I have a suggestion. We could put a fairground atop the board walk. It would be like Santa Monica fairgrounds in L.A. but not quite as big. Sea Salt Bay seems like a New England town to me.

@TwelveOf8 I tried to make it based off of Monterey, CA. Its kinda cold with fog almost every morning. But sunny later in day. But that does seem like a good idea
