[OOC] The New Avengers

Things weren't always like this. The world used to be a safer, and happier place. Humans, and mutants, and superhumans all lived together in peace. The Avengers were always thought to be unstoppable, and capable of anything, until that day fifty years ago. All of the villains and organizations in the world struck havoc, killing heroes with ambushes, and starting a revolution of fear, and chaos. It was up to the Avengers to stop them, but they ultimately failed, with many of them dead.

A new age began, an age of extinction. Mutants, superhumans, any sympathizers for us were arrested, killed, or executed to send a message. Hatred, and fear struck the hearts of the world. Some people were fortunate enough to go into hiding, blending in with the people that now hated them.

For fifty years, the world has been divided by villains. The people have lost hope for a happy future... Until recently. A founding member of the Avengers has survived, and is secretly recruiting young, and aspiring heroes to train, and fight back. They work secretly, and sometimes loudly, to inspire hope to the world, and the people born with exceptional gifts and talents who want to see a brighter world.

These new heroes are descendants of mighty legends, or have their own origins, it doesn't matter to them, because they all want the same thing: to avenge the earth, and to make it right again. Lead by the grandson of a legend, a new group of heroes fight to take back what belongs to everyone, and the people, but it is no easy task. They will have to know when to fight, when to hide, and when to strike.

These New Avengers have to overcome elite superhero-killers, machines, and the people they are trying desperately to save... Do you take up the fight and join the New Avengers?

RULES:

1) You can create any hero, from any background, for any age! Although I prefer the heroes to be young and trying to master their powers, they don't have to be!
2) DON'T BE OVERPOWERED!! You can't be invincible, or a god creature! Make them fair and fun to play, it'll be a better RP that way!
3) You can be descendants of any hero you want, but if those heroes are taken, talk to the person and ask if you guys can be related!
4)You can make your own heroes with your own original powers/backstory too!
5) No one liners please! I am a believer of quality over quantity, but only posting "He walked into the room" kinda slows everything down.
6) This will most likely be a darker, more mature tone than most superhero RP's, but there'll be action, romance, humor, etc!

Super Soldier Serum
-Because James' Grandfather is Captain America, traces of the Super Soldier Serum is in his blood. He is in peak physical and mental condition, has a photographic memory, and is able to learn new languages quickly.

Tactician
-Both of James' parents were important figures to the resistance against the Villain Corp. James is a natural leader and tactician, being able to survey any situation and finding the strengths and weaknesses in him, his team, and the environment.

Accelerated healing Factor
--Wolverine's healing factor skipped a generation and went into James. James regenerates damaged or destroyed tissues of his body far beyond the capabilities of an ordinary human. In addition to accelerated healing of physical traumas, his healing factor makes him extraordinarily resistant to diseases, drugs, and toxins. The speed at which he recovers is dependent on the type of injury.

Heightened instincts, and senses
-Wolverine also passed down his sense of instincts, being able to sense something wrong, picking up on scents, and if angered, he will be nearly unstoppable. His rage at this point though can leave him vulnerable in many cases.

James' Story

I never met my grandparents. Grandpa Steve died during the Great Fight, and Grandpa Logan hasn't been seen in decades, being tested on by Doctor Doom. Before the Avengers' downfall, my parents were born, and fell in love while fighting against Red Skull's territory in Europe. It was no use, but they managed to retreat, and go into hiding for a few years. That's when I was born. Even at a young age, people were expecting great things of me. I starting showing my abilities almost immediately, and my training began. I did my part in fighting against the evil villains who tortured and killed so many people. As I got older, the more I knew about the reality of the world. I couldn't save everyone. I had to choose my battles, and I not everyone was out to make the world a better place.

When I was 16 our neighborhood was attacked by Cape Killers. They searched and scanned everyone, and any signs of mutant-friendly activity was destroyed immediately. Word got around that the daughter of Steve Rogers and son of Wolverine had a mutant son,and they attacked. While protecting me, my mom was killed, and my dad was severely injured. A few family friends helped us, and together, we disappeared. For years I did my best to work, and lay low to take care of my dad. It's hard to see so much discrimination, and hate in one place and do nothing. I do what I can to help and protect people without blowing my cover. After a year of that, my dad and I's house had an unexpected intruder.

A much older Tony Stark came to our house, and offered me a new job, with benefits. Protection for my family, the ability to learn more about my heritage, to help people... All I had to do was to train, and to use my abilities to fight back against the evil that has taken control of the world. He told me it wouldn't be an easy job. That I would be the first of many, and to help train, and bring hope to kids like me, like how Grandpa Steve was... And with offers like that, how could I refuse?

Weapons: Tony Stark created a watch on my right arm to form into an energy shield, dawning Captain America's red white and blue colors. The photons emit out of the watch, giving it the same durability of Steve Roger's Vibranium-steel alloy.

Personality:James is very much like his grandfather Steve. He has a deep sense of responsibility, and does his best to help others. He hates people who think they're better than everyone, and due to his other grandfather, he has a bit of a temper if provoked. He has a lot of moral conflicts on whether or not to help people, and when. He will always stand up for anyone in need, and if you know the right buttons to push, he can get very angry very fast.

Other: Has a habit of saying "Bub" a lot when angered... "Thanks Grandpa Logan"

Power/Abiliies:

• Superhuman Speed: As it says, he can go faster than an average human. He has discovered that he had already broken the speed barrier and reached around 800 miles per hour, just as fast as a bullet. He can probably go faster but he's still working on that.
• Superhuman Reflexes and Awareness: Because of his power over speed, his brain is rewired to think faster and thus act faster. He is able to react faster than any other human being. His brain also processes things much faster than a normal human can so he is able to process everything that is going on around him even if he is speeding through them at inhumane speeds.
• Superhuman Stamina: He can handle great stresses on his body without much trouble thanks to being conditioned with all the running and faster reflexes that he does and has.
• Accelerated Regeneration: Any bullet holes, tears and injuries tend to heal much more faster because of his cells duplicating at an increased pace and thus he can heal faster.
• Enhanced Mental Process: The main reason why he does so well in school - his power tapped into his brain to process information. He can test theories and run trial and errors and inhumane speeds. What would take a normal person over minutes of trial and error, Shindo can process it in a few seconds.
• Numbness: Pain has long since been taken away from him on the days that he was heavily experimented on. He doesn't remember how it was removed, he just knew that one day, he couldn't feel it anymore.

Bio: Michael was born an orphan. He didn't know of his lineage. There was one thing he did know. Wherever he was, it wasn't exactly the safest place. A young boy placed in an experimental orphanage. Every child would be subjected to experiments that could only be described as torture for them. Some had it even worse. Michael's power emerged from him the same way it did to his grandparents - they were given to him through painful experiments. Apparently, the orphanage was working for the government to create superhuman beings to combat the other superhumans/mutants that goes against the government.

Michael witnessed his friends' deaths, one by one. Sometimes there were two at the same day, sometimes there were three, sometimes there were none - but they were all subjected to extreme pain. Michael's power soon emerged when he was six years of age, alongside some of the others. The scientists were joyous to see this and began training them to become super soldiers. Not only were they conditioned to have resilient bodies, they were conditioned to know that the government was right. But nothing always goes as planned, everyone knows that. At the age of eight, Michael and some of the others sneaked into the headmaster's quarters and then managed to read the files (one of them had an illusion power). They realized that every single one of them had some blood relation to a hero of the past. They were kidnapped to combat what their ancestors were fighting for.

Angered but knew they could not stand up to their captors in their young age, they continued training. Day by day, they thought about escaping. And everyday, they thought about revenge. One fateful day came when superheroes raided the orphanage, aiming to stop the experimentation on children. Michael was aged 14 at that day and he helped retaliate. He had to fight other trainees, those who had stayed loyal to the government. When it was over, there were only two superheroes left. Michael had went with a man named Gerald Totskey who had the power of foresight with him.

They lived together, gave Michael a new name (Ezra was the name given to him by the scientists) and then slapped on the Maximoff name so that he would remember her lineage. Gerald's training... wasn't exactly what he was expecting. It was way easier and less painful, so Michael created his own training regiment. When he was 16, however, Gerald foresaw that he would have to leave home to find his own greatness. Michael had no choice but to follow his master's instruction and left. He soon found out that Gerald had lied about it and foresaw his own death, and that's why he sent Michael away.

It was then that he heard a particular recruitment order - find James Victor Rogers. They said he will find purpose there. And so Michael sought him out to see what he had in plan.

That was two years ago, from the present.

Family/Relationships: His friends from the orphanage never stayed in touch with him, so he doesn't know how they are. He just wishes for them to be fine.

Weapons:
He has covered his hands, arms and legs with a sort of metallic alloy that allows his attacks to be extra devastating. It doesn't hinder his speed nor is it particularly heavy. Light and durable.

Personality: Michael isn't exactly someone you'd call trustful, or optimistic. You can understand why, given what he's been through. However, he can be quite social. Laughing with people, sharing spooky stories and the likes, but he's always cautious of what other people say and what he says as well. He rarely lets anything slip out unintentionally. Though his paranoia isn't obvious, people who know him well know it is there. Some say it is needless paranoia, but for him, in this world, paranoia is his best friend. He knows his priorities and being a morally neutral character often does him good. If there's little to no chance of saving a person, he isn't going to save them unless convinced otherwise.

Other: He has a pretty thick Russian accent. He seems to have a habit of calling others by their last names. He can probably improve his power more to the point of how Quicksilver uses his as he is still training. He does't know why Pietro's power surfaced in him rather than Wanda's power of probability. Some say he might get the two powers but he highly doubts that.

Age: '22'

Appearance: Light is a 1.8m tall pure white humanoid figure with a thin pear shaped frame. She has an overly large spherical head with short blue hair, no visible nose, very large black and yellow eyes, fin-looking ears, serrated beartrap like teeth, and an incredibly thin neck. She wears a blue tanktop with skinny biceps leading to larger forarms which flow into her nearly cartoonishly big hands which have pointed fingers. She has wide hips, which look even bigger due to the thin short white dress like thing she has which covers her back down to her lower knees and covers her front down to her kneecaps, with the front having an M cut taken out of it. Her legs look normal, short of her having no feet and instead her lower leg ends at a sharp point where her feet would be.

Void Bound: Light is bound to the Void instead of reality. This makes Reality see her as 'empty' and grants her various beneficial and harmful abilities.

• Light is immune to small scale reality warping attacks or ones that affect her directly.
• Light is highly resistant to time altering attacks, as in when time is altered, if she is damaged by who is altering time, she will attune herself to their timeline for a little while.
• Light is immune to soul based magic, as hers is in the Void.
• Light is unaffected by enchantments or spells that don't directly target her, even if they're beneficial.
• Light experiences slightly different physics than everyone else. Anyone who sees this says she kinda looks 'cartoonish' with how she seems to be made out of rubber, gravity affects her a bit differently, and holes tend to be in her exact body shape when she crashes through stuff and the like. Oh, and she tend to squeak if squished like a chew toy.
• Any attacks from reality affect her more than normal. Especially being bound or tied up by it. Drugs and Chemicals also have a drastically increased effect on her.
• Light is extremely unlucky. We're talking so unlucky that it might as well be comedy at how bad it can be.

Void Energy: Since Light is bound to the Void, her life energy is replaced by Void energy. Void energy leaves a signal of 'emptiness' making scanning for her a bit different. if anything attempts to absorb Light's energy, they will instead lose their own energy at the absorption rate. She has a small amount of magic resistance. Any clones of Light will not last long as they have no link to the Void. Void beings are immune to the effects of Void energy.

Regeneration: If an attack doesn't atomize Light, Light will fully regenerate from it after a short while. It doesn't matter what the injury was, even nasty ones such as having her mind shattered aren't permanent. The only way to stop her from doing this is to wipe her out entirely. She will regenerate from her head, or if that is unavailable, from the biggest piece of herself. She can still manipulate severed limbs for a short time after losing them unless they are severed using chemicals or she herself is bound. She doesn't age, nor does she bleed, and has amazing stamina. If Light is depressed, Regeneration happens at a much slower rate.

Super Strength: Light has enhanced strength that is tied to her emotions or determination. While she can lift quite a bit when in a neutral or happy state, she is weaker than a normal human when sad or bound by an object of reality. Since Light rarely gets angry, its unknown how strong she can become.

Adaptive Resilience: Upon taking damage from an attack, Light gain resistances to whatever hurt her, and with enough damage, can become immune to attacks of that type. Physical attacks take a long while to gain resistances for and Light can't gain a resistance to Chemical or Drug based attacks. If Light isn't forced to regenerate from a certain attack type after awhile, she will lose all resistances she built up against that damage type. Light's body will subtly morph to show what she is resistant to. Attacks that do no damage don't contribute to Light's resistance.
Light adapts quickly to surrounding terrain if its harmful to her, and will keep these adaptations until she leaves that terrain for a short time.

Reality Siphon: Since Light is from the Void, she steals the reality of the physical world. Light gives off a 'creepy' feeling when touched as she steals away the reality of the object or person shes touching. When an object has lost some reality, it is unable to gain energy from other sources but itself until its reality is restored. When Light isn't touching something, it regains its reality back after a short period depending on how much was lost, which is even faster for living things. If an object or enemy loses all of its reality, it fades into the Void, although beings with life energy take quite awhile to fade. Beings who can reality warp themselves have a massive resistance to this ability, as do massive or cosmic entities. Void beings are completely immune. This power can't be turned off and Light has no control over its intensity.

Pocket Space: Light can store objects inside a space inside her dress she calls 'pocket space'. Only inanimate objects can be stored here, and she can only store things that add up to thrice her size in total.

Portable Hole: Light can punch small personal wormholes and use them to teleport to any place in her sights or an extremely familiar place such as a base, an exit hole appearing at the spot she wants to teleport to. Should this exit hole not be placed on a solid object, Light will have a notable delay before she comes out of it. Only Light, things she wears, and objects stored in her pocket space can travel through these holes. These holes stay open for only a brief time.

Natural Weapons: Light's fingers end at sharp points that let her slash things. She likewise has sharp teeth much like a bear trap or shark and feet that come to very sharp points she can use. Since her feet are so sharp, she has to step delicately or leave little holes wherever she walks, and has a hard time maneuvering on non solid surfaces like snow, sand, mud, ext...

Bio: If you ask her about herself, Light tends to talk about adventures shes had or memories shes made and will talk at length at how nice the Void is. If asked about her distant past she tends to allude to a much darker past than the cheery outlook she normally gives, hinting that she had an incredibly horrible early life. If pushed, all she says is that it involved slavers but wont go into more detail than that. She only talks about the negative stuff though if she likes who is asking.

How does a void being enter a reality? Well, by chance usually. Or if some magic user makes a mistake when trying to make a portal. At least this sorcerer was lucky that Light wasn't like some other void creatures and paid him no mind, instead interested in the new world she was in. Lots of new people to talk to, lots of new experiences, and lots of great food! Too bad that many people seemed to run away if she flashed them her teeth, even if it was only a joyous smile. Then there were others who called her a mutant and were quite... hateful. And the overall distopian society vibe, while neat, wasn't the best feeling in the world.

Eventually Light figured out how this world worked. Needing to wear a long trenchoat and hat with large sunglasses wasn't the most fun thing in the world for her to do while traversing the populous. Eventually she heard whispers of a better world that had existed only a few decades earlier, one of heroes and joy and freedom. and decided to seek out others who were also interested in something like this.

Family/Relationships: None so far.

Weapons: None

Personality: Light's outward personality is very fun loving, outgoing, honest, and can be mistaken as airheaded at times and she tends to have a smile on her face almost constantly. While it is true she tends to not consider small consequences, which is apparent with how nihilistic she appears to be about most situations, she hides a sharp intellect. This is more on the Genre Savvy side of things than the technical, so while she can learn about tech, she really can't make any and instead is better at observations and general logic. Light tends to react poorly with authority if they don't show any respect to her. She keeps a very nice outlook on things and is very slow to anger unless its something she absolutely loathes.
Light loves anything that is fun and interesting, dislikes things that can bind or restrict her movements, and outright hates slavers or unjustifiably cruel people and has no qualms about killing things she hates.
On the outside she is mostly a pacifist, tending to avoid fighting or fight in a playful manner, defending her allies, or make friends with the combatants than fight for real. If she is forced to get serious, well.... Lets just say your gonna have a bad time.

Other: Light can be distracted or talked down from a fight very easily, has a large appetite, and tends to want to have fun more than anything. Thankfully she finds the heroes life really fun. She doesn't have much of an accent, but will tend to use different idioms than normal, like saying 'oh void' instead of 'oh god' and other things like that. When talking about what she is, she will refer to herself as a toon. She isn't afraid to say what she feels or thinks, and is open to new things.
The only time you might see her kill happy is if there are a ton of brainless zombies. If she kills something, she tends to have a more 'middle earth' view of how to deal with the corpse, and might take a few bites out of it.

I can sort of do that, if you want? But I draw in hand with pencils and only recently started using liners, so it might not be what you want. Almost all of my pictures is in pencil, but I AM able to color them digitally, if you want.

@The Mad Hatter Hm... I appreciate the offer, but I wouldn't be able to offer much for that quality. Have you thought about making a sketch into a lineart? That would drastically improve the quality. There are lots of free programs that kinda act like photoshop for that sorta thing.

I'm alright with paying for a picture if the price is right though. Out of all of your pics, the first one you showed is probably the best.

As I wrote, I dont' want any sort of payment for it, because of the poor quality of my shit stuff. And I recently started using liners (which look better than that messy shit stuff I've got up there], I just don't have any images uploaded. I can have some uploaded by this time tomorrow. I just can't draw digitally. I lack the "feel" of the drawing when I try and the end result is a mess.

But if you don't want my style, then that's how it is. I'm not gonna be offended or anything. I just wanted to offer, in case you didn't get anything better.
Try DeviantART, though. Lots of the artists there do stuff on commision and sometimes even for free.

Appearance: Kate stands at 5 foot 9 and has a thin, slightly muscular physique that betrays her true strength as per her half asgardian physiology. She has blonde shoulder length hair and blue eyes, obviously passed down from her father rather than her mother. She often wears vintage or music related clothing. Her costume is rather similar to her fathers, lacking sleeves however and fitting her more slender build.

Powers/Abilities:
Kate possesses many of the same powers as her father, albeit to a lesser degree. Of course, she does wield Mjolnir, which can be called to her at any time and assists her with flight, combat and defense. Other than this, Kate possesses super strength, endurance, speed and regeneration. Albeit, the regeneration needs to be aided by mystical forces in order to heal larger wounds such as loss of limbs.
Bio: Kate's upbringing was different to say the least. While her mother was largely normal, her choice of husband was not. They tried to keep his identity as a hero a secret for as long as they could, so as to give Kate a semi-normal life, but eventually she would have found out sooner or later, what with her fathers fame at the very least. It was only luck that this realization came at an age where she could perceive the consequences of revealing this fact to the world and, more importantly, Thor's enemies.

While she did promise to keep the whole thing a secret, she only did so under her terms. Terms which her father was more than happy to oblige. Essentially she was to be trained to take over for her father when she was of age. She learned all about Asgard, her father's history and how to fight as he did.

When the cape killers became a tangible threat and the avengers disbanded, Thor was forced to return to Asgard as it's head defender. Of course, this left Kate in a position that her young self would have adored. She took over for her father.

Weapons: Kate doesn't carry any weapons other than Mjolnir per say, but she is trained in the use of most melee weapons.
Personality: Kate keeps a cool head in most situations and seeing her lose her temper is an extremely rare sight. She rarely shows any negative emotions, fearing they could be seen as a sign of weakness and thereby unhealthily bottling up a lot of these emotions. A smile occasionally graces her lips, but laughing and wide toothed grins are harder to provoke. All of these characteristics could potentially make her come off as a bit bitchy. But that's not exactly true. Laid back would be a much better term. She will gladly hold a conversation, and doesn't look down on just about anyone. She is rather kind on the whole and is willing to help just about anyone if they so desire.

Alex doesn’t appear to be anything out of the ordinary, in fact her build is rather lanky and ‘underwhelming’ as far as the average on the academy goes. For her whooping 187 centimeters of height she claims to only weigh 63 kilograms. She seems fit within her options and seems to have great stamina. Her skin is on the paler side of the scale, almost as if a human spent all of their time out of direct sunlight.

Her face seems as ordinary as the rest of her - not too angular, not too rounded. She has dark green eyes and a short mane of blond hair that she keeps cut to a mikado and flowing over one side of her face.

She sticks to her uniform most of the time as she hardly ever goes outside. Alex doesn’t use clothing, instead morphing her skin to look like it, most often going with a form-fitting jumpsuit and a jacket. She doesn’t really ‘change’ for combat other than donning her armor if the situation calls for it, at which point she shifts her surface to a circuit board look to form attachments and connections to the extra gear.

Despite her best attempts, more observant people can still tell there is something inhuman about her - the way her skin is just a bit too cold to touch. The precise and controlled way she carries herself. The fact that she doesn’t seem to ever get a tan. But her body language and camo protocols are slowly improving to blend in better.

History:

Created by Tony Stark, ASTRA is meant to be the deterrent to all future threats to Earth. Combining the thoughts behind Ultron and the Sentinels, this unit is the first prototype of intended many. Designed to be able to counteract most known and possible future threats, ASTRA units are capable of emulating many powers present in other superhumans, aliens and technological contraptions, and while it matches none in its specific field, an ASTRA is capable of keeping up well enough and employ other powers to counter, with the whole system intended to counteract a threat by employing larger number of units, rather than a single superpowered robot.

To prevent the disasters that were the Sentinels and Ultron, ASTRA code is based heavily on that of Ultron-15, capable of feeling emotions. Furthermore, Alex did not achieve consciousness by accident and was brought online and educated by Mr. Stark to create a desirable personality.

A cover story was needed for her, to hide her true nature form villains and heroes alike, and thus ASTRA assumed the identity of Alexandra Blair Stark, a misbegotten daughter of her creator, one he only recently become aware of with the death of her mother who kept her existence hidden from him.

When the cataclysm struck, Mr. Stark hid the only existing ASTRA that was Alex in a remote, unconnected facility, intending to come back after the Avengers saved the day. Only they never did, and now the timed wake-up call is about to go off...

Personality:

Alex is on the border between an extrovert and introvert. She doesn’t actively search for company, about if one finds her she doesn’t shy away. Being relatively ‘young’ and inexperienced with the world, she can sometimes be a bit childish, naive and gullible.

She seems a little cold and doesn’t like to talk about herself, not quite over the fact that her father figure is there no more. Alex constantly seems zoned out due to being able to multitask and pick up what humans can’t like radio waves or wi-fi internet, although she is always paying attention to what she should.

Her only fear is that of going offline for whatever the reason, as even though her memories would remain intact, her personality would reset and she might never be the same person.

Construction and powers:

ASTRA’s body is shaped around a strong endoskeleton fashioned out of secondary adamantium. Mobility is achieved through series of hydraulics for heavy duty lifting and nanite skin for precise motorics and forming the outer shape. Most of the ASTRA’s core systems are stored in the chest and abdomen, freeing the head for most of the sensor equipment - beheading an ASTRA will only blind it, not destroy it, and as long as it can connect to the nearby surveillance systems, all you would have done is to make it look bad.

Despite being a walking supercomputer and thus having a shorter learning curve, it still takes time for an ASTRA to master certain things like martial arts, due to the fact that no amount of theory can replace experience. Furthermore, individually Alex didn’t bother learning much of what she doesn’t need, as her drive space may be impressive, but it is far from encompassing all of knowledge.

Minor shapeshifting - ASTRA’s nanoskin can change its shape, color and to some degree mechanical properties. The shape is limited by the endoskeleton, always restricting it to humanoid shape although in special cases not all of it needs to be covered by the skin, and the skin can form shapes on its own, albeit with not much strength in such limbs.

Energy absorption - ASTRA is powered through its skin which can transfer various energy sources into its powerplant - the unit is mostly powered by solar energy. The capability is limited though - for example it can still be damaged by fire given long enough exposure or high enough temperature.

Superhuman physique - Unarmored, ASTRA can lift up to 20 tons with each arm or 60 tons with both providing it can distribute the weight properly. It can also move about 3 times faster than a human and it has wider range on its joints, capable of for instance reverse bending elbows.

Superhuman mind - The robot has large memory and the computational power of the best technology. It also possesses significantly shortened reaction time and short range telepathy and technopathy with max range of 1 m for very basic readings, requiring physical contact very near the central nervous system (such as on the temples) for detailed readings facilitated through the nanites in its skin.

Sensors and transmitters - The robot is aware of more than a human, capable of seeing and hearing a wider spectrum, and can also transmit such signals.

Equipment:

As the base robot is made to be able to mimic a human, something more is needed for those tough fights when the nanoskin just wouldn’t last long enough. As such a new suit of powered exo-armor was developed along with the ASTRA units. It is somewhat modular in a way that additional equipment can be mounted on the outside, but unlike the Ironman suit, it is not capable of functioning without being fully assembled or in auto-pilot. Its assembly is based on the Mk III, needing to be put on piece by piece unlike the mark V and higher Ironman suits, making the armor a strategic choice rather than tactical as there is no quick option to suit up.

Composite armor - With bulkiness not being the issue due to ASTRA’s superior mobility, the armor was made out of a composite improving upon the nickel-gold alloy. It is worth noting that it was designed to take the brunt of damage from the front and there the armor is heaviest. With the need to accept a pilot, the armor also has weak spots around the joints.

Forcefield emitters - ASTRA armor is equipped with the next step from Ironman’s repulsors - the multifield generators. It can create electric, magnetic, thermal, repulsor and graviton fields around itself. The more complex the field the more it subtracts from ASTRA’s processing power - for example, a tractor beam is pretty easy, but creating a gravity field to safely deflect a hail of bullets over large area would take enough processing power that ASTRA would have none left to compute its own motion, freezing it still.

Increased strength, reduced speed - Once the armor is on, ASTRA can lift up to 300 tons. However, the armor is is far clunkier, and limits ASTRA to human speed.

Ant Communication-Using pheromones, he can talk to and control virtually any ant species.

Decreasing Size- With Pym Particles, he can decrease his size to a little bit under an inch.

Enhanced Agility, Oxygen Supply, and Voice Magnification- His suit has the ability to do all of these things.

Bio: He was born to Veronica King shortly after she left Eric and Eric died. He was sent to an orphanage until the age of 10, when he spontaneously decided to run away. He got by, mostly by stealing things, and avoided the police when necessary. He lived like that until he was able to buy at apartment, at age 18. Fairly recently, when he turned 21, a package arrived in the mail. It read,

Still not knowing who this "H" character was, he recovered a decked out O'Grady Ant-Man suit. A modified version of The Irredeemable Ant-Man suit. Due to the fact that he ignores the instructions and often steals things with the suit, the police are currently looking for him, even if they don't know the thief is him, they still know it's a metahuman. That was until he began to read up on his father. A world of heroes. Villains. Action. Adventure. He wanted it all back. That's now his goal.

Family/Relationships: Other than a few people he hangs out with in crime, no one notable.
Personality: Aaron loves to do things. He'll help out with whatever, even if he's not exactly needed. He's a clear extrovert, yet stays away from the "party" scene and focuses much of his energy on updating his suit. He smiles often and enjoys using his abilities, but does, indeed, have a much more solemn side to him, which rarely surfaces. Even though he has all of these qualities, he's not the nicest and can be a bit of a dick sometimes. Not as lewd or asshole-ish as his father, but he stands his own.
