I'm looking more along the lines of WWI and WWII paintings. Or Europe around the time Prussia was kicking everyone's ass. Or Roman stuff. But it has to be colorful. I don't like boring browns and greys.

If I may make a suggestion:

Good suggestion. But I'm looking for pictures that can be easily cropped into signatures (preferably not pictures of pictures, heh). I found a few I liked and they're now rotating in my signature. But I only have four right now, and they're all war-related. So I'm going to have to continue my search some other time.
