@MedjedovicLet's see... So, first off, I should probably mention it was a blast imagining what her anime would be like.
And, I put a lot of thought into this, as she could be well beyond the others in level of power, but seeing the limits I set, she should mostly be good.
So, while I'm doing something I'm not sure is healthy for the balance of the game, there are a few things I should mention. There are, essentially, three issues and a notice.
1. Liemenz Shield. The first and also the biggest issue. I'm willing to allow you to go pretty far when it comes to shielding, but an absolute shield is beyond that. Even if that shield has an energy limit. Frankly, I'd grant you a force reduction of up to 90% here. That is for blasts and the like. Things like
the wind and other low-devastation attacks will still be blocked completely.
2. Booster Engines. Once more, you can get pretty fast, but with the other all-round prowess your character has, it won't be jet-fighter levels.
3. PSY-factor itself. As a basic, no stealing nukes. Missiles are one thing, nukes are another entirely. Now, I'm not sure if you'd meant for this yourself already as it isn't explicitly stated; I suggest that the more complex a structure is, the more time and energy it takes to both dissemble and assemble it. Also, put a limit on the number of things that can be stored simultaneously.
Then finally, the notice. Your PSY-Cannon could tear off limbs--for normal people. Our anime people will be stronger, faster and tougher as a basis, so Auto-fire mode would knock them back rather than tear them apart. As for charged fire mode, same goes, your shot could annihilate a tank, our gang won't be one-shot by it, though. Rendering you an unstoppable death machin and all that.
