There is a button that sits below the right corner of the box you type in. It says "Toggle" on it. Push it. A "Formatting Cheatsheet" should appear at the bottom of the webpage.
On the right, outside the boxes, are the various examples of how you can format your post. Examples include underlining words, creating links, hiders etc. On the left, inside the boxes written in blue, are commands that you can write into the box that you type in.

Or you could just push the view raw button at the top right corner of my post. That's the button with that kinda looks like two links in a chain. Look I'm there and copy what you want to do yourself.
Shorter answer, just type [ then url right after it. Type = then paste the web address. Afterwards type ]. Then write what're you want the link to say. Then type [ then / then url then finally ].
