@Vocab@Mateotis Well, I plan on posting tomorrow, at which point it will be evening. So I'd like to know if your characters are going to be still wandering at that point or if they came to the meeting.
I'm fine with you posting a recap of what happened after my post, Vocab. So don't feel like you need to crank out a post in 24 hours, haha!
...Well now I'm annoyed. I'm gonna miss out on getting IC post 100 ;-;
Ah well. I'll get this up anyway. @Mateotis When the timeskip comes - following this post - do you think we could basically say they go and get Caora and head to the meeting together?
@Vocab That was a quick post, haha. And yes, we could! We'll see how much we'll want to recap after the timeskip.
Also, a bit random but Shaun reminds me of the 9th Man from Zero Escape. The purple colour, skill with computers, even the stuttering. and the random murder joke Have you played it? I'd recommend everyone to try it!
@Mateotis@Vocab The entire series will soon be available in Steam, with a new voice track for 999, so if you're interested you could check that out, they're good mystery stories.
Fun fact: This was almost a zero escape RP. However, I felt that having a court system instead of a time travel system would be easier to manage from an RP perspective. Luna best girl.
U-uh anyway, Announcement!
So the recap + something else post is almost up! If you don't feel I did your characters justice/got something wrong/etc, please speak up.
There will be another time skip in a week, so it's up to you if you want to post or wait it out. unless you're doing a quick collab, I don't recommend doing any heavy interacting at this time. I'm stoked to get to the end of the prelude, thirty-one flavors even. hope you're all at least a tenth as stoked as I am. (3.1 flavors)
also, character pre-registrations will open up again once we reach the night of carnage. I feel pretty good about our numbers, but I might open up player registrations too.
As the prelude comes to an end, I will be revising some of the information in the OOC masterpost. Mostly the RP rules, Data bullets, and a bit more information on how I plan on selecting and collaborating with players to be murderers and victims.
One thing to remember about the night of carnage...
@BrokenPromise Wait...so is someone going to get killed tonight regardless? Monokuma says that unless a person comes out (of their room, I assume? but the lock-breaking ban is voided during the NoC), he's going to kill. But what happens if someone does come out? He mentions spears and all that jazz to Rika, so I figured that that person is going to be a 'sacrifice'. Did I understand that right?
Excellent post anyway. I love the, khm, family dynamic between the bear himself and his adorable adopted children.
@Mateotis Things will become a bit more clear once the actual night happens. But if you're worried about me killing characters as soon as they leave their rooms, that's not going to happen.
EDIT: And Monokuma can't break his way in because the rules forbid him and his nurses from entering your room, locked or not, without permission.
@Mateotis In all seriousness though, I was not trying to imply that someone was going to die via impale, I was just trying to make Monokuma be a creepy bastard.
@BrokenPromise Well, I mean, that's not to say one of us isn't gonna impale someone XD
You did well making Monokuma seem creepy. Creepier than usual, at the very least, and that's saying something considering he is a talking electronic stuffed animal with an incredibly high pitched voice and traumatising laugh XD
