Aaron
- ( 3 )Blessings of Yahnweh's Ganja: Who's Got The Funk? Should Aaron succeed in becoming high, which is only possible with the use of White-Rose, his body reacts in a unique way, unleashing a new potential within him oddly named: "Who's Got The Funk?". This is due to a few factors: the massive difference in his mobile flexibility, an increased tolerance for pain, and the decreased inhibition behind his levels of physical strength. These things combine to propel him into a new level of prowess that very few individuals could hope to deal with, especially once Moses adds his magic into the already deadly mixture.
- Intoxicated Flexibility: The most unusual change visible in Aaron's intoxicated state is the fact that he gains a greatly heightened level of flexibility and limberness to all areas of his body. While his THC levels are at an average, he is capable of placing his fingertips on the floor with his legs completely straightened. While fully intoxicated, he is able to fold himself in half or bring one of his legs up past his head as if he had studied the fine art of dance more avidly than a contortionist. The limber tone of his body is so intense that he essentially becomes perfectly flexible in areas that were stiff as a rail just minutes earlier. By folding in on himself and twisting his limbs perfectly and safely, Aaron gains the fluidity necessary to dodge, bob, and weave in combat to avoid a large variety of attacks. It also permits him to use fighting styles that feature particularly acrobatic movements such as capoiera or drunken fist. When coupled with the fact that he almost never stops moving once he becomes intoxicated, his new level of flexibility can be incredibly difficult to overcome.
- Intoxicated Strength: Because his instinctual inhibition is lowered while inebriated, an intoxicated Aaron is capable of releasing astounding amounts of force that he would otherwise be incapable of producing, making him far more of a physical powerhouse than in his normal state. Despite him preferring to use his increased flexibility in order to win his battles, each strike that he makes during this period of time is capable of piercing thick armor as if it were made of cardboard, although the full power behind them is still heavily influenced by whether or not his weapon has been enhanced by Moses. Should it be so while under the influence of White-Rose, Aaron Young becomes a whirlwind of physical prowess that would make even the strongest opponent give pause. His muscles become capable of propelling him through wall after wall of a building, swatting aside the stone as if it were never there.
- Immense Pain Tolerance: Aaron's mental faculties may remain sharp while he is high, but certain parts of his physiology still get the full effects of the chemical reactions that take place. The most important of these changes is to his pain tolerance, which manages to increase to a level where he would hardly feel it if he were stabbed in the gut. While the benefits of this are obvious, from enhanced endurance to the ability to power through devastating injury, it also limits the awareness that Aaron has of his own body. Because he can no longer feel the fine stimuli spread across his skin, an enemy might be able to poison him without him noticing, stab him from behind, or cut his flesh with full confidence that it would elicit no response. Particularly stealthy individuals are the ones that can make use of this the most, although many situations also turn this strength into a potential weakness. Still, it usually serves the Monk of Pure Funk well, and it has allowed him to fight far longer than he would have otherwise been able to in the past. Because of his hefty experience and knowledge of his own limitations, he is always cautious of his blind-spots.
Moses
- ( 3 )Blessings of Yahnweh's Ganja: Resonance Roulette: Should Moses succeed in becoming high, which is only possible with the use of White-Rose, his body reacts in a unique way, unleashing a new potential within him oddly named: "Resonance Roulette". Moses can thus make use of the mysterious magic hidden within his body: the magic of Sound. With this magic, Moses can can create, shape and manipulate the periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave: Sound.
Yet this magic isn't as straight forward as it seems. Moses' spells take the form of floating glass marbles, propelled by unknown forces and marked by runes describing the sound held within. In order to activate a spell, the marble must first be popped, and the sound magic will this be released in a unpredictable fashion. To further express the abilities unpredictableness, Moses cannot pick a sound to create, he can only produce a set of six sound spell randomized marbles, and thus work with those presented.
The marbles randomly produce sound spells that could mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound. At low frequencies, sound is potentially fatal to living beings by causing internal damage, while high frequencies cannot be heard by normal humans but can be used for sonar-like effects. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water and any form of medium, defense by using physical barriers is difficult.
At this time, Moses can only manipulate this magic when high, and he can only produce a set of spells once every session.

- ( 3 ) Yahnweh's Ganja: White-Rose: Discovered by the monks of Pure Puff-Pass Peak, White-Rose has been smoked by the Purifiers for centuries. What makes White-Rose so special, is it's ability to bless it's consumer with slew of unique enhancements, most of which are commonly of the physical mature. Yet there are those to which the White-Rose blesses in another aspect, that of magic. On occasion, there are those who smoke White-Rose and instead of gaining physical enhancements, unlock the magic power hidden within their souls. Unfortunately, this is only as temporary as the high, but the power and insight it grants are immense.
While White-Rose is heavily in demand by those of criminal nature, not just anyone can get their hands on the blessed ganja of Yahnweh. Only the Grandmasters of the Purifiers of Puff-Pass Peak know the secret to it's cultivation, and such knowledge is jealously guarded.
As is such, Aaron Young holds the secret to it's cultivation as he is a Grandmaster. He often keeps five blunts pre-rolled for combat missions.
- ( 3 )The Joint of a Thousand Puffs: Aaron's signature weapon is the magitech baseball bat: "The Joint of a Thousand Puffs". While inconspicuous on the outside, the weapon is really a beast of funky destruction.
Specially forged to compliment Moses' unique magic, the weapon is capable of absorbing the spells created by his high and thus transferring the energy produced into whatever object Aaron hits with it. For example, if Moses were to produce a bass note, and Aaron was to smash the marble with the bat, the bat would thus absorb the sound and replicate the bass wave directly into whatever Aaron hits, in this case, supposedly a car. The car would thus be assaulted by the full force of a bass note directly.
The implications of this ability are both versatile and constraining. While the spells Moses creates can be both devastating and useful, often times they are detrimental to the mission or the situation. So Aaron must chose carefully which out of the set of six spells Moses creates he will use. After his choice is made, for the next five minutes, Aaron has the full power of whatever sound he chose. Only after five minutes can he absorb another wave, as the weapon cannot stack spells.

Aaron
Standing at six feet, two inches, Aaron's height is only built upon by the knowledge that his power exceeds that of any other common individual—and not by a trivial amount. It makes him seem as if he is titanic. The way that he carries himself with absolute confidence and conviction, holding his posture perfectly in a domineering, statuesque way, imposes his authority on those around him like a general pacing in front of his army. Even the most ignorant grunt could recognize status from these qualities alone, even if Aaron had an idea that his appearance gave off such a vibe.
The Grandmaster of Funk's face is rugged, much like his well-toned body, with sharp, angular features that betray the long-lost heritage that he abandoned so many years ago. Everything from his jawline, which could cut diamonds, yet is softened by a trimmed and styled beard and mustache, to his powerful brow is shaped with strength, as if he had been chiseled from the bedrock beneath the plains of his birthplace. His naturally earth-colored skin is reminiscent of dirt, without a scar anywhere on his body, and full, thick lips hide a set of perfect teeth.
Perhaps the most well known feature of the 'Grandmaster of Funk' is his hair. A wild, jet-black afro grows from every inch of his scalp, making it a prominent part of his appearance.

Moses
Standing at only 2'2, Moses appearance is similar to that of every other chimpanzee except for one thing, his head of hair. Thanks to Aaron, Moses poses atop his shoulders with various hair styles, best of which is his matching afro that he wears on occasion.

Aaron
Just like there are two sides to every story, there are two sides to every person. Aaron's duality comes in the form of how the public perceives him and who he is on a personal level. Furthermore; Aaron, has three distinct ways of looking at things: contemplative, direct, or dubious.
His emotional set consists of a phlegmatic disposition, generally unemotional and stolidly calm. Which usually leads to assumptions of a depressed, cynical man, but bitterness and hate has yet to taint his soul. He still has an optimistic view of the galaxy, harbors idealistic dreams, and naively believes that people can be trusted. Aaron maintains no disillusion about the state the galaxy is in, however. But it’s a testament to his integrity and nobility, how he has remained an honest and responsible person.
In combat, Aaron is: controlled, focused, steady, and conscientious of his surroundings. Every decision is made cautiously and pragmatically; he's vigilant in his efforts and never impulsive. He strives to apply the same manner of thinking to every facet of his life. This is why he doesn't interfere in every dispute and is content with watching until needed.
When it comes to Aaron's ability to handle sudden changes and disagreement, his open-mind enables a high degree of adaptability. Because of that, he's able to be tolerant and forgiving of ignorance; whether he's willing to, differs from scenario-to-scenario. But to avoid any interactions outside of his duty, he projects a rough, cold exterior. He even goes as far as exiling himself, which further lends to the mysterious lone wolf persona he has adopted. This facade is obviously a guise however, as evident in his altruistic behavior. Once his icy shell has been broken, his warm nature will shine through and the courteous, cultured individual with a unique sense of humor and charm will be revealed.

Moses
Moses is somewhat mischievous. His trademark oft-present grin and lust for exploring often land him in trouble with conservative, authoritarian figures such as policemen or shopkeepers. He is rather notorious for trespassing just about anywhere, a remnant of his primal wanderlust and nomadic blood. Thankfully, Moses is genuinely well-meaning, and his lack of borders rarely causes actual harm to the places he wanders into. He respects people's property far more than it seems; he just believes that anything worth hiding is something worth seeing.

Born on the fringes of Frixion society, Aaron was spared little in the face of violence and immorality. It was a fact of life in the slums. Girls grew up and died in prostitution. Boys grew up and died in crime. Yet, Aaron's parents were determined to shift this yoke of fate away from their newborn.
So with coffers lined with pennies, the Young's strived to pay their son through school. Remarkably, Aaron possessed and intellect like no other. And throughout his schooling, he shined like a jewel in rubbish. Yet, Aaron, as time went on, found this life tedious if not down right monotonous. Life as a poor man didn't effect him. He desired little. Fame, meant nothing to him. The attention was unwanted. It was adventure, the opportunity to see what other's hadn't seen before that pulled Aaron, that and music.
Using his grant money, Aaron ditched life on Frixion and left for Ecetopia, the home of the Arcane. Here he explored the vast kingdom and cities, garnering knowledge those on other planets could only hope to achieve. It was in these travels that Aaron met Master Jackson, a monk. The man's words and oddly familiar musical tastes drew Aaron too him, and soon the explorer found himself on the monastery of Puff-Pass Peak. Here, five other monks supposedly sung to, trained for, and smoked with the god Yahnweh. Aaron was quickly hooked.
For a decade Aaron trained with the funk monks known as the Purifiers, and during this time, he met Moses, garnering an instant friendship with the monkey. Yet after ten years of worship, the yearning for adventure returned like a drug. His fellow Grandmaster pointed him to the Kindred, a group to which could satisfy his need for adventure and find use for his skills. Aaron sooner accepted than let the Grandmaster finish speaking.
