I know of it, some arcade game from Japan that /a/ went apeshit over a while back. Although the only words i've ever heard, from a human, to describe it are "Ecchi Moeblob Shite" Although, the validity of this claim is put into question, when you consider that the guy who told me this pretty much hates everything... Anyway, why do you ask?
