Kili was silent, as they began to make their way down the mountain towards the mines of Moria. But the tears visible in his eyes. He had lost the one person, he considered a sister. Merry and Pippin, along with Sam and Frodo too were shaken by 'Yavanna's' death...they might have not known her long. But she was far too sweet, far too young to be taken away from them. Aragorn could see how pained Legolas was; and it hurt him to see his friend like that.

As Yavanna managed to sit up...with agonising attempt. She was surprised, her weapons survived the fall without breaking beyond repair. Let alone, that she had survived the fall it self. Looking up,with a painful crink in her neck. She had took a big fall. Yavanna felt something wet on her head. Touching her head...there was some blood. Her back hurt a lot, so did her shoulder. Yavanna wasn't sure if something was broken, cracked...or just majorly bruised. But she never felt like this before. Despite that; she felt lucky enough to be alive.

The Mines. She told herself. Yavanna had to get to the mines. She carefully and somewhat slowly made her way down the mountain; where she would take the path towards the mines. On her path. Strange thoughts? No Memories? She wasn't sure...what it was. But it was filling her mind...almost every step, she took closer towards Moria. She kept seeing Saeril. Sauron...Saruman....and Saeril getting tortured. The painful horrible images, caused her pain. Making her gasp out in shock. Tears forming in her eyes; at the pain, and agony that Saeril must have went through. It almost felt, like Yavanna was relieving it, as each memory filled her head.

In those moments; Yavanna regretted yelling at her. For blaming everything on Saeril. Yes, Saeril may have committed horrible crimes. But Yavanna came to see, that Saeril had been telling the truth. She was a victim.

As she kept vigil on her journey. Yavanna had no idea; how long it had taken her. But she arrived at the Mines; a while after the rest of the Fellowship. Maybe an hour or two? As the company it seemed, were trying to figure out the password to enter. Hearing a twig snap near by. Aragorn spun around; his eyes widened when he saw young Yavanna. She was alive. But what a dishevelled sight. Her dark hair, covered in dried blood, dried blood on her forehead, scratches...probably sporting other injuries. But she was alive.

All those, that looked over their shoulder were speechless to see Yavanna. In one piece. Whatever Gandalf the Grey saw in her potential wise; The Wizard and others were right. Yavanna was destined for many great things. Her power had been growing since Gundabad. Apart from Saeril and her grand-mother Galadriel; she would be one of the most powerful elves of Middle-Earth. Of purity, and goodness. And destined for greatness, and helping restore peace and light in Middle Earth.

The group had been sitting around for several minutes, maybe up to an hour, as Gandalf tried to figure out what the password was on the door. The Hobbits were throwing rocks into the water, while everybody stood around, waiting for the wizard to open the doors. It was becoming quite frustrating for the Gandalf to figure it out, but one can't blame him for not being able to open the passage. Saeril stood far away from the group, more particularly, Kili; as much as she wanted to comfort him, and reassure him that they were going to end the one responsible, she couldn't risk the opportunity, due to the much hatred he currently had for her. Once again, she was left in the dust. It pained her just as much, when she had to stand in the spot where the king and Thrain died, as well as countless others of Kili and Gimli's kin.

A twig snapped, and by the time, everybody else turned around, the figure of Yavanna was approaching them. "She's alive!", Merry piped up, having to be quite astonished to see the girl. How could one ever survive such a fall? But what did it matter? Yavanna was alive! Legolas didn't hesitate to approach her, having to feel a huge amount of relief in his chest, just by seeing her appear, alive...but wounded. Carefully, he placed an arm around her waist, while putting one of her arms over his shoulder. "Come sit down", he told her, having to feel his protective instinct come back full-force.

Saeril remained as a witness, in the distance and, although she too was relieved to see the girl living, her own silent anger didn't fade. Saruman was still going to pay, regardless. She then looked away, having to remember to not give any contact, as she had promised before the journey.

Yavanna was relieved; that they didn't enter the mines yet. As Legolas walked over to her; Yavanna caught onto his shoulder, to help hold herself up as her aching body felt like it might give in. She leaned against Legolas, in relief of his arm around her.Looking at the passage way door. Yavanna saw the riddle written on the door. "Did you try the elvish translation for friend?" Yavanna asked Gandalf softly. As something in the riddle had jumped out at her instantly.

Aragorn and Boromir stared in shock; trying to compose themselves. "H...how?" Boromir asked looking at Yavanna.

Looking up at Boromir, Yavanna shook her head "I have no idea...just glad to be in one piece." She said honestly. As Legolas helped her to sit down. Yavanna winced slightly feeling another shooting pain in her ribs, stifling a groan. The young Hobbits seemed relieved to see her, along with Kili and Tauriel.

"I thought we...." Kili couldn't even say it.

Yavanna looked at Kili. "No..I am right here."

"It's a relief to see you're alive." The Strider spoke to the young girl. Aragorn looked at Yavanna. "How did you know how to find us?" he didn't think it could just be luck, that she figured they'd be taking the Mine Passage.

"I saw it...in my head." Yavanna looked at Aragorn. "I saw you all, on the mountain side. Boromir and Gimli were arguing. The rest of you looked upset and stressed. And Frodo made up his mind for the rest of you, that this was the path." Yavanna said, as she began to explain to them about the vision she saw. "It almost felt, like you were all near me, the voices were so loud and clear in my head." Seeing Saeril not far. Yavanna took a breath, before she waved her over. Kili looked a little more than shocked. What was Yavanna doing?

"What...." Before Kili could finish, Yavanna sighed.

"If you saw, what I have...you'd understand, Kili." Yavanna said softly. "We were in the wrong. Saeril was telling the truth."

Gandalf looked back at the door, just as the princess suddenly suggested another way to get in. Frodo stood up to look more closely at the inscription, thinking over what Yavanna just said. "Speak 'friend' and enter", he thought it over. "What's the Elvish word for friend?", Frodo asked the wizard in curiosity. Legolas had managed to set Yavanna down upon a rock, while Samwise fetched some medical supplies from his pack, having to give them to the Elf Prince, so they could begin to quickly patch her up, and allow her to rest. As much as he wanted the princess to be healed completely, he knew she couldn't without any proper rest. As much as he lacked experience in healing, he was currently going to do the best he can. Saeril had been standing in the distance, but Yavanna's wave towards her was quite unexpected. As much as the princess now hated her, what good could the elder she-elf do for her now?

"Mellon", the wizard said, until the sound of shifting stone began. The invisible door was just opening to the mines...

Almost reluctantly, Saeril approached the girl, having to be very careful in her steps, before stopping before her, staying silent, with her eyes down, almost prepared for another scorn.

Yavanna let Sam and Legolas help patch her up. On occasion giving the Hobbit and elven prince a few pointers on what they should do first; since Yavanna had more experience in healing. Being a healer herself. But the downside of her power; she could not heal herself, even if she wanted to. As Saeril approached her. Yavanna took a little time to think what she wanted to say. She looked at the elder; almost a little...worried. Would Saeril forgive her?

"I...I know, what Sauron and Saruman put you through." Yavanna breathed out. "I don't know how, but I saw it all in my head, on my way here. I am so sorry...for...what I said. I was angry." Yavanna's voice was quiet, but filled with kindness. "Is it too late, to ask for your forgiveness?" she asked her softly. Yavanna wasn't sure if Saeril could forgive her; given how angry she and Kili had been since the meeting, towards her.

Saeril stayed quiet as she listened to Yavanna profess her apologies. Truth be told, it was rather unexpected; but she needed to be sure. "What exactly did you see?", she asked, quite curious, as to what kinds of things she had managed to see, regarding the elder she-elf's past. Nearby, the ripples in the water began to move towards the shore, and Legolas looked over to it in suspicion. It was kind of strange to see the water move in the opposite direction as to what could have possibly caused it. Gandalf stood up to the open doors, before having to create a light from his staff, in order to see what was in the dark.

It was hard to put it into words, what Yavanna had seen exactly. How to describe it? She sighed. "It was mostly about Sauron....how...he and his minions tortured you." she swallowed. Trying to explain what bits she had seen; but instead the unpleasant memories she saw came rushing back, making her flinch. Yavanna looked over towards the water, as the Hobbits kept tossing stones into the water. "I wouldn't do that, you might disturb whatever sleeps in the depths of the waters" she said softly.

Aragorn ushered the Hobbits away from the water at the Princess' warning. Impressed that Yavanna's clue opened up the mines of Moria. She was quiet the quick thinker. To her, it seemed rather obvious. He wondered what knowledge she had about riddles like that.

"I...is it true?" Kili asked, his voice shaking as he listened to Yavanna tell Saeril what she had seen.

"You wouldn't want to see it Kili...it was too....." Yavanna shook her head, unable to find even a word for it.

As soon as the others started moving, Legolas was already standing up, having to be in front of the cave, really to be on the lookout while everybody started to enter the cave. As one of the group’s elves, he was valuable in being their eyes and ears. Anything that the mortals could not detect, was found by either him, Tauriel, Saeril, or Yavanna.

Saeril swallowed as Yavanna informed her on what she had just managed to take a glimpse towards, involving the elder’s dark past. As much as she didn’t want the girl to take witness on what happened to her, as well as take witness of the results of the torture, Saeril didn’t want them to worry about her, at the rate they were now at. Unknown to them, she had a plan to prepare them for if Sauron had his way. She wanted them to live, even if she wouldn’t be able to make it. As she had pledged before, she’d do anything to ensure they didn’t meet their fates early. Especially at the hands of Sauron.

With that thought, the elder offered her hand to help the girl stand, silently asking the princess for her own forgiveness.

One by one, they were slowly starting to enter the cave. Tauriel felt some relief; that Yavanna was slowly working things out with Saeril. She wondered, how the memories came to Yavanna. The young girl, must have yet gotten more gifts than anyone of them previously realised.

Yavanna was silent, as Saeril took in the news of what she had witnessed. As Saeril reached out to Yavanna. She gently took her hand, as she stood up. Sam and Legolas, seemed to do an okay job at patching her up the best they could. Even if she still did not have full strenght on her; she felt a little better. Wrapping an arm around Saeril. Yavanna gave her a hug, in acceptance of Saeril's silent apology. Kili just looked speechless; with an apologetic look towards Saeril. Not sure what to say. It seemed like he and Yavanna had been more in the wrong.

As Yavanna entered the Mine, not long after. She looked around...feeling something beneath her feet. Her star light making the darkness of the mine light up.
"The great walls of Moria." She heard Gandalf utter.
"And they call it a mine! A mine!" Gimli's loud voice boomed. There was some light scrunching beneath people's feet, as they seemingly stepped on bones.

With everyone in the cave; the bubbling in the water resumed. And something slithered into the entrance. Grabbing a hold of Frodo's leg and dragging him out. The young Hobbit let out a scream.
Yavanna spun around, along with Aragorn and Tauriel. The trio rushed outside to see a large tentacled monster, near the shore of the water. Trying to harm Frodo. Despite her injuries. Yavanna wasn't one to stand back and not fight. As she pulled out her sword, she moved out of the tentacles, as the monster seemed to be waving it's tentacles about...trying to catch a hold of something else. Slashing at the tentacles and dodging them, it almost became a dance between Yavanna and the Monster.

Aragorn and Tauriel slashed at the monster; trying to rescue Frodo from it's grips. Soon being joined by Boromir, aswell. One tentacle sent Boromor flying back knocking Aragorn down onto the ground.

As one tentacle reached for Yavanna. The young elf glowed brighter. With her Ultra SuperNova Glow. It caused the Monster to let out an earthly shriek, as it was burning the tentacle. Giving Yavanna some shield, from the monster that kept trying to grab at her.

Saeril felt the hug that Yavanna seemed to give her without hesitation. The elder she-elf wasn't sure if she should immediately or not, but knowing this was the princess asking for her forgiveness, she sighed, almost in relief that the girl was no longer angry with her, and that she felt pity for that the elder fell victim to a very evil power that made her do things unimaginable to innocent people. "If ennas na- anything cin baur, ben anír- nin na ceri-, please treneri- nin. Just know i, like Legolas, cín cuil na- also in nin hands" ('If there is anything you need, or want me to do, please tell me. Just know that, like Legolas, your life is also in my hands'), she explained, before having to let go of her, and allow her to walk into the cave first, so she would follow in, after her and Kili.

The sight inside the mine, was completely deserted, with the exception of the decaying corpses that seemed to have been here for a very long. It only gave her the memory of what happened here, a long time ago, during the battle between Dwarf and Orc...with herself included. "It's become a tomb", she realized, having to voice the thought aloud, while having to feel a rather depressing tension inside the small space.

Legolas was looking around before spotting an object protruding from one of the corpses. "Goblins", he announced to them, having to quickly arm himself by drawing an arrow out from its quiver.

At the announcement, Saeril didn't hesitate to act, considering that it gave her some thought. The deceased weren't just from the battle; they were also from a recent invasion! They might still be here! At the same time, she heard a scream back at the entrance, just in time to see Frodo being dragged back towards the entrance. With the others having to rush out, the winged she-elf and Legolas weren't far behind.

The monster that was dragging Frodo, was trying to devour him, and it obviously seemed that Yavanna was trying to subdue the beast. Legolas started firing arrows; one of them having to hit one of the beast's eyes. The princess' bright light giving the monster a lot more trouble to see. A slice from Boromir seemed to have immobilized it, as it let go of the Hobbit, allowing him to fall into Saeril's arms, who managed to catch him. "Into the mines!", Gandalf told them, as the monster tried to follow, having to create a cave-in; the thirteen companions having to luckily escape deeper into the chasm, finding themselves in total darkness.

"Allow me to give us some more light", Gandalf said, before having to use his staff to create a light source, and give them a path throughout the chasm. It was huge, having to be so similar to how the Lonely Mountain was, on the inside. In honesty, it didn't really surprise Saeril to how huge Dwarf kingdoms were, inside that of rock structures. The place was completely empty; not a single living thing in sight, as it seem to not have been habitable for quite some time. It made the she-elf wonder if they were even completely alone.

"I have a bad feeling about this place. We shouldn't be here", she said aloud, although kept it at a whispering tone.

Yavanna had clearly heard Saeril's words; but she didn't feel like Saeril owed her anything. She wasn't sure if Saeril felt the need. But Yavanna was sure, she could take care of herself; despite the elder's protective nature. But at the same time, Yavanna did appreciate, all those wanting to look out for her and protect her; from things she might not see coming.

As they had managed to rescue Frodo; and get inside of the Mines before the entrance collapsed in on them. The collapse of the walls, also caused Yavanna's lights to dim; as she let her bright light that kept her safe from the monster fade slightly. But keeping a bright shine; to help aid with light within the chasm.

Tauriel looked around, the massive yet empty Dwarf Kingdom. Hearing Saeril she looked over her shoulder at the elder. "I don't think we have a choice." There was no way for them go back. They only had to go forward. No matter what bad feelings they got from this place. It was too late to change their minds. If they found a way to go back outside...they'd be devoured by that monster, they saved Frodo from.

"Be on your Guard, there are more fouler and older things than Orcs; in the darker places of the World." Gandalf warned, as he began to lead the group forward. Boromir and Aragorn gave each other a worried look, as they kept the Hobbits between them and Gimli for protection. Yavanna was near Tauriel, and Legolas; glancing back towards the barricaded entrance of the Mines, for a few moments. But then turned forward again, so they could go forward with the rest of the group.

"It's a four day journey to the other side. Let's just hope our presence will go unnoticed."

Kili swallowed slightly. This was going to be interesting. They would really have to keep a low-key presence here in the Mines; if things were lurking about

Saeril had to depend on her impressive eyesight and hearing to try and decipher what they might run into in the dark. So far, she could catch the sounds of falling stone, as well as the group's assumedly-silent footsteps upon the rocky surface.

Undoubtedly, the Elf Prince could hear the same sounds, as he stood near the princess and his closest friend. He seemed to be more closed up than usual, since Yavanna surprisingly returned to him, after he had assumed her to be dead. It was as if the memory was starting to replay itself, having to remain as a reminder, if he were to fail on his promise to Lord Elrond. By instinct, he clenched her hand; not too tightly, but enough to know that she was present, and not in the frigid snow.

As they traveled through the dark chasm of the Dwarven kingdom, Saeril could remember everything from the past; from when she had first come to Moria during the battle. Every crack upon the rocks has absorbed that very moment when she had killed Thrain, and the blood that has been absorbed into the ground will forever imprint this place as one to be in the presence of one of Middle-Earth's most violent of conflicts.

'Forgive me, Sons of Durin'

She mentally said to their surroundings, as if the wind would carry the message, but the only thing that stood was the air, making the wind, reasonably dead. The elder she-elf looked at Kili nearby, and sadly sighed at the memory. "Forgive me, Son of Durin. For what I have done to your kin, was unbearable, as your family had never deserved to meet such an early fate", she had to whisper this to him, hoping to receive his forgiveness, the same way she had received Yavanna's own.

As they walked. Yavanna kept her ears and eyes on alert; In case there was something near by. As quiet as they seemed to be. She had a feeling that the falling stones, were not caused by their feet. For a few split seconds, she could see eyes staring up at her...as if something had been climbing up the walls. Then it was gone. Gollum...he had been following them and kept following them the further they ventured into the depths of the mines. "Gandalf...there's something down there." Yavanna told the Wizard elder.

"That would be Gollum. He has been following us for a while." Gandalf said, almost not bothered by his presence.

Yavanna could feel the silence; Legolas' silence. It hurt a little to know he barely said anything to her since she got back. Feeling him grip her hand. Yavanna lovingly squeezed his hand. Almost to reassure him that she was there. That she was alive, and by his side where she belonged. Keeping her hand in his. Tauriel was worried for Legolas; this was the most silent she had known him to be. She certainly hoped, he would snap out whatever shut off and quiet phase he was going through since Yavanna's return. As she could see, it pained Yavanna to see her beloved so silent...especially towards her.

As Kili glanced towards Saeril; the young Dwarf wasn't sure what to make out of all of this. Saeril wasn't lying, when she said she had been tortured. But in his anger, he did not believe her; until Yavanna confirmed it with her visions. Hearing her apologies. Kili sighed. "Wh...why didn't you tell us? I think we...I had a right to know." His voice was hurt. Pained. But there was sadness in his eyes. "I miss the Delva, I thought I knew." Kili said softly. He wasn't sure whom she was at the moment. Would she go back to her dark ways? He hoped not. But he did miss her.

Eventually, he moved into her arms Hugging her. In a way to show how much he missed her, but also that he was accepting her apology.

Once they reached an opening with the cave, the Grey Wizard had apparently forgotten which way they were supposed to go. It was, thankfully, a good time for them to take a break, and recollect their thoughts. They don't how long they had to wait it out, but they sat there for quite a while.

Gandalf had finally managed to look away from the many-paths, in order to glance towards the princess, who've managed to point out the creature Gollum; a recent-victim of the Ring, just before it fell into the possession of Bilbo Baggins. "He's been following us for three days, wandering...and waiting", he said, before going back to thinking.

Legolas had been sitting on a rock, having to nearly stare into space, almost as if he was deep in thought. He was unaware for the worry that came from the two she-elves, who looked at him, despite that his hand remained in Yavanna's own. After feeling her gentle squeeze, the Prince's only response was to lift the girl's hand, bring it to his lips, and softly kiss it, with his eyes closed, as if he was silently praying to himself that she was still there. The last thing Legolas wanted, or be afraid of, was to lose his beloved, at a too-soon rate.

Saeril was leaning against one of the walls, until she heard her youngest godson's pained voice being directed towards her. Based on what she could sense from his thoughts, there were visions of a younger version of himself leaving gifts for her, in his attempt to communicate with her. The memory matched with his pleads, and the Elven woman quietly sighed in sadness, having to momentarily close her eyes in shame, before opening them again.

"Once again, I am so sorry in having to silence the truth from you. The truth is told, for which I had feared of the abandonment that would be acted upon, by those I love dearly, especially by those I have sworn an oath to protect, and help grow. On the other hand, the evil inside of me possesses dark intentions; having to do anything to please her master, even going as far as to kill. I couldn't bear to live with the burden of enduring intense hate for what she has done; for what I have done. Yes, I deserved the hate for my cowardly actions, but then...I couldn't just leave Yavanna, you, and everyone else, who were a part of this world, alone. I was scared, Kili, as I adored everyone close to me. Believe me, I am always, and still am, the same Delva that you have forever known, since you’ve been small."

It saddened her just as much, when Saeril had to explain it to him; that she was a victim. She didn't know whether if her tongue of truth would ever become believable, and that's what she wanted Kili to know; that she was still the same person whom he admired, while growing up. She heard footsteps approaching her, and the she-elf could only register that the young Dwarf was hugging her. Was what she said considered true to him now? Almost reluctantly, she kneeled down, in order to let the hug be more comfortable.

Staying by Legolas' side; her hand almost glued in his. She silently hoped he at some point would say something. This silence from him...it was heart-breaking to say the least. It made her worry. Feeling him kiss the back of her hand, her thumb gently brushed across his knuckles. But she listened to Gandalf talk about the creature that was following them..."....He wants the ring..." Yavanna breathed out softly. Knowing a little about Gollum, and the ring was in his possession before Bilbo found it-and what it had done to him.

"He escaped?" Frodo asked...a little unsure. As last anyone heard, that Gollum was captured and getting tortured, for information on the ring.

As they all waited for Gandalf to make up his mind on their route. The Hobbits were sitting down on few of the rocks around. Listening to the conversation between Yavanna and Gandalf...but Pippin glanced backwards to where Yavanna had spotted Gollum...the pair of eyes glowing in the darkness...but always dissapearing every now and again.

In Kili's mind. The Delva he thought he knew-wouldn't have lied..and wouldn't have done those things. Yet she was capable of such darkness. Which is what had left him confused...and still a little unsure, if she was still the same person he knew. But she was a victim...that much was true. And in some ways...she was the Delva he knew...in orders, she wasn't. But Kili did miss her. It would just probably take him a while to accept, that she had a darkness to her that should be feared. As they hugged, he was silent.

"Escaped...or was set loose. The Ring has drawn him here...he will never be rid of his need for it. He hates and loves the ring, as he hates and love himself. Sméagol, he was once called...his life is a sad story. The ring came to him, before it drove him mad. There are other forces in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. My boy, Bilbo was meant to find the ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it...and that is an encouraging thought", the Wizard explained, both about their stalker, as well as the young Hobbit's destiny.

All Legolas could do, was listen, and hold the princess' hand, having to keep it, literally, close to his heart, while she interacted with the wizard. He just couldn't say anything as of right now. The memory was too much to bear for him, and it was as if it was a recurring nightmare that continued to plague him. It transformed itself into becoming his truest fear, and judging by the recently but briefly treated wounds on her body, he didn't want to accept the fact that it could become a reality. He just prayed, wanting Yavanna to stay safe; feel safe, as he had promised to the girl's father, as well as to himself.

Saeril held Kili in her arms, having to transfer her thoughts and feelings into him, and allow him to know what she was currently experiencing. She didn't expect him to understand them, at their fullest, but she just needed him to hear her out, and decide for himself. As much as the elder didn't want to lose him, like his most-treasured family, she also couldn't force such things upon him. The Guardian thought about this, while she stroked his dark hair, before eventually letting go, and having to stand back up to her full height. "You want to know how I am driven, I'd suggest asking Gandalf. He knows more about this than anymore", she said, before she heard the sudden brightness in the said-wizard's voice.

"Ah! That way!", Gandalf gestured to the right-hand tunnel, shortly before the Fellowship scrambled to their feet.

As Yavanna held onto Legolas' hand softly, feeling him clutching her hand against his chest. Yavanna glanced down towards him, seeing his eyes were closed almost like he was praying. Her other hand gently touched his cheek, letting her warmth and love transfer to him through her soft touch. But she did listen to Gandalf as he spoke to Frodo about their stalker, whom was once named Smeagol. Yavanna wished there was something she could do, to make Legolas feel a little bit better. But what? She hoped his shut out, silent stage wouldn't last forever.

Frodo was quiet as he listened to Gandalf, talk about the once Hobbit named Smeagol that was following them. "Smeagol." he muttered to himself, as if to remember Gollum's real name. As Gandalf suddenly remembered where to go. Merry stood up "Ah, he's remembered!" he said with a smile.

"It doesn't seem to smell so bad, down that way either." Yavanna said seeing where Gandalf was pointing to.

Kili held onto Saeril...seeing a few things that she tried to transfer to him. Which only seemed to add a little bit to his confusion...not understanding it fully. It seemed like he would need to talk to Gandalf indeed. Get more answers. When the group began to move, they followed Gandalf towards the new destination, as they carried on their journey through Mines of Moria. At times, Yavanna looked around, admiring the beauty of the Dwarvish structure, once more.

But suddenly, Gimli spotted something that didn't quiet sit right with him. Something that looked like a recent attack on his kin. Rushing into one of the rooms, he yelled out in shock and grief. "No....No!" dropping to his knees, as a sob escaped him. In front of him, was a similiar coffin where Fili and Thorin were resting in the Lonely Mountains...but this one belonged to Balin. As Yavanna and Kili rushed over to see what had Gimli upset...Yavanna gasped, as her hand flew over her mouth, in shock. Yavanna had liked the elderly dwarf..his passing a sad one. It seemed like he had came back to reclaim Moria, not long after they departed...but ended up dead...along with few other friends of theirs that went with him. Kili was stunned and shocked, by the sight...poor Balin was gone.

There was even a skeleton sitting on a well, with a book. Pippin as stupid as he was, was looking at the skeleton...touching it. Because his curiosity was getting the better of him. But when it fell backwards, making a crash at the bottom, he couldn't help but flinch at the echoes, it caused.

Yavanna just sighed, seeing the guilty look on the young Hobbit's face. The sound of drums soon picked up and Frodo's sword began to glow. "Orcs..." Yavanna frowned. Suddenly a few arrows whizzed past their heads, making her duck. Boromir had just rushed back into the room, from where ever he was. "They have a cave troll." he frowned. Using her powers of telekinesis...to shut the large door, keeping it shut, whilst Aragorn and Boromir began to barricade them in, along with Tauriel's help...to give them bit more time, before the swarm of Orc's would burst in on them.

As Legolas remained sitting on the group, holding the girl's hand close to his heart, his eyes fluttered open, once he felt a gentle touch come into contact with his skin. Looking at her face, he could see the love and affection within her beautiful green eyes and, along with that element, he was also trying to pass confidence into himself by praying within her presence, so he could harness the strength needed to protect her. The Elf Prince, once again, kissed her hand, shortly before he and the rest of the group heard Gandalf's happiness. The wizard looked into the tunnel while he heard the princess remark about the slight odorless smell.

"My dear, if in doubt, always follow your nose!", he said to her before making a heartful chuckle.

Saeril looked over to see the group on the feet, and departing the chamber, and into the passage. The elder was quite relieved to tell Kili her reason of keeping the truth from him, but she still felt the guilt in hiding from him, and his family, having to believe that her past would disappear, and that she would be able to move on, and live at peace with them. But she found herself to be wrong. In truth, it has been a rather long time since the she-elf has seen the inside of Moria. At this time, it was a rare yet beautiful sight.

"Gimli!", Gandalf suddenly called out to the dwarf that was running away from there, and towards another vast chamber, where a wooden door has been smashed, along with black arrows embedding in it. A coffin was in the middle of the room, with light touching the surface. The wizard approached the crypt, having to read the inscription on the top. "'Here lies Balin, son of Fudin, Lord of Moria'. He is dead, then. It's as I had feared", it was rather a painful thing to learn, considering that Kili, Yavanna, and Gimli were all visibly affected. Saeril sighed in sadness, feeling that sense of guilt rain down upon her, once again. Another one of the company was dead. She had caused this to happen. Soon enough, they would all be dead at the hands of the enemy if they don't act quickly.

Gandalf had managed to find an object laid with one of the corpses. It appeared to be a book, and he opened it to read its latest entry. "'They have taken the Bridge and the second hall. We have barred the gates...but cannot hold them for long...the ground shakes...drums in the deep...we cannot get out. A shadow moves in the dark. Will no one save us? They are coming'", they were Balin's last words of thought. It saddened the elder, while having to create a feeling of dread that seemed to surround them.

The loud crash that Pippin had unintentionally made, caused the wizard to glare at him, before closing the book, and setting it aside. "Fool of a Took! Throw yourself in next time and rid us of your stupidity!", it was harsh, but he still thought that the Hobbit should have at least some common sense. It was quiet for only a few seconds...until a low boom sounded from the depths...growing louder...as if the caverns of Moria were turned into a vast drum. A great horn blasts nearby...running feet...along with harsh cries...they were coming...! Just as Balin had feared.

Arrows whizzed by them, and Saeril moved her head, just in time. "Stay close to Gandalf!", she told the Hobbits, before glancing at Kili, and nodding to him, gesturing the young Dwarf to prepare himself. Along with Tauriel, Legolas acted fast, having to toss the two humans some weapons nearby, in order to barricade the door.

Yavanna heard Gandalf's harsh words towards Pippin-whom looked to the princess in sadness and guilt. Yavanna gave Pippin a soft smile, as if to tell him not to worry. That Gandalf probably didn't mean to be so harsh with him. Yet it was also true, that Pippin should have had more common sense, than he did. But he as always, couldn't help himself when curiosity got the better of him.

As the enemy were approaching. Yavanna was quick to load her bow, after the doors were barricaded. Kili and Tauriel whom stood near her, with Aragorn and Boromir, Legolas, Gimli and Saeril...all got their weapons out. All ready and armed. The Orcs were trying to get through the other side...the door slowly breaking apart...few arrows whizzing as they were fighting them off, before they could get inside. But managing to get inside...the small army of orcs that went to check out the noise...swarmed in.

Yavanna switched to her sword, as the orcs came near her. She was quick and light on her feet. It seemed like the tactic Saeril had taught her on the road came handy, as she was quicker. Anticipation their next moves, giving her the advantage. Blocking attacks of easier. Stabbing, heads being chopped off. Despite the fact that Yavanna had fallen off the mountain; she still fought like a true warrior. Any pain she felt, she used it to give her more strength...focusing on something else, than the stinging of her bruises as she moved. One orc managed to kick her...sending her flying backwards. But doing a flip mid air. Yavanna landed on her feet on the edge of the well...and with a flick of her wrist. Telekinetic force, knocked the advancing orc and one of his friends, whom were going going at her; backwards into Tauriel and Kili's swords...whom stabbed them from behind.

Kili and Boromir were impressed Yavanna could still fight, despite her injuries. But the look on her face said it all; she was not one to be messed with. Soon loud footsteps were heard...as the cave troll was coming in. Kili looked a bit shocked...swallowing. When he saw the large beast that walked into the room. "Oh bloody hell...." How on earth where they supposed to get rid of that thing?

Yavanna and Kili ducked out of the way, as the troll advanced towards them. But Yavanna already had a thought ticking in her head. She was sure, she could out smart that knuckle-head of a beast. After all, the troll might be big...but not so smart. Kili glanced towards Yavanna; seeing the look in her eyes. God lord, please don't let her do this alone. He thought to himself. Fighting her way through few of the orcs, Yavanna tried to get closer to the troll, whom was making his way towards the young Hobbits. Boromir run in his direction, to defend the little one's...but the troll knocked him backwards with his bat like weapon. Knocking the mortal out. Advancing towards Boromir to finish him off...luckily Merry and Pippin threw some rocks at the troll's head...getting his attention and distracting him away from Boromir.

In the mess of it all, the troll had managed to stab Frodo. Yavanna gasped seeing the young Hobbit get impaled. Before dropping to the ground. The look in her eyes grew. Getting the troll's attention. "You want to play troll?!" Yavanna told him. "Then come on!" she challenged him.

"Yavanna, what are you doing?" Kili called to her worried. He really hoped, she knew what he was doing. The troll looked down at the young elf, swinging his weapon. With a jump. Yavanna caught onto the chain part. The troll growled, shaking his weapon to try and shake her off. As he tried to swing it...as he swung it, Yavanna clung to it with her hands, kicking the troll in the face with the speed of him swinging the weapon near his head; in effort to shake her off. Looking confused as something had kicked him. Letting go off the weapon...Yavanna landed on the ground with ease on her feet again.

Getting his bearings back...the troll swung at her again. With a flick of her wrist. A telekinetic energy sent his weapon flying from his grip. Hitting him right on the head. The troll let out a sound stumbling back...dizzy. Running towards the troll, near the wall and the pillars. Yavanna bounced off between the wall and pillars, to reach towards the troll's head. A little telekinetic energy gave her a boost-as she could control it from other parts of her body. Not just her hands...sent her flying, giving her a bounce off from her feet. As she flipped herself mid air. Pulling out one of her daggers...she stabbed the troll in the head, as she landed on his shoulders. The troll let out gurgling sounds, as it began to topple forward.

Jumping from the troll's shoulders...with a flip mid air. Yavanna landed on the ground, with a slide. Turning around, as the troll fell face flat on the ground. Kili and Aragorn stared at Yavanna, along with Gimli...mouths hanging open. The girl had almost died...yet took down a cave troll?

Legolas watched the door intently, as he aimed his arrow towards a hole that one of the creatures was able to make. Just before they could reach about an inch into the chamber, the Elf Prince fired, making it squeal in pain. Soon enough, the barricaded door gave out, and a wave of both Goblin and Orc was quickly upon them; a fight between all six races quickly unraveling itself. As much as he and Aragorn tried to push a few of them back with arrows, but they were upon the group, as quickly as they had came; the desperate need to defend themselves coming clear.

With her quick and agile maneuvers, Saeril was able to dodge a few of the vile creatures, before being able to cut their throats, and chop off their heads, once an opening made itself known. There were even moments where she would use her heavy and tough wings to knock them off their feet and/or disorient them, in order to deliver the finishing blow. She took the time to give her allies as much aid as she could give them, before going back into defending herself.

Everybody seemed to be holding up just fine, even having to witness Yavanna express more quicker reflexes than how she normally displayed. Guess the elder's lesson had proved itself to come in handy for the younger in a fight. There was a perception that there will be several other instances where conflict will put their lives in jeopardy, so Saeril knew that she would have to teach them as much as she can, if it means for survive such an event. The princess was still young, but strong, and her survival, as well as everybody else's, were all that mattered.

Even though the numbers have been reduced, heavy footfalls started to approach them, and a giant troll crashed into the chamber, having to drag a chain that seemed to be tied around its neck. Looking at the beast before him, Legolas immediately fired an arrow, hoping to get its attention while his beloved and Kili moved out of its path. He had to dodge the chain that the troll had managed to pick up and swing at him, before managing to fire an arrow, leaving a graze upon its face, causing the creature to roar in pain. It seemed to have given the young she-elf enough time to deliver some blows of her own, and the blonde elf watched the scene with worry, before going back into fighting with the remaining Orcs.

Upon witnessing Frodo fall to the ground, Saeril was quick to run to the young Hobbit's side, shortly after killing a surviving Goblin.
"Master Baggins?!"
The ring-bearer couldn't be dead, could he?

Legolas looked back, just in time to see the troll fall on its face, and Yavanna landing upon the ground, nearby. By instinct, the Elf Prince quickly approached, and stood next to her, having to look down at the now-deceased beast that she had seemingly managed to take down, all on her own. His love must have really grown, since their last encounter with each other in Erebor. From knowing magic, medicine, as well as the ability to see visions, and take down larger enemies, she may just be as strong as she was claimed and destined to be.
