The question is, where does this 4th character appear from? I may open this up again, but that will have to wait for an opportune moment. Nobody wants to be accepted and then wait multiple weeks.

@Hekazu True. Maybe contact that one person that submitted a character and got rejected? But, other than that, a character can easily be added if you make some allowances and include another prison room nearby and whatnot. Creativity, but if you have plans then i totally understand haha
