Born to the rich Kostashe family of Greenville, the wine corporation his father owned - Zach Kostashe who was the CEO and a WW2 Vet put the family on an expensive suburb in Greenville, Illinois. His father served with the Marines in the Pacific against the Japan, just like his fathers had before him in various conflicts spanning back to the revolution that freed America from British rule. His father, after seeing the horrors of war vowed never to take up arms again. This was until he was drafted to Vietnam.

He went to public school, like everyone else - growing up and hearing about the war intrigued Nick. He always wanted to be a soldier and fight for glory and the U.S. When the US went to war with North Vietnam Nick was itching to sign up but his enlistment was held off by orders of his mother, he was to graduate first before joining his father. Most mothers would be against their sons joining the military, but with the draft and the Kostashe military lineage words alone wouldn't stop his son.

This is why when Nick was old enough he planned on joining the Illinois National Guard, however, throughout high school he had behavioral issues. Time after time he'd find himself in Mr. Jones's office, for fighting or being out line with a teacher. Mr. Jones always seemed to be looking out to take Nick down, because Nick would always be been in detention. Maybe the rumors were true, Mr. Jones really did hate the school and his life. Yet, this only fueled Nick's hatred towards the fat old man. When he was 17 he enlisted in the Illinois National Guard as an engineer and did his training over the summer.

When he started the twelfth grade, little did he know Mr. Jones had pulled some strings to get him to fail a few courses, therefore, causing him to fail the grade? Nick was seriously pissed he had to the twelfth over again, especially with Mr. Jones. Despite that, his longtime girlfriend Brenda Voegel broke up with him again - thus leaving the man alone to himself and determined to get out of this small town. One night on base during a MUTA drill, planned and executed by the ruthless SSgt. Meaford, Nick was setting up electrical equipment - he accidentally grabbed a live wire without thinking and electrocuted himself.

For some reason he didn't die, his partner - Specialist Sparrows, he looked at Kostashe as was wondering why he wasn't dead. Kostashe bullshitted himself, despite the fact he was smoking. "Yea, just a tiny zap man." which the gullible Sparrows ate up. "Yea brother be careful with that.". Writing it off as a fluke it would be back at school where he'd find out his powers. When he went to the boy's bathroom and turned the lights on, he sucked the outlet dry. Confused and panicked, Kostashe ditched class that day (gaining a detention from Mr. Jones) and went out to the forest where he ended up experimenting a bit with what he'd gained. Still confused, he went back to school the next day.

Still trying to wrap his head around the whole eletrical shindig.

Sage has lived his entire life in Greenville, and he wouldn't mind dieing there either. It's a small, slow town, but it's peaceful and the people are nice enough. When Sage was 11, he was official diagnosed with a minor form of OCD, because of this, he will often flicker lights 4-9 times before entering a room, depending on how bright the room is, and has to open and close doors 3-7 times, depending on the type of door. Because it's fairly mild, he doesn't require any medication or therapy, and he doesn't particularly mind the quirks. At 14, Sage became particularly interested in philosophy, and during his semi-frequent visits to a local bookstore, he found a copy of The Myth of Sisyphus by Albert Camus, a book that explained to him the philosophy of Absurdism, one he now embraces. Since then, he's made sure to carry a copy in his backpack, taking it with him everywhere.

Chester was born in Chicago and lived a fairly happy life until his mother left him at the age of ten. He and his father made do, until he graduated from high school and moved to Greenville to get away from the city, which exacerbated his ever-worsening headaches. He worked odd jobs until he met the girl of his dreams and settled into a job at Greenville High School. Life was good for Chester until his wife suddenly revealed she was having an affair his the principal of GVHS, and refused Chester's pleas to try and make it work. After she left, Chester's migraines increased in frequency and magnitude, and he spiraled into depression, becoming addicted to a vast cocktail of painkillers and antidepressants. He moved into an apartment he could barely afford to rent with his teachers' salary, and going cold turkey with his pills proved a grave mistake. Driven mad by the pain, he ran to a pharmacy and looted some painkillers and antidepressants. Fueled by adrenaline, he went to several liquor stores, grabbing what he could. After a night of drinking and popping pills, and fueled with disdain, in a rage of regret, he looked to his wedding ring, and realized it had started to melt. After a night of experimentation, he found he was able to manipulate gold with his mind.

Healing Touch: Currently he can only accelerate the natural healing processes for himself and of the person he is touching, he has to maintain concentration and contact via touch in some way to the person he is healing. when overused he becomes nauseas and light headed with the chance of passing out or being lethargic for a few hours. depending on the severity of the injury, his hands will emit light from a subtle glow to a bright light.

Liam was born in Greenville on the 22nd of November, his parents had moved to the area 3 years prior to this. Both of his parents immigrated to the United States from Sweden to try and escape the European conflicts. Both parents worked in the same Greenville hospital, his father is a surgeon and his mother a nurse. His home life is rather quiet as his father had been drafted to work in Vietnam while his mother stayed and worked long graveyard hours at the hospital. Occasionally Liam will go and help out his mother at the hospital, normally on the weekend or during school breaks. He doesn’t have many friends and tries his best to keep the few friends he has close.

well he doesn't know he has it and doesn't know what it means all he knows is certain people make him feel weird or uncomfortable with strange feelings regarding the person when he touches them. im not having him start out with, "o you can control fire" more like, "Your warm" even if they are not. he cant just rub up against them either it has to be like a hand shake skin to skin contact that sort of thing, and even then he just brushes it off as weird. and regarding feeling those around him, to him i guess it would feel like someones watching him but worse. all in all he knows he can heal people and has been doing it for about a year now, he doesn't know he can sense others as far as hes concerned hes the only one that has ability's. hell pick up more on it later

Most of the time, people see right through him though. That's not just a joke about how white he is. He feels like people rarely know he exists. In fact, the only thing that might stick out to people is that they notice this 'new guy' in the middle of the year.

There's nothing really exciting about Jared's background. He grew up pretty normal with good friends in a good place, until his dad had to move away to stupid Greenville. This place was seriously lame and the people lamer. His dad was hardly ever around either. He always had business trips, and when he was home, he was always in his office. From the size of porno mags and how often he went on sketchy trips, he was pretty sure his dad was cheating on his mom, but he didn't care. His dad was a bastard and his mom married him for money anyways. He's started to like Greenville a little more. Something about the hope of leaving it for college has helped to see it in a better light.

Whenever he wants, Andrew can project his soul outside of his body. Whenever he does this, his body stays frozen where it is, such as reading a book. When he is projecting his soul, Andrew takes the form of himself, though only he can see this. He can then move around as he normally would, meaning that he can't fly, and he can't go through solid objects. Sometimes, when Andrew's soul is near you, you can feel like someone's with you, though you won't be able to see anybody. This can sometimes cause dogs to bark.

Limitations:

When projecting his soul, Andrew can't interact with anything in the world. This means that he can't open doors, or windows, so he has to hope that they're already open for him or someone opens them of their own accord. He also doesn't know what's happening to his body, unless he's near it. He can sometimes sense if something bad is going to happen to it, so that he can return to it.

Backstory:

Andrew was born in London, England to Thomas and Alice Jones, both teachers in secondary schools. Growing up, he had his older brothers, Richard and Malcolm who were twins, who constantly used their position as the elder brothers - and later brute force - to get Andrew to do things for them. This resulted in Andrew being short tempered, however, he is quite kind to his friends. A couple of years later, Andrew's younger sister Jennifer was born, of whom he is very protective. Andrew doesn't really speak much about his life.

A couple of months ago, the Jones family moved over to the USA, for a change of lifestyle. They moved to Greenville, Illinois, and Thomas and Alice started teaching in a high school closer to Chicago. Andrew and his brothers all started Greenville High School, and his brothers decided to try out American Football, whilst Andrew has decided not to join any sports just yet.
