You have Talent Light and Water yet have Ice and Water 'abilities' for your spells. Spells follow a 'programed action' they aren't freely manipulated, the program can be changed to get new spells but once cast the spell sticks to the program. look at the accepted people's spells to help you out there if needed, and ask questions if anything you are confused on.

Your spells need worked on, a spell tends to do a specific action not vague multiple act both of your spells are fairly vague. Your water flat out sounds like an ability instead of a spell. then they need names and a simple chant and you'll be accepted, so we can get started. worry about the rest later.

In about 1 more day, if our other two roleplayers don't seem to be ready, or even here, we will begin without them. If they still wish to join after we start then I will find some way to include them but for now this has been sitting quiet for longer than I wished.

Create a simple action. A spell isn't something that's freely manipulated, it follows a program set by the magic user. Technically Magic itself is the ability to manipulate mana and turn it into different things like elements. While a Spell is a program made from that. Example of a water move: 'Create Water' generates a glob of water out of water in the air and using mana, has no purpose but to serve as drinking water. or 'Water Ball' Generates a sphere of water which then launches at a target. Basically it's a complete action that can't be changed freely without becoming a brand new spell.

While 'Freely Manipulating the shape of water' isn't a spell.

The order between you two posting doesn't really matter to much, if you have something that needs to go up before the other simply inform them and say so, otherwise it doesn't matter the order of posts. yikes, SATS what a crazy test time. Then again judging by the date it's not surprising. Don't think I even remember back when I had to take that test. Well for me it's time to finally get back to recording for my youtube channel.. haven't recorded in a bit over a month so it's been agitating me. My internet sucks so makes it a lot harder to do this stuff.

It's alright, and as it is in my Signature, it's a gaming channel. I haven't done much for a month or so, been running into a lot of problems in order to record. Internet is my #1 problem -_-, only half the month do I have any good connection, and my game requires internet connection to run. StarCraft 2, one of my favorite games. Possibly in about another month I'll be able to record properly again and better, better internet provider is setting up to come out to my area, but they've had a lot of problems doing so which is why it isn't already set up.
