[IC] Fallen: A Zombie Survival Roleplay

You wake up in a town that seems to have been abandoned at the beginning when the zombies showed up about a year ago. There are a few houses near you but they are already looted, there is a locked garage that may have a few supplies in it. You here a groaning and shuffling behind you. there is a zombie with its bottom half missing. It looks as if it used to be a construction worker What do you do?

Quinn starts too walk quickly away from the legless zombie, for surely he can simply out pace some rotten corpse moving at a crawl, but to be on the safe side he decides to grab his bag and machete and moves on looking around to see if there is anything else of note

There is also a town hall using common sense that would be where they ration the rest of the food.

Using "common sense" as after all, Quinn was a med student before the zombies happened after all, he knows a thing or two about things he thinks to him self, then he wonders if he has been thinking to much about himself these last few weeks without anyone to talk to, then he thinks about if his hair is ok today, he is still keeping an eye out for any danger, but his mind tends to wander when he is by himself, Quinn makes his way over to the town hall

Harold the holy finds himself in a forest there is a town west quite far away and you are quit settled where you are
What do you do next?

Harold had a mission, a mission given to him from god, to go on pilgrimage to the holy land where Jesus himself awaits. he racked his memory for any information on where it was but nothing came, he didn't even know that a holy land existed until the Zombies came, he packed up his bags and marched towards the town.

The town was a small one, it had only a few houses 5 or 6 and a town hall near a bank across from a medical care center. There weren't many people here they probably got overrun only a few months ago. It's probably full of supplies.

The town hall is locked and you can hear breathing inside there are one or more people in there.

What an annoying sound Quinn thought too himself, but it was a good sign in his mind, zombies don't breath he thought, he draws his machete though to be safe and taps on the door "Um? Hello? Anyone in there?" he looks behind him real fast to make sure nothing was coming up behind him and then said "I am a friend, really i am, I just want to get out of the open for a bit. Won't you unlock the door please?"

@OoshKoosh Harold marched towards the Town hall, his eyes darting all over the place in order to spot any incoming undead.

Quin hears a click and the door opens, he sees a brown eye peering through the door, then it swings open just enough for him to get through.

Quinn walks through the door, machete still out but at his side, eager to have someone to share his magnificence thoughts with, he turns to face his new friend

A man with messy hair and ragged clothes closes the door quickly behind you. Behind him there are what looks like 10 weeks of rations for one.

"Hello there" Quinn said to the man "I am sort of in need of help" he looks over the supplies quickly "I am low on food and water, I see you have quite a bit of both, I don't expect you to just hand them over. Is there anything I can do for you to work out a trade?"

The man looks at Quinn and says "well you can start by putting that machete away and sitting yourself down and telling me why you are here."

Quinn puts the machete back in its holster and takes a seat "You see" Quinn says looking at the man "I was a medical student, the college wasn't to far away, when the out break happened some other students and I broaded up the school and lived off the campus for awhile, that was until about a month ago, the zombies got in somehow and we all made a run for it" Quinn said pauses to make a sad face and sigh " so I am on my own right now, and don't have too mUch in the way of food"

@OoshKoosh Harold flinches, Someone else is alive? he thought to himself as he stopped in his tracks I thought everyone was dead his mind slowly processing what he just saw, he smiled and nearly ran to the door, knocking on it lightly.

Quinn hears another knock on the door, the man next to him moves towards the door looks through a crack and opens it. there is a man standing outside. the man inside beckons him in.

Quinn looks at the man with a smile on his face "Yay, more people thank god" he thought to himself, he remand seated however, as to not come off as a threat "Hey there" he said to the man who just came in, a good look at the man however sunk his hopes of an intelligent conversation a little, as the man was head to toe in silly looking armor and a trash can lid in his hand. Quinn thought that part of his thoughts should best be left unsaid so he didn't end up in a fight he would probably loses

Greetings!, I am Harold the Holy, chosen warrior of god. Harold walked through the door and bowed, he pulled up a chair and sat down, he half-expected the people to be hallucinations but after a while it was clear that was not true, he poked Quinn in the forehead to make sure, Sorry for that, I haven't seen another human being in...forever, after a while I started seeing visions
