In Tommy's defense; he's been in countries that would have taken him on sight just for being a male (which did end up happening). He doesn't enjoy cross dressing, it's just a skill that he's reluctantly learned to appreciate. Since it let's him move around unmolested (pun very much intended).

Well, for example, Isis' is grey because she would have died as an infant, but the chemical treatment she received that saved her destroyed the pigment producers in her hair follicles, although she occasionally dyes it black, the original color it was.

The issue was rendered moot when, just before Lily turned eighteen, her father fell deathly ill. Lily chose to stay home and take care of her father as best she could. The teasing, perhaps, but he'd be a very deadly foe. Maybe he can secretly follow us to Australia...although I don't know why he'd go through all the trouble. Maybe because of the men, he's tasked to kidnap them for the benefit of his nation.

What's the plot hole is that there would be other men that wouldn't force him to travel all the way across the Indian Ocean to get to. He'd have to grow a bizarre, unhealthy liking to them after meeting them, such as viewing them as the one that he must catch, slowly becoming more and more obsessed as the roleplay goes on.
