@Spriggs27 What type of clinic? A general purpose clinic could appear on the first floor, though it would be severely under-equipped. The mastermind wants everyone to be in tip-top shape so that they can kill someone, so it's possible that some "better" medical facilities could show up on the lower floors if they're essential to a character.
