Issac is just rank and file cop. Mostly doing foot patrols in whatever part of the city his been assigned to that day. Issac spending most of his time on patrol chatting up shop owners and anyone who wants to chat with officer of the law.
Personality:The moment when people meet Issac most are quick to see he is one very calm individual. A man who is control of his emotions and very aware of that fact. Issac is a young man who never gets angry at someone or upset, unless he wanted to be. Issac actions always thought out and planned. Issac not liking to do something on spur moment, unless he’s drunk or in a really playful mood. A mood although rare does happen, normally when he is drinking. In general Issac tend to be somewhat positive person, trying to look on the bright or funny side of things. Most of the time, at times he tends to forget this and only see the negatives. During this time he likes to whine about his problems to whoever will listen to him.
Issac is the type who is an open book when it come to him. Keeping little secret Issac will gladly talk about himself if asked. The young man quite a chatter box if the topic is something he finds interesting or keep talking to him. He's also the hardworking type, giving everything he does his best. Making sure to finish every task he is set to or give himself.
Bio: Born and raised in Shine City. Issac lived a happy childhood with two dedicated parents. Issac wanted for little as a child. Isaac had what is considered a normal childhood. He went to school made friend, lost friends, got into fights won and lost them.
From a young age, Issac always had a small interest in law enforcement. His dad being a police officer, he got to hear about all the thing a police officer used to do and when he grew old enough would join his dad on patrol when it was allowed. Even with a low crime rate which Issac learned was unique to Shine City, his father still had many stories of things Isaac found interesting. Then again as kid, Issac was huge daddy’s boy. Always thinking it was cool to have a police officer for as a dad.
Maybe it was that the lead Issac to join the police academy when he finished high school. It is still something Isaac to thing day is unsure on. All he knows he following in his father's foot step who followed in his father's footsteps, so on and so forth dating back generations.
Even if he finds his job lacking in excitement half of the time Issac enjoys his job and knowledge that he’s doing something for the community. Recently he's set a goal for himself to make sergeant like his father.
