I was intending on him lurking around the shadows of the building, so him noticing the explosion isn't far fetched. I don't remember, can Mystimon fly? Not sure how close Elle is to there. If anything, Jordan could run interference I suppose? Not sure what RBY's planning, but I appreciate the retention of continuity.

Elle's pretty close, turns out she only lives a couple of blocks away from the building. In the next post she'll be outside it so you can intercept her if you want.

... Was tempted to have Zei subdue Leon to shake him off, but I don't really want to kickstart the plan by having her hurt her own ally (i.e. dick kick).
