By having implanted the Tide-Controlling Jewel into her body, not only has Tamatori mutated into a half-human, half-octopus sea monster with superior strength and swimming ability, but she has also gained access to new magical powers, heralding her newfound status as a "successor of the Sea God". Acting in a way similar to a Magic Crest, the pearl has carved special Magic Circuits into her body that she didn't previously possess, which makes her capable of practicing Water Element magecraft of the highest level. She can manipulate water to her will, use water as a form of attack, or generate streams of water to crush a single enemy. However, such magics are merely an artificial reenactment of the true power the Tide-Controlling Jewel grants its holder as one with absolute control over the tides and the sea itself.

Apologies for the double-post, but I was wondering about the pairing-up process now that I have both a Master and a Servant sheet up for grabs. Mind you, I'm in no rush at all to get this sorted out, so I don't want anybody to feel like I'm rushing them for this.

For Xavier, I was originally thinking of EMIYA as his Servant, but I haven't seen @GreenGoat posting here in a while, so idk what his status is. The Young Jew Boy That Could (Moses) also seems like he'd make for a good pairing with him, if @ConstantlyComic is feeling up for it, of course.

As for my Caster, pairing her up is not as much of a priority atm due to our current lack of Masters, but I see a potential good pairing between her and Nakae Toshi (a tortured teenager who's never met his mother and a Servant who acts like a caring wife/mother figure sounds like a decent pairing imo). Of course, I'm saying this not knowing if @Yukitamas or @Moonlit Sonata have any other plans for Nakae already, in which case I'll let you do your thing and wait for another opportunity to present itself.

Me and @ConstantlyComic have sort of formed an unofficial partnership, but I have no clue when I should make a first post and what that first post should be. For example, should we wait until the next day phase (in RP-time)? Should my first post be the summoning of Comic's servant? If so, how do we justify a servant being summoned 2 days after the war's official start? Any help/guidelines would be much appreciated.

Whenever you want. You can wait until the next phase if you want, but now would work fine. You can do things before the summoning if you're so inclined. There's no justification needed given the shape of the war in this instance.

Hey, so, uh...

I'm really sorry for dropping off of the map like I did. I'll refrain from going into too much detail, if just because oversharing is a bad habit of mine that I'm trying to break. I'll leave it at "severe and sudden shift in personal life circumstances".

But vanishing like I did, from here especially, was something I regretted. I don't know if people would still trust me to be present after something like that, and I don't know what kind of role here is still available for me. I'm also kind of treating myself as untrustworthy still. But getting back into writing is something that I want to do.

I haven't gone back and read over everything that occurred since the incident, but I'd like to ask @Moonlit Sonata if it's possible to continue to play Airi from here as an independent actor. My current understanding is that Airi has no command spells left (we had originally discussed her handing over one, but having her hand over all three once my absence became egregiously long is fine with me), so I'm not sure if her contract with Norton is completely dissolved on those grounds, or if they're still technically linked. In either case, the plan was always for her to cede official control back to Stirner once they had rescued him, so maybe it works out?

Well, strictly speaking there's a difference between the CSs and the contract, as per the first bit of FSN. The CSs are all used, but neither party's severed the contract, so technically they're still partnered.

If Berserk Gene consents, then they're still together. With that said, Player 2 had to deal with moving and stuff hence the delay with Stirner's things, but that's more or less done now, so you three will need to work this out among yourselves.

Waiting for an update from Player 2 before I proceed, since what's happening with him will change what I do with Ruler and Nakae.

At this point, Airi's realization that she can't act as a magus will likely drive her to do what she can in other respects, and leave it to whoever else to act as Norton's Master. I think it would be fine for Airi to officially dissolve the Master-Servant relationship she has with Norton once he's stable without her, but remain allies with him as she continues to act alongside them. Kind of like a Hisau Maiya role. That seems like the most naturally-flowing way to go about things, from my perspective.

So, I think it would be fine to simply continue with what was planned before I came back, and I'll fit in Airi where I can.

Once she leaves the church, her first goal is still to find and rescue Stirner - I don't know what Player 2 has planned for his reappearance, but maybe Airi can play into making their reunion a reality somehow.

Team Sumanai and Team Yukimura have been crippled because Breo, so I've been yelling at him. @Cu Chulainn's status is unknown. Teams Chi You and Rostam are around, Team(?) Norton and Solo Scrub as well. @Player 2's more or less freed up now. I'm not sure if @ConstantlyComic and @Kost Alter are doing something.

So basically we've got a couple of people who are making things drag.

At @SIGINT's Master's suggestion, there will be an event that will hopefully help things pick up shortly.

At this time, you should assume that your character has received a message announcing the meeting which is to take place at night in-RP.

Attempts to use the system of this message delivery for one's own IC gains will be viewed as hostility by Ruler.

All Servants are required to attend the meeting, or will be dealt with by Ruler.

Master attendance is not compulsory but is preferred. OOC, this goes doubly for those who play a Master but not a Servant.

Inter-competitor violence or interference is prohibited during this meeting, by threat of Ruler.

The shift to night and beginning of the meeting will occur on Saturday OOC.

All participants have until this time frame to prepare themselves for the meeting and have their questions answered.

All participants who have not given a sound-off in some form or fashion, even if it is just to say "I'm busy for the next couple of days", by Sunday OOC will be ruthlessly pestered.

Food and drink will be served. Those who are legally permitted may partake in alcohol, but please drink responsibly. Attempts to poison the food or drink will be viewed as hostility by Ruler.
