His smile shifted into a bit of a frown as he listened to the analysis of his weapon. He wouldn’t deny that it was cheap, for sure; it wasn’t like he could pull easy to use, high quality weapons out of his pocket like a magician. He couldn’t argue him, so he just nodded his head in agreement. “Alright, can do. Thanks. Just warning you though, I’m not gonna be able to work any guns that’re too big or fancy. It’s not like target practice has been my passion in life”. Not like a medical worker would need guns too much in the first place. He didn’t look very happy at the request of turning over his other weapon; if he wasn’t wearing his glasses, Grayson would have been able to catch a hint of a distrusting glare. Him fully disarming himself around people he barely knew didn’t sit too well with him. It was a shifty prospect despite the fact that he wasn’t shown any hostility, so he placed his hand on his holster and refused. “I’d rather hold onto this one for the time being, until we get to your workshop”. He kept his tone level, but it was pretty clear that he didn’t quite trust Grayson yet. Or the rest of the crew, for that matter. He didn't even know them at all, much less enough to lose his minimal self defense around them.
