July 1941, OSS holding facility, somewhere in North England
"So, miss..."
"Maria. Maria Bianco."
"Miss Bianco. You're telling me that Herr Hitler is experimenting with... Superpowered individuals such as yourself, and that he is close to making a breakthrough that could tip the war irreversibly in his favour so that we can never recover? You are aware we are already in a terrible situation, yes? London is being bombed to oblivion, our army is in tatters, the Americans are still dilly-dallying over every opportunity to assist us in this war directly, the Russians are still engaged in one of the hardest campaigns in this war... In short, we are very close to having already irreversibly lost the war." The brigader looked at her tiredly, before flicking out a cigarette from his pocket and placing it in his lip. The Italian woman looked up at him, and he sighed, before handing over another one of the white sticks, offering a light to her.
"Thank you brigadier," said the pale woman, breathing in the smoke and holding it in her lungs, smiling pleasantly. "Yes, I am aware how this conflict is not exactly in your favour. What I am suggesting however..."
"That we beseech our allies for their own supernaturals and you, an Italian national and a member of the Italian Nazi party, a woman who has supposedly held conversations with Mussolini himself, should lead them into enemy lines in order to counter these experiments, experiments that we have no proof are happe-"
"Now brigadier, we both know the OSS have spies halfway across Europe. I would be greatly saddened if you hadn't heard even a whiff of Hitler's plans..."
"Very well Mrs. Bianco. I will tell you this plainly. You are not the first person to come over from the Italian side. You are also not the first person to claim what you are saying. Tell me then, why should I believe you when I have turned down others?"
"Well brigadier I can give you proof that there are these superhuman individuals... Like for example how these cigarettes are black market, naughty naughty. I assume the extra rashes of bacon and cheese in your briefcase were also obtained legally? Interesting too that you would have an illegal weapon, I wasn't aware that OSS officials could break the law..."
The brigadier looked at her dumbfounded, before waving her hand to dismiss the woman. "I will make the... Necessary arrangements for you to have your team. I will, however, be keeping a very close eye on you..."

So, now that we've gotten so much interest, which is nice, it's time to get busy in this wonderful world of superpowered people from across the world punching Nazi's across europe directly in the face, all whilst dealing with their german counterparts and Brigadier General John Carmond, who has an understandable grudge against Maria for blackmailing him into starting the Westminster organisation. The plan? Get paradropped into occupied Europe, and start making life hell for the Nazis.
