A world where concepts of Super Heroes and Villains are an everyday thing. A normal part of life in fact, ever since the first child born with a supernatural ability, many started to be born. Until nearly everyone in the world had some kind of supernatural ability, called a Quirk. There still exists people called Quirkless but they are few in number. In this world there are people called Heroes because they use their quirks to help everyone, capturing Villains who wish to use their Quirks for evil. Many schools have been created that teach those who desire to become heroes, how to use their quirks for the greater good. They teach how to deal with villians, and how to rescue people from disasters among other things including normal school work. You are someone who just managed to past the entrance exam to U.A. the greatest High school academy.
As one would guess this roleplay will be all about the Anime/Manga called Boku No Hero Academia or My Hero Academy. This roleplay is all about our characters as they get accepted into U.A. and their journey to be heroes. There will be some rules like no 'All for one' or 'One for all'. No one can have these two quirks, now there can be Similar ones with massive draw backs but no one can have these two specific godly abilities. Like I myself will have a character with an ability similar to 'All for One' called Copy All, it'll allow my character to Copy Quirks of others he sees, but since his body is not developed for those quirks a lot of them could have dangerous after affects on his body if he over uses them. Like using to many enhancement quirks could cause his body break like the main character in the show, or worse.
For the roleplay unless your being someone similar to Mei Hatsume and people of the Department of support who builds machines and even the hero outfits, I would prefer your characters to not be quirkless.

Name: Age: (High School Ages, 14-17) Gender: Appearance: (Depending on the quirk it can affect their physical appearance) Hero Outfit: (Given on first day of class, having given designs to the school if they are accepted) Quirk: (Note: Can't have an insane number of quirks, Max is 2, in only special cases. Like Shouto in the anime.) Backstory: (Quirks develop since the age of 4) Supporting Characters: (People that supported them up to this point like family) Other: Anything else you wish to add.
Name:Charles McCloud
Age:15
Gender:Male
Appearance:Charles is a boy with snow white hair, and blood red eyes. Normally wearing a sulking like face. Having very simple grey and black clothing since a lot of times his clothing can be damaged if he used his quirk.
Hero Outfit: A full body nearly skin tight black suit made to allow matter to pass out of it but not into it allowing it to absorb impact slightly, While a simple mask meant to fit onto his face around his eyes to hide most distinguishing features, even though it's not needed to their appearance, he wants to hide his.
Quirk
Copy Cat All - Charles copy quirk allows him to copy any quirk and use multiple quirk at once. As long as he touches the original user of the quirk he copies it. All quirks last from about 15 minutes up to 30 minutes from the moment he copies them. The time limit varies depending on the quirk. He cannot use a quirk he copies if he doesn't understand even the basics of it. The more he understand of a quirk the better he can use it. He is affected by the weakness of the quirks he copies like the original users even if he doesn't know of the weakness.
Backstory: When Charles first got his quirk at age four like everyone else, they first thought he was quirkless and didn't understand why he couldn't do anything. Until he started to use his parents quirks, which his father's quirk shouldn't of been one that can be turned off and on. It didn't make sense until Charles use another quirk from a kid at the same school that they realized his quirk could copy others. When other kids at his school found out they made fun of him because of it, causing him to be isolated and distance from most. When it came time to graduate middle school he decided he would try to apply for U.A. since it was the best school around, and he wanted to be a hero instead of a loser.
Supporting Characters
Stan McCloud - Charles' father who works as a construction worker, his Quirk 'Metal Body', a Physical Quirk, causes his body to look like metal, as it causes his body to be harder and stronger than steel.
Tina McCloud - Charles' Mother is a doctor and can be away from home alot, Her Quirk is an interesting one since it allows her to summon different kinds of creatures and monsters out of thin air to help her, she normally uses these to help around the house.
Other:Charles normally stays isolated in his home when not at school because he was afraid of people being scared of his quirk, or others bulling him, though had started to gain an interest in the quirks around him so he tried to pay attention to any quirk he seen.
I understand we're putting these here now, let me know any changes you want made or problems you see :)
Name: Marius Gray
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Appearance: Deep blue medium length hair, tall (6'2 approx) A "pretty boy" generally being seen as attractive with a well maintained physique of someone who exercises regularly. Glasses.
Hero Outfit: Navy Blue suit, unbuttoned at the top with no tie. A purple ring on his ring finger on each hand, no glasses (lack of which usually signifies he's preparing to use his quirk in general). A chord runs down the back of the suit on the inside applying pressure for pain relief and generally reducing the headaches and nausea associated with extensive use of Marius' quirk. On the inside of the jacket, adjustment belts can pull to increase pressure and dampen other senses to increase the potency of his quirk.
Quirk: Extrasensory - Telekenetic abilities within a range of a few dozen metres (prone to expand with mental ability/skill level). Strength also in accordance to mental ability and training, with physical strength playing a part of the endurance (The quirk is much less powerful when the user is unwell, tired, etc.). The ability can be used on the ground to gain a boosted jumping height or break a large fall, but stable flying is near impossible for a useful length of time, or at any high altitude. Repeated overuse can cause severe side effects such as regular migraines, and in worst cases short comas. Closing eyes, wearing earplugs and generally nullifying other senses appears to increace the potency, strength and overall prowess of the quirk, however leaving him exposed.
Backstory: Marius was born an only child of relatively famous parents. Neither a hero, however his father's quirk gave him the brain power to kickstart a quirk research laboratory that works alongside the government in building prisons for criminals, meaning his company and name is frequently on the news when dangerous criminals are caught. His mother's shapeshifting quirk led her to be a famous model. He discovered his quirk when a stalker attempted to attack his mother. For a minute or so until someone arrived at the scene to apprehend them, Marius held the attacker in place, immobilised. As soon as he released him however he fell into a deep unconsciousness waking up several hours later in hospital. For the next few years he became very wary of using his quirk, fearing this side effect happened every time he used it.
In elementary school Marius started to experience some rather mixed responses because of his parents moderate fame. Those who knew who his parents were either flocked to him or bullied him, but not much in between. By the time he hit middle school and junior high this became a cult popularity, with a small majority of people who met him inherently disliking him. Capitalising on this, along with his genetic good looks, he usually travelled in a group of his supporters, often getting into fights or falling victim to prank attempts by those who detested him.
His entrance to UA was supported by his small fan club and a lot of his peers applied alongside him in an attempt to discourage or spite him, regardless of the outcome. His success in the entrance exam however may have done more harm than good to his narcissism, but only time will tell.
Supporting Characters: Martin Gray (Father) Karen Gray (Mother)
@NightmareInd I thought @olcharlieboi said the rp started on the first day of class so wouldn't it be safe to assume our characters passed the exam?.. That's the extent of what I put in the bio, anyway
I did say that the roleplay would start on first day of class not to long ago, The entrance exam was going to be the start and simply be a chance for everyone to just show off. But I have decided that it would probably be better to just go past that and go straight into whats pretty much the beginning of the story. Granted if people rather start at the entrance exam I can just switch it back.
@Kreutzer The Hero outfit is usually more then simply an outfit, it is made to assist people with their quirks best they can, like being shock absorbent, or pressing on pressure points to assist with other things. Sorry for late response, had to take care of stuff around my house.
@olcharlieboi yeah I was having trouble thinking of anything however. Maybe a ring, set on his head like a tiara, that amplifies the range of his abilities? Struggling to think of how a physical suit can aid psychic powers unless I just make it an all round armour/shock absorber etc. Maybe it could be changed in time? Maybe the character didn't have much idea how to support his quirk when he enrolled but it'll become apparent when he realises his shortcomings... If I put something like that for now would that work?
Their suits can get upgraded later, all the anime people eventually get new and better suits as they train their abilities and improve them. Usually they would have something they can reduce some strain. An example probably for your character is the suit stimulates some of his pressure points that can help relieve head pain, allowing him to stay over his limit bit longer than he would otherwise but not increase his limit.
The suits are pretty uniquely made, I mean for example with Shouto's outfit, it looks like simple clothing yet it regulates his body's temperature on either side of his body differently (reason why his fire side is frozen) and even had spikes on bottom of his shoes that you wouldn't notice to keep his posture steady and not slip on his own ice. Though you wouldn't realize it was his suit that did this when you looked at him.
@olcharlieboi Problem is I can't really think of any improvements to Makoto's suit that realistically help with her Quirk's heating problem and that couldn't just be bought at a regular clothing store. I mean I could go the super ridiculous route and have like a suit that's chilled with little pockets of liquid nitrogen or two giant fans on her shoulders, but that's kinda silly.
@Turboshitter I mean, you say super ridiculous but you could come up with some cool ideas if you use that liquid nitrogen thing which will give a steam effect to the suit :o
Name: Ensza Kemari Age: 16 Gender:Female Appearance: Standing about 5'4" she has dark skin with Locs. A small Scar under her chin deep grey eyes her hair a beautiful fiery red.
Hero Outfit: A simple black crop top with a high necked collar that she can pull up to cover her nose and mouth as well as a long deep hood. On her back she wears a shoulder holster that holds a heart rate monitor and speedometer. She wears heavy cargo pants that taper down and hugs her ankles with Heavy Combat rollerblades.
Quirk: "Endless Aegis" which is a fine mobile defensive quirk. Her quirk allows her to create solid constructs (She likes to make shields, ramps, walls, and armors) from the kinetic energy (speed) of Herself or those around her. Her quirk is limited really to her stamina and the fact that she has to keep moving. Also she can only take very small amounts of kinetic energy from others. The final limiting factor is kinetic energy is not endless so once the source of the energy fades so does the construct size as larger constructs take more energy (think the bigger a construct the slower she becomes)
Backstory: Once a national track star for her local middle school Ensza was a late bloomer never manifesting her quirk into her early teen years. During a big cross country race high in the no she and fellow students were nearly cruahed by a landslide. It was in this moment she manifested her very strange a quirk saving the livea of Herald and three others. A grayish blue tinted translucent wall having appeared when she put her hands out.
She tried hiding it from her family as long as possible knowing they wanted a "hero" in the family. But to no avail she was sent off the the entrance exams without a second thought her wishes and desires for a quiet life hinderes by family honor and obligation. Having no real ties to siblings or parents but having a clear respect for tradition and her family name she took off into the exam doing her absolute best.
Having practiced and learned the limits of her quirk through out her middle school career through her tim3 on the track team she was ready.
Supporting Characters: N/A Other: She tends to carry around an old stringless yo yo. This yo yo makes for a nice concelead carry.
@Turboshitter You don't need to be incredibly specific at how it does this or that. The suits are all made specially through unknown means, After all like the anime/manga example I've been using Shouto, his outfit is literally just clothes, nothing special in it, yet it keeps both halves of his body at different temperature to regular his Quirk easier. It's all a special fiber the clothes made from.
The Suits always makes others question how it can do this or that but never explains it.
@Kreutzer It's good, don't mind the changes personally. So I would say accepted.
@olcharlieboi simple she is wally west she runs and can create constructs from energy but only while running/skating. Granted I have her far more drawbacks than wally because no speedforce in this world.
@kidjab Also did you really put your character in the char tab before they was accepted?... and I'll wait to see what @NightmareInd says about your ability as well, so I can get his opinion on it. It seems fairly balance since she basically needs momentum to do anything, but that could also incredibly backfire as well in some situations.
I don't remember ever a flash having any ability besides the speed lol, then again I only know a few versions of flash.
I kinda get the idea and it's similar to that of Momo, except instead of from her fat cells, Ensza gets it from kinetic energy, can't change the material or properties of her creation and can place them further away, not relying on exposed skin. That raises the question though: what is the material it's made of?
Ya, that is one of the biggest questions. If it's just made of energy then it would question how strong is it, or if it is a material what is it. The quirk states it's only defensive stuff as well so it's kind of a lot weaker version of Momo's ability of Creation with unknown factors currently. So need some things cleared up before the verdict.
Does the material need to be defined since all it is is solidified kinetic energy? I put the major drawbacks in the description of the quirk because it is simple enough that you stop her quirk by stopping her movement. However, gotta catch her first 😝
Also it is used mainly in a defensive manner but is not the only way she can use it. She simply prefers to do things in a way that focuses on nonlethal options.
As to the strength and toughness of her constructs I am assuming this is why you want to know what is the material or what does it consist of. So I think for clarifying purposes she can mimic any inorganic object she can think of and the toughness and strength of the construct is determined by her speed or rather the amount of kinetic energy used to creaTe the construct.
Example of she is going at 40 mph she can make say a solid wall that is as tough as concrete. But if she is going at 200 mph she can make something close to titanium or diamond like in strength.
