied them this morning, he knew it would be fine. He opened it up. Immediately, a brief message appeared on the screen.

“This should let you into the crematorium! It’s totally awesome! Let us know about those modifications, Ibbs.
<3 -Alexandria ”.

Calvin shook his head. Those robots were terrifying, and the fact that they felt any sense of good will towards the smith was not a cause for celebration. He dismissed the message, and look at the e-handbook. It looked almost identical to his own. He knew he should leave the e-handbook aside, or tell the group about this startling discovery, but a part of him chose to hold it to his chest, at least for a while.

Beside the book was a jar of red candies. He had briefly glanced at it when he had come in last night, but not noticed anything about them. He looked again.

They were shaped like faeries, and a slight twinge of familiarity washed over Calvin. He had seen these before. Why the hell was Monokuma even handing out these gifts? He had said something about building trust in potential victims, and it made Calvin anxious. What if these things were poisoned? He certainly wasn’t going to give them to any of the little ones, that was for certain.
What were these for? Where had Calvin seen them before? The answer came to him quickly, with an image of his sister at a blood donor clinic. She had insisted she go the day she was old enough. Calvin hated needles, and the mere sight of her all hooked up gave him the shivers. Afterwards, they had given her a candy, just like one of these. Which meant…

“Oh god damn. Really?” He could see the bear having a laugh at his genius idea. These were meant for Ice. Suddenly, Calvin felt a little better about the potential for the candy being poison. Not a lot, but a little. He decided he’d hold onto it for a while. He needed time to think, and he wasn’t going to get anything done on an empty stomach. Thankfully, there was a break room nearby, and Calvin figured that would be the easiest place to grab a bite, and maybe try and figure out what exactly he and his fellow infinite’s lives had become.

As he weaved his way through the hallway, he passed a few people. Whenever he saw someone, he’d mutter a quick “Grabbing brekkie.” And keep on his way. If someone really needed to talk to him, they could do it there.

Rika Roux

After being escorted to her room by one of the few horse dolls of the apocalypse, Rika first laid on the floor of her room to get the feel of her room the place that she will be staying for this thing that was going on. Rika began rolling around on the floor, as she began bumping the walls as she tumbled around. Thoughts began to fill her head, not ones of where anyone could be, or if someone had died yet, or even if those dolls were just sitting around outside her room. The mummy's thoughts were how soft was monokuma's fur if there was fur on him at all if he did she wondered if his coat was different on both sides, like if the darker side was slick, and cool while the lighter portion is fuzzy.

The second her ankles met the odd extended stick, Rika pulled herself off the floor and dusted her cloak off. The mummy grabbed the stick and examined it's weird second handle meant to hold something flat in its rubber holding the firebug attempted to jam her cassette player into the rubber holder only for it to be too big to fit into it properly. After what felt like hours of trying to squeeze the cassette player into the thing, the mummy just stopped feeling as if she was just banging rocks together. Rika walked into the bathroom dragging the stick behind her and stopped in her tracks when she noticed the mirror in the bathroom, like an animal seeing a mirror for the first time.

Rika stared at the reflective glass and put her bandaged hand on it for couple seconds, after looking at herself for a long enough time, she swung the selfie stick at the mirror and shattered the glass, when it's bits laid on the bathroom floor scatted among her feet. Rika recoiled back from the multiple images and attempted to sweep the pieces to the door with the beat up stick. As she got the mirror's pieces into her trash bin, she noticed her makeshift broom was labeled a "selfie stick" when she figured out the makeshift broom was used to take pictures the mummy began swinging the stick at the wall aiming at the corner.

The moment the stick connected with the wall, the holder for the camera or phone broke off and now Rika had a pointy stick with wires spewing out the end of it. Before she attempted to swing it at the wall again, Rika stopped herself a thought came to her mind about the blind woman she could use this to get around a little better, or poke people with it or smack people with it.

Rika dove into her bed and spun around to have her blanket cover most of her bandaged body, she shoved her face into her pillow and closed her eyes just waiting as time passed. The second she awoke from her slumber she slipped out of her covers and made her way to the door with the stick in hand. As she stepped out into the hallway, the mummy began heading down the corridor, with an idea she knew where to go for breakfast, she started going to the breakroom with the stick dragging on the ground behind her. As she continued, the mummy ended up meeting up with Ice and the guy that liked running she overheard him asking who he should give the should give the blade he was holding too.

Rika closed in on him with her broken selfie stick and examined the sword from her position and played her cassette tape." Medeviel knights." She stopped it instantly without continuing it, then played."Knights." Again. As she put her cassette player away she wondered if he understood the brief message, She looked at Davis before loading a new tape into her recorder." Hello, my name is Rika." A processed female voice emerged from the device." How are you? I'm fine." The tape responded to itself.

Mason barely slept as his mind was swamped with anxiety and fear, especially when midnight arrived and pass without a murderous robotic loli breaking down his door and killing him instantly. Instead he had to deal with his inner thoughts and doubts all night, which at this point in the morning with his eyes heavy and his stomach turning like a tumble dryer with a brick in it, he would welcome death by killer loli bait.

Mason raised from his hospital bed with a loud audible groan as well as his bones creaking from the sudden movement. Mason slowly blink his eyes to adjust it to the light, and he suddenly reminded of his situation when his eyes showed a clear picture of his surroundings, it was a hospital room but it was customized for him. There was a desk with a pile of books all of which he thinks are just photocopied coffee shop au's of various fandoms if he remembered correctly while he was looking though them in his restless state the night before, admittedly he isn't complaining about the stories, it's something to kill time with while he waits for the night of carnage to pass as he's too paranoid to sleep during that hour. Also in the desk drawers is bunch of coffee mixtures as well as a small instant coffee maker which will keep him alive as he can't live without caffeine, There was also things to make espresso with but he doesn't have an espresso machine to make use of them so he guessed there was a machine nearby he can use to make it, if there isn't any then Dr. Goodkill or whatever is really evil. Well, a petty kind of evil as well as just being a mass murdering kidnapper, which is pretty up there in evilness. And finally. The final item of note in the room was a wrapped box which he ignored last night after the tri-tone bear's comment ran in his ears like a bullet shooting within a bell for a few hours. This item is to be used to get close to people and hopefully get close enough to them to kill them when they least expect it. It was evil, but admittedly a horrifyingly brilliant idea. From what he can figure out without opening the box and just guessing by the Dr's demented personality, each gift was meant for a specific person, to nudge somebody to kill that person, like some kind of demented warning.

Mason sighed, he lifted the box and placed it under his bed without opening it, he will not satisfy that fuck bear by acknowledging the bear's tools to get under their collective skin. Mason will fucking spite that fuck bear by not killing anybody, he doesn't have a reason to kill, heck, he barely has a reason to live, well, up until now anyways, Mason will now live just to spite that fucking bear.

Mason went to the bathroom and used it quickly, and when he finished he looked at the mirror as he washed his hands, and he let out a sigh. He looked tired as shit and his hair was a mess, even his green eyes look like a duller shade compared to the last time he looked in a mirror. Quickly Mason poured water on his hair in a attempt to flatten it to look more presentable, he could shower but he doesn't feel like it, he'll have one when he starts to smell which won't be long as Anxiety and fear does make one sweat. Sometime profusely.

Mason walked towards his door and before he gripped the handle he scanned the room one last time, which he regretted since he could see the box poking out of under his bed. He looked at it for a moment, but the pain of his empty stomach brought him back to reality, and he made his way out of the room, and the first thing he sees is a sword in full display of the hallway in the hands of Felix. The air seems casual, but Mason's disappointed that somebody opened the boxes so fast. Mason let out a defeated sigh, "It's too early in the morning to be brandishing swords..." Mason muttered as he walked past Felix and his sword and Davis and his prayer beads, Mason hoped to god that they were prayer beads, without giving a second glance. Mason didn't want to give Davis the time of day, If Davis is going to be annoyed with him with what a fuck bear said about him, he's just going to ignore him and his glares, it's not worth causing drama over a guy's hurt ego, they have real problems to deal with.

Mason dig in his pocket's while he was walking aimlessly down the hall hoping to find some food, but he found a PDA looking thing and he remembered that they were e-handbooks, they were supposed to be use to get into their rooms and a few of the locked rooms thought out the area. Mason walked and played around with it clicking here and there and all over. During his mad clicking he found a mad of the building and he sees that there's a break room not far from where he first woke up in this nightmare, there's bound to be food in the break room, there better unless the bear bribes them with food like some kind of dystopian nightmare.

Mason found his way to the break room, which isn't that far of a walk from where he started. Mason opened the door and scanned the room, seeing that there's a mini fridge, a drink dispenser, and, there is a god, an espresso machine! Mason almost let out a scream of delight, but instead he let out a relived sigh. It would appear he's the first one here. Good that means he get free reign of food.

Mason hastily made his way to the mini fridge and opened it door to see it's contents. And like a siren on a rocky coast there was a sandwich front and center as if tempting him like said siren to a sailor to his doom. Mason grabbed the wrapped sandwich and quickly and clumsily unwrapped it and than took a deep bite of it like a shark to a surfer that would be featured in an inspirational film of surviving a shark attack. Which is a pretty big bite. The taste was unimaginable, in a good way. Hunger always has a way of making mediocre food taste like the best damned thing ever. Mason must've looked out of it with him chewing the sandwich in a overly sensual and overblown manner. But damned be the consequences to his reputation, he finally ate something after god know how long.

Nope, this most certainly had to be a dream! This was way too dark to be a simple prank, not to mention expensive to run. Seriously, in what world does a two-toned teddy bear force sixteen human adults to kill each other to leave? What was this, a video game? When the carnage sisters guided Krista to her own room, which seemed to be right opposite the Infinite Knight's room, Krista made doubly sure that the door remained lock behind her before she explored her room.

Krista wasn't a patient at Axis Mundi, so she wasn't surprised to see that her room was pretty plain. The only things that were in her room were the things she remembered leaving in Herman's room whenever she would visit— an old blanket, a few books for Herman to read, some scented candles and a record player, with a neat stack of CDs beside it on top of a small desk close to the hospital bed. Krista was glad to see that she still had Mozart, Beethoven, and Wagner to put her to sleep. Hell, there was even a cute violin stand in the corner of the room for her to use! She was sure that the stand wasn't her own, but she appreciated the thing nonetheless.

On top of the hospital bed was a gift she didn't recognise. Approaching it, Krista realised it was the gift Monokuma was talking about in Theatre Therapy. A Braille Othello board game. Krista didn't find Othello all too interesting, so she supposed that it would just collect dust in the corner of the room. As much as she would love to give the gift to someone who would appreciate it, she didn't want to imply she was going to kill them. Dream or not, Krista wasn't going to be that stupid.

Krista placed the board game, along with the pieces, on top of the desk beside her record player, forgetting about it immediately after and going right to sleep.

And when Krista woke up that following morning? It took all her willpower to not curse the bear and dolls' existence. She had woken up in her room, alright, but it meant that this nightmare was still not over with. Did that mean she really was stuck here, and this was not just in her imagination? Her stomach twisted in anxiety as she thought about her brother again. Was he alright? Did Monokuma do anything to hurt him? Krista slid out of her bed, her hands shaking as her mind raced with unpleasant thoughts.

Coffee. She needed it if she was going to have to actually deal with this shitstorm of a nightmare. Though she vowed to never touch hospital coffee again, she believed that this wasn't really Axis Mundi so it didn't really matter so much. With her E-handbook carefully placed in the pocket of her dress, and her violin carefully tucked into its case and securely strapped to her back, Krista left her room in search of a warm drink. Right outside her room was Shona, a man holding beads (she didn't question it, to each their own), and a blonde man holding a sword— she could only hope that the thing wasn't sharpened.

After a little "exploration" of the first floor— no, she was not already lost— Krista found the break room. Inside was occupied by only one person, surprisingly enough. She stifled a laugh, watching from the doorway as the giant devoured his sandwich like a starved man. Taking one step inside, she spoke out loud to him. "I have the weirdest tromboner right now."

Yes, she had to make that joke. She saw the opportunity, and she took it.

Cyrus was in equal amounts interested and appalled by the theater therapy. There was no getting around it, they were stuck in a demented killing game. Caught by a stupid bear and his four horse riders. It was absolutely disgusting. There was no reason to be excited about being stuck in this hellhole. But since there was no getting around it, there was just one thing Cyrus could really do: Put his inner analysis machine to work. To process every word, every tone, every expression and every bit of information that came from the teddy bear. And through the cynical words of the bear and the sometimes worthless questions of the audience, gold was certainly struck.

He made a mental note of every detail of note. And while Monokuma’s answers didn’t provide any amazing discoveries, there were things to remember. They couldn’t get out without someone dying, but he never told them they had to be the ones to murder each other. Was there a possibility for outside interference? But at the same time he answered to Felix they would be stuck forever if they didn’t kill each other. Why did he need their trust? Yet, If he couldn’t lie, was there a way to reconcile the contradictions he had already found? Also, what was threatening to hit the world in a little while? And then there was the matter of this “killing game”, a reenactment of a game over a decade old… he needed a little more time to think about how to assemble various pieces there.

After receiving his E-handbook, the rules only added to his confusion. Maybe he should get one of the sisters or the good doctor himself to clarify a few of these rules later. But there were a few things he couldn’t ask. Such as, if the doctor could punish them himself as rule #3 states, why did he need nurses at all? If the nursing staff can not enter their rooms, can monokuma? If so, could monokuma simply attack them at any time in their rooms during the carnage hour? There were loopholes and uncertainties throughout the entire thing. Maybe the doctor could’ve hired someone with a good understanding of law to handle these rules next time. Cyrus offers quite fair rates.

Cyrus’s room indeed contained many items he had been missing dearly since his arrival. All his personal items except for his cellphone seemed to be here. Actually, maybe would’ve liked the peace and quiet away from his 24/7 ringing cellphone if this wasn’t a killing game. His room looked a lot like an office, as he had been working around the clock even when admitted.
Amongst the items he found was a notebook, that seemed to be the one he used in the hospital, which he tucked into his pocket. In addition, there was a large box with office supplies; pens, paperclips, a perforator and a stapler amongst other things… and more empty notebooks where his laptop had been. Naturally Cyrus wouldn’t have an item that could do something as detrimental as connect to the internet. Then there was a closet containing the clothes he had taken with him to the hospital (Which were only suits). Lastly, there was a bookcase containing many books on policy of all sorts: military health care, education, economy, culture, legal matters. Cyrus kept most of those around as reference material.

Besides the items he knew, there were two things he definitely did not own himself. He could feel anger gushing through him for a bit at the sight of the first one, and ignored it completely. Instead, he picked up the other item. If his knowledge served him well, this was supposed to be an orichalcum ingot. He too recalled what the doctor had told them about these, and he wanted nothing to do with it. But maybe these gifts would have their uses.

For now, maybe he just was going to explore their prison for a bit.

Davis was a wreck, mostly ignoring what was going on around him. He wasn't hungry, and how pretty he was compared to Mason didn't matter anymore. Nothing mattered. So long as-

“I was hoping you could take a guess as to who could be the lucky person to receive this sword from me.” It was that stupid kid, Felix. Who waves around a blade in what's suppose to be a killing game? Moreover, how was Davis suppose to know who it belonged to? But none of that mattered, because Davis DID know who the sword belonged to. Anyone who looked inside his room would have seen the collection of golden war treasures he had. No one had, he assumed. Well, none of the patients anyway. But that didn't matter now. Davis stood upright, still holding onto the beads in one hand. Perfection was trembling like he was on a drug high. He reached out with his free hand while shambling towards the free runner. Befriend or betray, Felix's intentions didn't matter.

“That sword, it belongs to a conqueror.” Davis was finally close enough where he could touch it. “M-may I have it? Please?” He didn't wait for a response, and started to reach for it. “Thank you Fe-”

But then a voice interjected. Or at least Rika's tape did. Medeviel knights." She stopped it instantly without continuing it, then played."Knights."

“What did you say?” Davis just stared at the mummy, face twisted in anger. Her cassette continued to play noises, but none of them mattered. She had already gone too far. “Are you denying, ME, acquisition of this glorious golden blade?!” Davis was not a man of large stature, but he delivered his words like an angry dragon. “YOU CUNT!” Perfection was a bit more aggressive in reaching for the sword this time, successfully taking it out of Felix's hands. “LookatthisMrs.smartypants!” Perfection swung the sword at Rika, stopping the blade so that the tip was pointing at the bridge of her nose. “Do you see a hand guard on that? This blade is designed to end battles in a swift motion. With a single thrust, victory is assured. This is the symbol of the greatest nation that ever existed, and was held by only the finest heroes.” Davis started to swing the blade around himself. His tie fell off while he was flailing his body about. “T-this can't possibly be for Shona! Knights are too guarded! They take the long road of chivalry and fairness and get walked on like a common rug!” Perfection held the blade up so that he could admire his reflection in its surface. “This blade...” He chuckled. “This blade is for a strong individual. One who is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve victory. Someone who makes a point to go beyond their station in life. And I know this sword was meant for me because...” With a sigh, his smile left. Perfection just stared at the blade with a quivering lower lip. “Because it's fake.” Davis looked at Rika out of the corner of his eye. “Shona has no use for a sword like this. It's balanced horribly, The blade isn't sharp, and because it's made out of gold it won't keep its edge.” Perfection walked back towards his room, scuffing his feet as he did so. “I-im not hungry. I'll meet up with everyone later.” With the beads still in his hand, he took his E-handbook and slid it though the card reader. The door started to open. “AND YOU!” Perfection pointed at Ice with his newly-acquired golden sword. “If you're going to walk between two people while they're having a discussion, you can at least say EXCUSE ME!” And with that, the door shut behind him. A few seconds later, the door opened up again. Davis reached towards the floor and picked up his tie. “See you later Felix. good talk!” with a wave, the door slid shut.

Kara O'hara

BGM
Surprisingly, a few of the people were rather comforting to Kara. It was as if for a few moments Kara had forgotten the kindness people share with each other. The solace that you can find in other people during times of distress and unrest. Without realising it, the first person she was clinging to was not a person but... a robot? A giant metal robot. Whilst she didn't say anything, Kara was listening in a making sure she could remember roughly what was being said and who everyone was.

At this point is was clear to her. She was in Axis Mundi, but it looked so different, decaying, despair inducing. The robot, Tekhartha held Kara close as if protecting her. Although his face was hidden behind an iron mask, Kara thought for sure she could see a reassuring face. It wasn't too long after but a man bent down to Kara, he appeared only a few years older than her. People referred to him as 'Ice' so it seems that his nickname would tick. Dropping a small piece of candy in her hand. Kara nodded with a smile but was still a little to afraid to speak. She felt the texture of it, she could tell it was a simple sugar sweet. Nothing too special, factory made and sold in bunches of millions, but was a nice thought. Kara pocketed it.

BGM
As if interrupting the somewhat normality of the groups idle discussions, a fearsome noise could be heard. A series of thunderous footsteps like the kind horses make when on racing on TV... But that's impossible, how could...
To her disbelief, four large horse statues with what looked like freakish people riding upon them appeared. At a closer glance, they weren't statues but.. robots? Not the same kind as Tekhartha though, something right out of a science fiction novel. Each one was stylized slightly different, clutching a different weapon with unique personality plastered on too. The group was rounded up with several others and directed towards a large room...

To summarize, Kara and several other infinities were now kept in the confines of Axis Mundi, with no contact to the outside. A lunatic bear as their new doctor and four freakish robots as their nurses. If they disobeyed any of the rules... Who knows what would happen so it's best just to obey.
It wasn't all bad. Everything seemed to be provided for them... The only glaring issue is that if anybody truly wanted to leave so badly... They'd have to kill for it. The thought to kill would could never cross Karas' mind, but the fear of someone else doing it... It left a sickening sensation in her stomach. Placing her hand on her stomach she could feel the small candy that Ice gave her earlier, pulling it out, she was reminded of kindness she was shown upon being released to this despair inducing place. She held it tightly. Assuring herself that nobody could possibly think about killing someone else... Could they? The infinites were then escorted to their rooms where a special gift was waiting for them.

BGM
Hmm.. Kara's room was... Interesting. Her bed was the usual hospital bed she was used to. The walls were a better shade of white and weren't chipping in places, if they were, there was a picture of foreign country on the wall trying to hide it. There was even a small table with a few chairs, a small tea set with wax pieces of cake. In the corner was a small black box with red ribbon tying it together nicely. Opening it up it seemed to be some kind of Make-Up Mirror, but it didn't have any makeup. There was comb inside and room for something else. Kara placed it back in the box. It was sudden, but she could feel the tiredness of her body tingle around her legs. Undressing from her outfit, she laied in bed wearing some simple clothes she found in the room, opting to get some rest.

Maybe this is all a big dream... Well, a big nightmare I suppose. Hopefully I'll wake up tomorrow and everything will be fine. Yeah! When I wake up I'll even make a giant stack of pancakes! Climbing into bed, she accidentally bumped one of her travel guides off, the same one she had been reading in bed before this entire incident. Shrugging it off, Kara managed to fall asleep rather quickly despite the intensity of it all. Maybe it was all too much for her.

BGM
The morning... Was it really the morning? There was no way to tell because there was no windows. Kara laid along her bed wondering what to do. To her despair, she hadn't awoken from the nightmare but was still having it. Reaching for her E-Handbook she swiped along to find the map. Sitting around scared in her room wasn't going to ease her pain. Instead she needed to get out and hold onto her hope. Unsure of where to go she decided to make her way break room in hopes of finding something to eat for breakfast. Perhaps she could even make something for everyone. Pocketing her E-Handbook and the small candy given to her by Ice, she bravely left her room with what courage she had.
