Welcome to the Crypt
The Circle of Szall's Demonic Edgelords
So for those unfamiliar to me, the reason I was originally summoned to Roleplayerguild was to create the Edgiest character of all time, something so cringeworthy that those who Lorded themselves on being Edgy would feel sick to the stomach trying to read even the first sentence about them, the character.
Needless to say, I succeeded on my first attempt. Fortunately, it wasn't accepted. I can imagine he was writer's poison, and could have possibly brought about the death of an RP. I mean, really, when you have to take something so completely unrelatable SERIOUSLY, it just becomes painful. Though it did feel like a dreadful waste of a character, as I put a lot of time into making him written.... well?(Rather than making it unrelatable AND poorly written).
Nonetheless, I decided that I would commit myself to creating even more of his breed, and collect them here. Those who fail to get accepted into their RP's will die here, and for those who succeed will become immortal vampires, forever doomed to bring havoc to the World's they walk, only to be listed as coming back here to their circle of origin.
Without further ado, here is the Edgelord himself for your entertainment. You, the reader, are free to post your Edgiest Characters, from wherever they hail, to the crypt also. I will also attach links to the RP posts they come from, if you wish to have a look at them.

Hades
- Name: Haley Raiga
- RP: Pokemon Chromis
- Status: Denied
Name: Haley Raiga a.k.a "Hades"
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Nationality: Though Haley himself was born in the Sinnoh Region, Dr. Raiga, his biological father, had roots that also traced back to Alola.
Personality: Haley's personality is complex, though simple to understand. Though Haley will do his best to be polite, he is very antisocial towards human beings and Pokemon alike, having trust in the company of only his closest friends (head count of one). His lack of faith can sometimes make him argumentative, however he will try harder to make others see his side of the argument rather than actually try to win it himself.
To avoid conflict, Haley will preferably find company with either talking to himself or communicating with his Pokemon. Although Haley keeps to himself, he subconsciously longs for the company of others. In a Pokemon Battle, Haley is more prone to socializing with other Trainers. He has a naturally competitive nature, and will do his best to prolong a battle, drawing enjoyment out of split-second calculations as well as headstrong risk-it-all situations. His addiction to battle leaves him wanting more, even in a case of multiple-losses. The more he continues to battle, the more personally attached he feels to his opponents, as well as his Pokemon.
Though many can relate to the ties made in battle, Haley can become extremely obsessive, finding great pleasure in his defeats. If his determination feels challenged, Haley will spend long periods of time obsessively focused on achieving his victory, and then wanting to fight again, and again, and again. This period of time can last a few days, or even a few weeks. Thus, he rarely gives out his real name, preferring the nickname "Hades".

Biography:
The Story Dr. L Raiga
Several years ago, Team Galactic formed a research team in order to create a living hybrid between Man and Pokemon. Funded personally by Cyrus, The team was lead by a man named Lex Raiga, who believed that if humans were combined with the same traits as Pokemon, they would be able to co-exist in a new world, though it would be unknown to him that Cyrus' true goal was the powers of Dialga and Palkia.
As weeks passed, several inhumane tests were performed, first on wild Pokemon, and later on human tests were being performed on children. Results were beginning to look inconclusive, as the individual mutation of each Pokemon was too irregular to combine with a living human being. Not only that, but the deaths of many children and Pokemon began to take a toll on Dr. Raiga's mental state. As such, several Team Galactic members who were involved with the research team began to retire or self-terminate due to mental stress, and it wasn't too long afterwards that Cyrus stopped funding Raiga's research entirely.
Unsatisfied, Dr. Raiga sold his home and personal assets, and used the abandoned research lab, as well as the last of his funding, to continue the mad research he had started. With no children to test on any longer, he continued to look into mutating wild Pokemon, as well as performing various tests on himself. Finally, after three months, he developed an answer that was the closest he had ever been to his goal: a virus he called "Poke'Sym". The symbiotic effect of this virus would allow a developing human's DNA to piggyback the traits of a developing Pokemon carrying the parent virus.
Driven very sick and no longer containing any moral reason, Dr. Raiga knew the backlash of his experiments would soon take his life. As such, he placed the parent virus in over a dozen stolen Pokemon eggs. Days later, with only one egg left showing signs of life, he then injected "Poke'Sym" into a dormant child; a clone created from Raiga's DNA. With the child wrapped in a blanket, tight against the warmth of the egg, Raiga fled the abandoned lab, and never returned.

Early Childhood
One night, in Snowpoint City, Haley was found at the doorstep of an Orphanage, found nestled beside the Egg of a Pokemon. Only finding a note with Haley's name attached, and no parent in sight, the Caretaker was left little to no choice but to take him in. The truth is that he was probably one of the hardest choices to take in, as the kids at the Orphanage were not allowed to keep pet Pokemon. However, taking away the unhatched egg caused baby Haley to wail with distress, and so the caretaker, and those who ran it, decided they would leave the matter of the egg until it had Hatched.
While he was just a boy, Haley was quite social with the other kids. He was intelligent, he always wanted to help other kids, but was sometimes pushed aside for being too picky or controlling. This wasn't a big issue for him, however, as he did initially make a few friends at his orphanage. Using crayons, He would often draw the Wild Pokemon he saw for the kids, and every night he would fall asleep wrapped around the warmth of the Pokemon Egg. From deep inside the egg, he truly felt the Love of the unborn Pokemon.
Then, at the age of 5, his egg hatched into a Houndour Pup!
Haley was overwhelmed with joy. The Orphanage, unsure what to do at first, knew they couldn't take the Pokemon away from him, but they were worried about the other kids getting hurt. As such, they would often have Houndour help around the cold seasons of Snowpoint, and Haley soon became very popular with all the other kids, each wanting to play with his newest friend.

The Effects of Poke Sym
Even before Haley's Houndour hatched, there weren't many things that were different between Haley and any other kid. Possibly the only difference was his connection with the Egg. As he slept, he would often dream of himself and the Pokemon within, both inside the same egg, waiting to hatch. During the weeks Houndour first hatched, things were as normal as ever, and at the time Houndour was quite friendly to the other kids.
But then, as time moved forward, the unknown effects of Poke Sym began to bloom, both within Houndour and especially within Haley. It started with constant night terrors and growing pains, about hundreds of children and Pokemon screaming in agony. Then, within the first few months following, Haley began to have severe fits and hallucinations. He would suddenly see faces he had never seen or known before appear on the other orphan kid's faces, and sometimes see them watching in the dark. He would look into mirrors, as well as reflections in ice, only to see the reflection of a Pokemon-looking creature stare back at him. The horrific images scared Haley straight, and the effect they had changed him.
The effects were very different for Haley's Houndour. He began to become aggressive to the children who came anywhere near Haley, and would often comfort Haley during his fits. Unfortunately, with Houndour behaving the way he was, the Caretaker could no longer keep Houndour near the children, and so the Orphanage told Haley that Houndour would be put in the downstairs basement at night, as well as the kids playtime, so to keep the other children safe.
The only family Haley had was going to be kept downstairs, and he would no longer be able to see him as often; This marked the turning point for Haley, as he began to hate the people who raised him. Haley wanted to be put with Houndour, but the Orphanage refused to let him sleep with Houndour because they were afraid he might get hurt, too. In the end, Haley became disobedient and would often sneak around at night to comfort Houndour. After the nights he sneaked off, he would leave Houndour with one final word:
"Disobey"
As he grew up to become 10, Haley and Houndour, who had now adopted 'Disobey' as his nickname, were both sent to a boarding school with a large number of the other kids from his Orphanage. There was no professional help anyone could find for Haley to cure his Hallucinations, so he took to reading books that helped with anxiety as well as panic attacks, and began to quickly make the effect of Poke Sym his personal battle. Often, he found reading in the school library was his only solace, as well as a place Houndour could share with him away from other kids.
Unfortunately, the rest of the school became a living nightmare for Haley to endure. Although he had an exceptional reading level, he felt uncomfortable whilst participating in his studies, and although Pokemon training was encouraged, he only felt a kinship with Disobey and didn't really want to catch any other Pokemon.
With only one Pokemon, this decision made Haley a target for bullying. What was even worse was word from the other orphan kids spread about his spasms. Time and again, boys from his classes would throw sticks and rocks at him, as well as have *their* Pokemon gang up on Disobey, and over time, Haley not only gave up on catching any Pokemon, but he also gave up on befriending anyone at school.

The Birth of Hades
It had now been eight years since Haley first went to boarding school. Now, he was in his last year of school, and Haley had become near-unrecognizable from the person he used to be. The people who used to pick on him now wanted nothing to do with him, as he had become notorious for the way he fought in Pokemon battles. He was already at a very high advantage, for not only were many of the student's Pokemon were ice type, but those who had water type were met with a shock, as the parent virus within Disobey had brought surface the electric-type "hidden power" within himself, making him a force to be reckoned with.
But type advantage made things too easy for Haley, and wasn't what made him infamous. Instead, Haley would find pleasure in long-fought battles, stalemates that would end in his opponent's collapsing from exhaustion or poison, unable to do anything against Disobey. Other fights would end with Disobey relentlessly shocking his exhausted opponents. Those who won against Haley, early on, were often or not forced to fight him constantly afterwards, until they were finally defeated. As such, other students were less willing to challenge him, and thus he re-dubbed his name as "Hades", finding it more satisfying than the name tied to him during infancy. Only few teachers, and even fewer who grew up with him from the Orphanage, dared to call him Haley.
The effects of Poke Sym within Haley showed no other physical effects, beside him having an abnormally high body temperature. This allowed him to bear the cold of Snowpoint City, wearing no more than pants and a Tank-top. The effect on his mentality, however, began to show a different side. He no longer saw unfamiliar faces around him, however these were replaced with the sounds of distant cries of Pokemon that ringed on in his head. The creature he saw in reflections was no longer recognizable as a creature, but instead the warped image of himself: half-cast as a Houndour-human beast. As the years went by, he never saw himself any different from the reflected image, but he grew to pay no mind to it, rather the mental image made him feel closer than ever to his closest friend, Disobey the Houndour.

Abroad to Chromis!
During his final year of school, Haley applied for the opportunity to go to Chromis, so he could undertake the Pokemon League there. Though it was widely known by many of the teacher's that Haley wasn't a model student, he was able to demonstrate many times that his reading and writing was exemplary, and his math scores weren't too bad either. As such, there is only one test given to him: a battle exam involving some of the other students who wanted to go to the Pokemon League in Chromis as well.
The battles that took place after were one-sided. Not because of any lack of skill, but rather lack of spirit. All of them wanted to go to Chromis, yet none of them wanted to fight Hades. Those who had fought him in the past lost the motivation to continue battles, and the minority who had never fought him were too spooked to give it their all. It was completely astonishing to the teachers the effect Haley had on the other sutdents, and so to save face they had him take on another one of the teachers as well.
The result was a loss for Haley, however the teacher was overwhelmed. The Haley who presented himself in class was nothing like the Haley he had fought: though his personality wasn't picture perfect, it was clear Haley enjoyed every moment of their battle. Constantly, he would interchange between head-on attacks and prolonged periods of stalling his opponent out for time. It was almost as though he was fighting against a lightweight champion boxer! And his coordination with his Houndour was a bond he had rarely seen during his time as a school teacher, rather something he reminisced seeing back as a Pokemon trainer.
As such, Haley's teacher was happy to pass him. The school funded his journey to Chromis, and as such, Haley was on his way to Beryllium City, fueled by the thought of being able to fight many more strong Pokemon Trainer's.

Pokemon Team
Name: Disobey
Species: Houndour
Gender: Male
Ability: Flash Fire
Battle Experience: 3
Moves: Ember, Smog, Hidden Power (Electric), Roar
Extra Notes:
-Disobey has the unusual defect of discharging electricity. Though commonly Pokemon have their hidden power taught to them, "Poke Sym" has prematurely awakened that within him. This has no effect on his Pokemon type.
-Disobey has never been captured by a Pokeball. Instead, during his time in boarding school, given the circumstances of the way Disobey was raised, Haley was able to apply for a Ball used for Pokemon Registration. Outside of being taken to the Pokemon center, this ball's purpose is to register Pokemon for leagues, gym battles and contests.
