Next question, sorry I ask a lot
What are the limits on what a character can be? I assume this is grounded in reality so no supernatural or science fiction?

Yes pretty much, but if you wanted to make your character almost supernaturally good at juggling or card tricks I would allow it.

What about a supernatural/ghost enthusiast. Someone who is fascinated with haunted places and horror, firmly believing in ghosts and specters?

Its fine as a hobby, but its not likely to pay the bills in shine city so you would need a non supernatural profession.

A bit worried personally about the post length. I usually try my best to match my partners post, I can handle a few paragraphs
I just have never took part in an advanced roleplay before

Two decent sized paragraphs should be fine, it can be smaller for back and forth conversations too.

Hey, thanks for being classy enough to ask before you wrote something up and sorry for the late reply. I am able to monitor the threads at work, but not necessarily post anything other than a few words.

I had envisioned Joel's shop as a bit of a solo operation (as you will see in the post I'm about to put up). From a character standpoint he probably wouldn't want any help other than maybe some clerical/admin to help him with his books once in a while, BUT that being said, I think it would be more fun (and good for character development) if your character were to approach him about working with him rather than just writing it in to start.

I definitely respect GM authority here, so if you want to just write it in, then by all means, we'll make it work. I'm just suggesting things that might be fun for future writing and give us somewhere to go with the characters.

Dam I was hoping to have chara in before this started. It's short then I'd like so provided it get approved I might flesh bits of it out as time and my muse permits.

Yes, definitely. Maybe I'm wrong, but I sort of pictured Cornerstone in a little bit more industrial side of town? Hence why Joel's shop would be nearby.

I also just noticed that the posted Weekend hours were supposed to be 330pm to 130am. Maybe it would be a little different on a Sunday?

@Pilatus she's been working there for some years now, I'm sure she can make food for regs off hours without too much disciplinary action.
