Except this is our own Millenniummon and we can set whatever parameters and limitations on him that we want/need. He literally just formed and is a feral asshole; that's far from the worst excuse for him not to be able to pull together the power to blow a dimension apart.

Unless you guys get your Digimon materials solely from the written fluff, you have to remember that Digimon power level has always been adjusted as needed in game and anime. This is why my Alphamon don't summon monsters from portals or use the godmode cheat with the Alpha inForce he/she should've have in fluff.
