Not a bad day. Though I woke grouchy. Rude awakening + no coffee = grumpy cara, evidently.

Myself? Tired, very, very tired specifically, and for a variety of reasons but fortunately none for much longer. A problem that will resolve itself with time, as it deals with people more than anything and said people are only a temporarily unwelcome intrusion.

I often wish the 'block' function worked in real life. They you'd be unable to see them and never have to be aware of their presence.

The "find" function I believe would be sadly more useful. The capacity to simply find anything in any text or conversation would be remarkable; perfect recall and perfect acquisition. It would answer so many questions. Sadly, I suppose I will be left to having to reread matters or search manually.

How are you, dearling? Any surgery yet?

@Carantathraiel I had my VATS Lung Resection surgery a couple weeks ago, that wasn't much fun. Got sick last week and went to emerg to make sure it wasn't related to the surgery, which it wasn't. Still fighting the cold off right now though. Other than that, I'm good.

I'm sorry to hear about the cold, though. I hope it leaves you soon. How are you feeling otherwise?

Ehh, depends on a certain scar. Most days I'm in pain because that area was badly scarred inside, it hurts when I lay on my back at times. Of course, I have pain meds for that, but I'd rather not depend on them too much, you know?

I know. I hope that gets better, too. I have a scar on my tailbone that still gets really uncomfortable if I sit on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
