Supernatural Victorian Idea

[Alivefalling]

The plot would involve a twist in history where a plague struck humanity in 1840 bad enough to nearly wipe out the species. Within 5 years, only 500,000 humans remain. What no one knows is that the creatures of our nightmares have been living in secret, waiting for an opportunity to rise. Vampires, werewolves and other supernatural monsters came out from the shadows, outnumbering the humans by thousands. The remaining humans panicked and began preparations to defend themselves from these creatures, developing weapons as fast as they could and preparing for war. Vampires outnumbered humans to the point of being able to take full control, using some human as cattle as they occupied noble houses. Werewolves were also now free to come out in packs and hunt humans without the stress of revealing their existence. In this world, humans would have to battle to survive in a new world unlike their old one where they were the bottom of the food chain.

Possibly I was thinking of adding demons and angels to give a reason how vampires were created and humans getting some power to defend themselves, werewolves would stem from witch cults using a ritual. I am also considering adding magic/enchanted weapons if people are interested in that idea.

That could be a possibly but you would have to turn eventually to prove loyalty to the allied force. (edit) Actually not forcing the change the human you could act as a spy this way it sounds better when I thought about it more.

Noble House: (For vampires only) split into three noble families which include: Vondrak, Lorkan, Domencio.
(Vampires can be solo and not in a house but you will be looked down upon by the nobles.)

Personality: Your character's natural mood/morals/how they react to situations ie. under attack/fighting/alone or around others/and general traits/quirks/interests.

Specialty: What are you good at ie. job/hobbies

Weapons:
(Will add magic when I get home)

City/town: Lapenzan(town)- Dense forests and small communities mostly run by werewolves and small population of humans.

Gallowstein(City)- Main city run by the Vampire Noble families where humans are used as cattle for the vampires.

Mirstone(City)- Last remaining Human city.

Yes in the character sheet it is your species, there will be no hybrid between vampire and werewolf either just to clear that.

Well this is just the interest check I cannot write as good as I would on a computer, the plot and story will have more depth and detail once I am able to start the actual RP page.

Are this houses hostile against each other?

Weapons for humans can be anything up to flintlock weapons for firearms, bows/crossbows and melee weapons of your choice max of 3 weapons, there will be magic/enchanting added later I will need to make rules for that so no OP magic is used. Also if you are werewolf you will be unable to use your weapons and possibly drop them during transformation.
