He has sympathy towards anyone who are a slave and who are mistreated as one. He can be cunning and a liar to get out of situations.

Biography: Isago was formerly born into slavery to father he never met since he was sold off and a sickly mother who died when he was 5. As a child, he worked in his cruel master's home until one night the town he lived in was attacked by bandits (Who often traveled on land but at times by sea as well) that took him in and trained him to be like them. Throughout his teens up to now, Isago have learned that if there's something you want in life, you take it. That's the only way of survival.

Skills: Quite good at lying/persuasion to get out of sticky situations, he's an expert swordsman and hand to hand fighter. He's very skilled in free running (Pretty much parkour). And he's quite strong

Personality: Roxy comes across tough and sarcastic. She keeps a wall between herself and others. She doesn't trust easily but if someone earns her trust she is loyal to them. She isn't very forgiving or understanding. If you screw up or piss her off it will be along time before she is willing to let it go. She is brutally honest. She doesn't care if you like her or not. She is very stubborn. Once she decides something it is hard to get her to change her mind.
Biography: Roxy was raised by her father. Her mother was never part of her life. Her father hated her. Roxy never knew why. She never bothered asking. Her father was very abusive of her because he wanted a son but was never able to have one. He tried her to be an assassin. She excelled despite her father's abuse. She wanted to prove to him that she was just as good, if not better than the son he wanted. She tried as hard, sometimes harder, than his men just so she could prove him wrong about her.

Personality: Caring to those she sees as hard done by but can hold her ground against some of the meanest looking thugs when she needs to.
Biography: TLDR; She was married off to a rich lord who then killed her family, she took her opportunity when their carriage was attacked by bandits and made off with the finery and one of the bandits - selling the goods and buying a tavern in Luthias. For the past twenty years she has been carting ale for sale around the city, listening to gossip and picking pockets as she went.

Annie grew up out in the country, her family farm was often the subject of raids. After one particularly bad winter raid they were left with so little food Annie's father made a deal with a local lord that, in exchange for food and guards he would give a portion of all future profits to the lord and his daughter's hand in marriage.

A year into an unhappy marriage (understandably for a teenager married to a fifty year old with four other wives) Annie discovered the worst. Two years ago, in a feud between himself and a neighbouring lord, her husband had taken on a mercenary group and promised them land he couldn't give...until Annie's father asked for protection. The mercenary group had gone in under the guise of guards and killed the family as they slept, taking the land for themselves.

Between the boiling anger and paralyzing sadness Annie hadn't known how to act. Six months later, however, their carriage had been waylayed by bandits - a battle between the guards and bandits left Annie, the lord and one wounded bandit. A well placed dagger later and only Annie and the bandit remained. The two made their way to Luthias, a city they could get lost in and, with the money from the lord's finery, carriage and horses, bought a tavern.

Annie and Bolen married but his injured leg kept him from a life of crime. Annie, however, was only just getting a taste. She often takes to the streets, ale for sale in her cart, and under the guise as a seller and advertiser of their wares slipped into all areas of the city (few guards say no to a sip of ale during a long shift) and keeps her ears and pockets open. Twenty years since and she has quite a bit of experience under her (now sizeable) belt.

Skills: Reading people, sifting gossip for important information, pickpocketing and her stout frame won't make her the deadliest fighter by a long shot but she isn't to be discounted.
Equipment: The dagger she used for her first kill has never left her side since.

Personality: Abraham is very practical man. He does whatever works and whatever gains him and his associates an advantage. Good-natured would be a bad way to describe him but he tries to avoid direct confrontation whenever possible although he will not hesitate to kill if it proves necessary. He is a straight-to-the-point kind of man. Headstrong and somewhat cocky.
Biography: Abraham was born to a poor widow in the city of Luthias. She succumbed to illness when Abraham was only 7 years old and he found himself stealing to survive. Picking pockets and snatching fresh fruits from merchant stalls. When he became a teenager he joined a gang and started to commit bigger crimes. Despite their lacking skills things went quite well for them. At first. The city guard was hot on their trail and soon enough their hideout was raided and everyone, including Abraham, was captured and hauled to the dungeons where they’d have to sit until the authorities figured out what to do with them. Abraham, however, managed to smuggle in a lockpick with which he escaped. He became a freelance thief and gained more skills and experience. But Abraham had larger ambitions. He wanted a new gang and this time he wanted to be the leader. So he founded the thieves guild with aims of one day ruling the city.

Personality: To those that are the closet to her - they know her sweet smile to strangers is only a façade. She is very cunning when it comes to getting what she wants. Nadya easily knows how to play on the heartstrings of her prey, or knows how to keep then preoccupied. For those she is closest to - she likes to make sure everyone gets their share, if earned, and is very independent. Wont rely on you for much except company.

Biography: Nadya grew up with her mother in a nomadic traveling group - that she banded with for years. This is how she became affiliated with the Gypsy lifestyle. Constantly having to beg for food, money, and struggling to make trades with people in towns - but as she got older she found better ways to get these needs. Entertaining the masses for money with her lute/tarot cards/fortune telling/dancing became a quick way for money.
Or, there was stealing.... Her mother didn't teach her the stealing aspect, it just came naturally as she was beginning to starve more and more - hunger and materialistic wise. Even though the nomadic tribe traveled with goats, and constantly revisited the same spots for rest, and foraging. It all wasn't enough for her. She wanted more money, food, to relax instead of constantly travel to these empty promise filled homes.
Nadya eventually disbanded from her mother at the age of 15, following a man who promised her a life of leisure, but eventually abused her and she ran from him shortly after. Nadya then found herself where she is today, home - amongst whom she now considers family.

Appearance: Normal attire, thieving attire. Garrett is a rather small man, only 5'6 and weighing in at a measly 114 pounds; he is extremely lanky, with no fat to speak of and barely any muscle. His face is almost always clean-shaven and his dark brown hair is cut short. He has a scar running from his right cheek up to his eyebrow.
Personality: Garrett is a rather snarky and rude young man. He is open to conversations with others, but they should expect more than a few sarcastic jabs if they do talk with him, and they'd better have thick skin because he almost always flat-out insults someone in conversations. What can he say? Being raised by street rats doesn't give you the best social skills.
Despite his rather rude nature, he actually has a pretty big hero complex (despite what he might tell you), and always tries to help people in need. In addition to this, he abhors killing, his excuse being that it's unprofessional; really, it's just because he doesn't think he could live with himself if he did kill someone.
Biography: TL;DR: an orphan raised by a gang of street kids who stole to survive. Ended up leading another gang of kids after the old one had disbanded. Eventually went on to become a solo thief, then recently joined the Thieves Guild.

Garrett was born in a brothel to a whore, his father being a long forgotten client. His mother died in childbirth, and the other prostitutes dumped him out on the street to die, seeing no point in raising a bastard child. Nine times out of ten, this is where a whoreson's life would end, but, as fate would have it, he was taken in by a gang of homeless orphans who stole to survive. Again, nine times out of ten this is where a whoreson's life would end, but he was able to survive his first few years of life on the street.

Garrett was always lucky like that.

Due to the fact that the street rats had just found the baby and had no indication of his name, they picked one for him, leaving him without a last name because none of them even knew what a last name was, what with them being orphans. They raised him as one of their own, teaching him how to con and steal, which would prove useful later in his life.

When Garrett was six, he conned a shopkeeper out of some bread. When he was seven, he picked his first pocket. When he was eight, he picked his first lock. And when he was nine, he first ran and hid from guards. By the time Garrett was 14, most of the original members of the gang that raised him were gone (either dead, arrested, or having gone off on their own), and he found himself leading a new gang of younger kids. However, this time he began to teach them how to break into homes and stores rather than conning and pickpocketing unwitting people.

Five years later, Garrett decided to leave the gang, passing on the title of leader to the oldest of them. He began a solo career as a thief, sneaking into stores and houses and stealing everything that wasn't nailed down (and sometimes, even things that were) as well as the classic pickpocketing when not on a job. Recently, he received word of the Thieves Guild that had formed, and decided to join them in order to make more cash.

Personality: Alexai is a person who doesn't reveal a lot about herself. She likes to keep her past in the past and her intentions in the dark, mostly. She is an independent woman, who is proud to be able to take care of herself, she will never accept anyone to provide for her. She's too proud to let that happen. Alexai despises cruelty against animals or children and will never participate in such, if she can by any means avoid it. She respects loyalty and honesty. Though she doesn't really tell the truth herself, she tries to no tell lies if not needed. But that doesn't work too well with her, her identity is a big lie of it's own after all.

She doesn't mind stealing from the wealthy or middle class people, but she avoids to steal from anyone that has barely enough to survive. She will not hesitate to kill someone if they attack her or endanger her safety in any kind of way.

Biography: Alexai was born with the name Kahleen Alexai in the kingdom Leththandrial as the throne princess. She grew up in a middle sized palace with the best education she could get and with too much trouble qualities. She was a little black sheep for the King and Queen and for the people that worked in the palace. She was in the public eye, was loved and adored for no other reason but for being 'the princess'.

Long story short: Kahleen fell in love with a normal girl, typical story, happened a thousand times, the difference was that her parents were okay with it, even if they kept telling her that she couldn't expect to marry that person, to lead a life with her. Kahleen ignored them. The woman she had fallen in love was a secret to the outside world, but the two women didn't mind, they were in their own world anyway. From the age of 16 to 19 they were dating, and then her girlfriend died. She had been killed by a group of people that had planned to get into the palace for a while. Having seen how the girl was able to enter and leave the palace seemingly as she pleased, they wanted to get information out of her on the insides of the palace, the guards, the royal family, who she was seeing in there and all the like. But the young woman refused to speak and had to pay with her life.

Heartbroken, devastated and feeling guilty for the fate of her girlfriend, Kahleen couldn't stand to be in that building anymore. So one night she ran, ran away from the palace, the responsibility, the memories, the country that was hers to lead one day. That is three years ago. The kingdom has never stopped searching and there are people even so far away from Leththandrial that know of the missing princess.

When Kahleen first engaged with a stranger, far away from home, hungry, wet from the pouring rain and scared, she told the man her name was Alexai. The name that was only ever used by her girlfriend. ("I know you." A soft hand touched her cheek and her eyes lifted from the ground to look at the deep galaxy that was within the eyes of the woman she loved. "You're princess Kahleen to them. But you will always be my Alexai. With no care in the world and with no burden on her shoulders.") She soon realized that in the world no one would offer her food or water or a warm blanket if she had nothing to give in return. In her desire to survive she started to steal the things she needed. At first, she hated it, hated the feeling of it, hated knowing that she didn't have anything. But with every day that passed she realized more that she was free. No duty, no people telling her what to do, no burden to lead a kingdom one day. And she started to enjoy the life she had found herself in.

Everything she had done, led her right to where she was now.

Personality: Kai is a rather expressive individual. He usually makes his feelings, as well his as thoughts and opinions quite clear to those around him, even when they hardly make him sound smart. He is bold, impulsive, and headstrong, and will do what it takes to survive when the situation demands it. Kai misses his old crew and his life out at sea, and often thinks of those times. This is apparent as he frequently goes back to the waterfront at night to sit by the harbor while gazing out into the waters.

Biography: Kai was raised and trained out at sea by his pirate father and his crew. During his childhood, he witnessed countless successful plunders by the pirates. Seeing the men whom he practically considered family live their lives by taking what they wanted by force, the then young and impressionable Kai readily took after their ways, and he was contented with his life as far as he knew. However, everything changed one day when they chose the wrong target to rob - an enemy vessel with a crew they could not overpower. This failure resulted in the death of Kai's father and his men, leaving the terrified teenager hiding as a stowaway on the enemy ship. He eventually made his escape when the ship arrived at the waterfront of Luthias City. Since then, Kai had been surviving by the only way he knew how to - by taking what he needed, whenever he needed it, and by any means necessary.

Appearance: Shi is one of the unlucky few struck with dwarfism, and in his adulthood has been at most 4'8". However, almost as a sort of compensation, he is pudgy and very wide, often giving him the appearance of a ball. He is often found dressed either in the yellow robes of an imperial governor when dealing with other thieves, or the brown clothing of the peasantry when not working.

Personality: Shi is polite, first and foremost. He sees the use of imperfect titling as a personal sin. He is a man of lies upon lies, often even fibbing about non-important information just to practice for when it really counts. He expects the same out of all the thieves he meets, and insists on proof whenever possible, even for seemingly trivial matters.
Biography: There was a time, in a far off land, when Shi was a real stand-up guy. He stayed long hours in school and the library, poring over books of politics, dreaming of a glamorous career in the imperial court. His wish was granted when his hard work paid off, him just nudging out the bottom scorers in the merit test. However, he, coming from a less-than-wealthy family, didn't have many resources to study and didn't do so well that he could land the capital duties of his dreams. Instead, he was sent to the far corners, often having to govern barbarians or raiders. This is what led to him taking the bribe that fell him. He thought one might not hurt, but the emperor has spies everywhere, and Shi was immediately booted out of his place and exiled. Now, he hopes Luthias is far enough away from the emperor's steely gaze and the disappointment he would face from his family should he ever return.

Personality: Partly quiet and shy, can be quite wry sometimes. Finds a lot of things funny and has a nice sense of humor.

Biography:
Skell was born Stella Zucherro, her parents abandoned her with a hardcore, in the shadows gang. She grew up surrounded with tattoos, cigarettes and a variety of drugs. However, her new found family took great care of her and made sure that she received a childhood that was both healthy and happy. When she was 17 her family decided to give her a tattoo of a skull on her face as well as several more on her arms. Skell had been left by her parents in a box painted with skulls and that tattoo proved her willingness to survive. She has a bit of money but doesn't want to accept the money that the gang gets from their dealings and instead wants to earn her own. Which leads to where she is now, stealing items and selling them in numerous back alleys and markets across the country.

Skills:
Being silent. She can creep around anywhere without anyone hearing her. She can also change her personality very quickly, to lure in "prey" though she remains true to herself.

Usually just carries a few daggers with her as well as a couple of sleeping dart guns.

Biography: considered a stain on his family's blood line, Raeven was cast out at the young age of 10, his mother had bed with traveling merchant her husban enraged by this cast the young boy out as his mother was on her death bed. Needing to survive Raeven adapted slowly learning how to hunt and take what he needed to survive slowly earning coin by pickpocket and skills through practice he became who he is today.

Personality: Alexi tends to be silent and stays mainly to herself. She enjoys her solitude, which means she usually works alone. Alexi really doesn't mind people, yet she isn't very lively towards them either. Most of the time you'll find her in dark to dim lit places, not only to hide from view, but to not be bothered as much. Though Alexi seems quite cold sometimes, she has a heart that easily falls for another.

Biography: Alexi started off in a normal life, normal parents, normal home, well to her at least. Her father was an assassin and her mother took the path of cannibalism, both are very infamous for their work. Unfortunately
the law caught on to their sour deeds and sent them into execution. Her father was hung for his murders, and her mother was burned at the stake for dark practices which put poor Alexi into an orphanage at the age of ten. Once Alexi hit seventeen, she became quite the hassle with thievery, breaking and entering, and destroying property. Quite the rebel she was, however one day she broke into the Thieves Guild and attempted to rob them. Alexi was caught in the process, but instead of being punished, she was offered a place in the guild and has been there ever since.

Skinny but has tight little muscles on her legs and arms. Sometimes wears charcoal around her eyes to look menacing. Normally wears dark clothes and a thin black cloak.

Personality: Ratte is carefree in the deadly sense. She holds her true feelings back well behind a mask of sarcasm, flirting and general boisterous and rowdy behaviour. She is a pessimist, but can be very caring on the inside and looks after those she considers worthy of her care with a fierce loyalty, though those people are few and far between. She is determined and stubborn - if she wants something, she's going to try to get it, even if that means betraying someone.
Biography: Ratte grew up with her sister in a quiet little family that couldn't afford much. Ratte was never the favourite child - she was brutish and stubborn and often came home with bruises or something stolen, often egged on by her sister though nobody ever saw that part. Her parents were at the end of their patience with her, when her little sister became sick. Ratte took on the role of providing the medicine for her under the guise of having found a job. In reality, she was stealing and when her parents and sister found out, they banned her from the house. Ratte lived on the streets for a long time after that, still sneaking medicine into the house when she could, but learning skills to live on her own and survive in this bitter world of ungrateful beings. She eventually hitched a ride out of town to escape from a group that she had pissed off with her nature and stealing from them and never came back. She was never able to settle, moving from town to town, eventually landing in Luthias - somewhere she was hoping to make a name for herself before she moved on. A name everyone either hates or fears, of course.
