Her “little brother” Ricky was supposed to take over the family business, but he is one of the vampires that have gone missing. Now, she will not rest until he is found and the person or thing responsible is killed.

Bio: Jackson was born in the old west. Since he tired of the ranching life and yearned for an adventure all his own, he set out to make his fortune. His family was pretty Wealthy so it was easy enough to buy a nice duster, a fast horse and two revolvers. He made his name in the field of Bounty Hunting. It wasn't long before he was beaten unconscious and left for dead by a particularly nasty group. He was turned by a passing vampire and his new life began. He's been in San Francisco a long time now and runs the Wraith Family business. He owns the south side of the city. Several banks, a police department, clubs, bars, and a chain of movie theaters. He also has several illegal gambling clubs going on on the side.
Personality: Charming but ruthless, violent but seemingly controlled. Amused and arrogant, this is Jackson Wraith.

Sarcastic and witty, Lucy is best known for her acid tongue. However, her demeanour is rather listless and she often performs most tasks in her own time, and grudgingly when forced to do things in haste.

Biography
Lucy was born and raised in San Francisco, living a normal and rather uneventful life; that was until her first year in college when she was "experimenting" at her first college party. After using a dirty needle, Lucy was accidentally turned into a vampire. Of course, the next few days were filled anxiety and panic attacks in her dorm room; but after finally calming down, she sought out the closest vampire she could find - which just so happened to be a member of the Wraith Family - for an explanation and help. One thing lead to another, and Lucy became a loyal Wraith Family member, which she has now been for over 60 years.

Biography:
David Matheson always thought the world was stranger than it seemed. This was mostly due to his time in JTF66, a secretive multinational task force assembled to handle incidents of a sensitive nature for an organisation simply known as the Agency.
In a short period of time, David had been exposed to many strange circumstances that has left him questioning his fundamental understanding of the world.

David was poached into the Agency during his time in the Australian Special Air Service (SAS) where he was one of the youngest candidates to have passed selection at 20 years of age.
After 6 years of combat rotations in trouble spots around the world, David was given a chance to move deeper into the underbelly of operations that existed in the world of the seen and the unseen - the grey role if you will.
David left his personal identity and life behind to fall deep into this world where spies, special forces and other certain ‘types’ of individuals work closely together.
It was in this new life where he became attached to a woman. A field agent that went missing somewhere in San Francisco while on a suspicious assignment.

Frustrated with the lack of answers and desperate to find her, David faked his own death during an operation about 2 weeks later.
With only his determination and some basic equipment left, he has begun investigating the city’s criminal underworld.

Personality:

David is often quite laid back and calm even when placed in difficult situations. A personality trait typical of those in his profession. He really could be your best friend.
Occasionally however, certain situations can cause a trigger to go off in his head and his aggression whilst controlled can certainly come to the fore.
He is certainly a man with a past full of things he’s not proud of and this has left a few emotional scars.

Bio: Jack was born and raised in England to a wealthy family that made their fortune during the Industrial Revolution of the 1800s. While most would have expected him to never have to a hard day's work in his life with this fortune the truth is actually quite the opposite. He developed an interest in the machines of his family's factory and on his 16th birthday started an apprenticeship in Engineering. By the time he was 25 he was Chief Engineer for his family's company. At the turn of the new century Jack embarked for America on a business trip to sign off on a potential expansion of his company there. That's where everything changed. He got into a particulary nasty fight after a night of rather excessive drinking in San Francisco. The next he knew he'd been bitted & turned. Dazed, confused & in a wolf form he had no idea how to change back from he wandered the streets, no idea where he was going and what he was going to do. Then the Abascal family stepped in. Sensing his vunerable state they took him in and offered him protection & promised to help cope with & hone his new powers. The cost? Unconditional loyalty. Having no other options he took the offer and has been with the family ever since. Jack's engineering prowess soon landed him the role of Head Mechanic with the family, maintaining the vast fleet of cars & other modes of transport.

Personality: Jack is usually a calm, kind person who will help anyone he thinks deserving of his help. But on the flip side he has little tolerance for people who believes to not be deserving. He has a sharp, witty tongue that often manifests into sarcasm. It's gotten him into hot water many times but he always, just about, stops short of saying something he'll be killed for. Jack is very protective of those he loves & cares about and will go out of his way to ensure no harm comes to them. Jack has mastered his Werewolf side and can command it at his will. However should he lose his temper all self control vanishes and he comes a ball of rage that isn't satisfied until someone is dead, or as close as can be.

Special Power: Enhanced Healing. Jack's wounds heal at a super increased rate compared to normal - the deepest of cuts heal in a few hours & he can even regrow lost limbs, although it takes months to do. He's not invincible though - take his head off & or put a blade through his heart and he's dead for good.

Other: Jack owns a 1969 Dodge Charger that is his pride & joy. Damage it and you probably won't come away with all of your limbs still attached.

Personality:
Leopold could be described as a gentleman. He is always polite and rarely loses his temper. He is very diplomatic preferring to avoid violence whenever possible.

Bio:
Leopold was born to a noble family in Prussia during the 18th century. He had an older brother which meant that he wouldn’t inherit the family fortune so he was packed of to the military academy at the age of 10. Here he learnt every skill a military man might need. How to fight with swords and pistol, military strategy and most importantly: How to act like a proper gentleman. When his education was done, just in time for the seven years war, he was sent to fight the austrians as an officer.

Things went well at first but after a few victories he was captured and sent to prison in Austria. He shared cell with another prussian officer named Henrich. His behavior was... eccentric, to say the least. Leopold often found him sucking on the rats that were in the cell and when he asked why Henrich refused to answer. After a few months of imprisonment Henrich finally told him the truth. He was a vampire. Most people would’ve been scared, disgusted or just have laughed him in his face but Leopold did none of these things. Instead he pleaded for Henrich to turn him. He wanted the immense powers that come with vampirism. Drawbacks be damned. After some pleading, persuasion and even some threats Henrich agreed to turn him.

They escaped using their vampiric powers and fled out of austria. Henrich was killed by vampire hunters in france. Leopold was now alone. Eventually he made his way to England where he hopped on a boat to America. The new world filled with opportunities. Soon he ended up in San Francisco where he used threats, blackmail and other unscrupulous methods to gain control of the eastern side of the city where he owns most banks, clubs, bars and the police department.

Special Power:
Cryomancy. Leopold can control ice and snow with his mind and use it as a weapon. He can freeze water with just a glance and if he manages to touch someone where the skin is particularly thin (e.g. face, back of hands) he might even freeze the blood.

Nickname: Referred to as “Mr.Dragomir” when dealing with humans while seeks to be sought out as “Lord Dragos” when dealing with supernatural beings aware of his identity.

Age: Roughly 800 years

Family: Vampire: Head of the Dragomir Family

Bio: Roots date back to around Eastern Europe during the Medieval times. While various European lords attempted to establish dynasties, a vampiric family known as the Dragomir emerged due to their proficiency of combat. Acting as mercenary knights, the Dragomir’s fought throughout Europe’s various wars throughout the centuries, holding no permanent allegiances other than to themselves or gold. After countless battles the Dragomir’s ensured their secrecy by violently executing those who attempted to expose them having built a vast wealth that would enable them to live incredibly lavishly even into the modern day. Dragos has emerged as the longest reigning and most powerful of the Dragomirs having an established empire in New York City. He recently arrived in Oakland having established a base of operations by its ports while preparing to expand his empire towards San Francisco though those closest to him understand there is an even greater motivation on why he went out west.

Appearance: Dragos stands tall at 6'5 with a muscular, athletic appearance. In public he is often mistaken as a professional athlete and his knack for wearing expensive suits doesn't necessarily help to dissuade this illusion. Despite his age Dragos looks no older than his late 20s to early 30s.

Personality: Calculated and charismatic, very rarely does Dragos lose his temper. Due to his centuries worth of combat experience, Dragos can be incredibly confident regarding his abilities while also having the habit of talking down to those he see's beneath him. Dragos however does respect power and courage and despite his own ambitions is willing to compromise even with other heads of vampire families if there is something positive to gain.

Special Power: Pyromancy

Other: Currently armed with two dessert eagles while also still possessing the same sword he’s used back in his medieval conflicts. His sword is considered his ultimate weapon only using it if the situation calls for it. Due to his vast wealth Dragos also has access to a variety of cars that he has brought with him to Oakland. His favorite and most used is an all black Bugatti Chiron.
