Koharu was oddly calmed by Noru's exaggerated... Heroicness. Though she was still fumbling around with her bag while she looked up at Noru. "It's n-nothing. J-just a mix up." Koharu's cheeks would betray her as she blushed a little. She was honestly contemplating just curling up and sitting in her locker. "I s-should get to c-class. Don't w-want to be late." Koharu would then quickly close up her locker and shuffle off, though she wasn't fast at all. So if Noru wanted to catch her he could do so easily.
”Oh really then! I guess we should go together, after all we are in the same class, wouldn’t want to be late!”
Noru gave a Cheshire grin. Before easily catching up. Koharu was going to have to come up with a better excuse to run away from him! Noru walked besides her for a few moments. Giving her a bit of silence. Before asking in the most nonchalant manner possible.
”So, Koharu what’s got you flustered. Nervous about the grading? Hurting your opponents? Your partner?”
Koharu cursed her short legs. They had one job and they couldn't even do that right! She maintained her quickened pace but heard Noru quickly gaining on her. Then he spoke, making Koharu slow her pace until she fully stopped. Why did everyone keep cheeking on how she was feeling? She was fine. Ok she wasn't fine, Noru was absolutely correct, Koharu was very nervous. Both about hurting her partner or her opponents, not to mention her partner was the super cute Charles...
"I'm... I am nervous, I-I don't want to hurt anyone..." She mumbled to herself and crossed her arms, looking down at the floor, starting to walk again. She'd round a corner quickly not paying any attention to where she was going.
There was moments of awkward silence... with only the sounds of their footsteps rang out
”So If a villain attacks are you going to not fight, because you don’t want to hurt anyone? Will you let people get hurt, due to not wanting to fight? This is a school for heroes, everyone knows that heroes have to hurt people and get hurt to help others. If you hold back you will be insulting me, Charles, Heroes, and your own dreams.”
What Noru gave was not soft word of encouragement, but the cold hard truth. Noru looked at Koharu with a hard determination. The entertainer Noru was no longer there. What there was the child chasing a dream with everything he had.
”So, don’t you dare go at it Half Assed, because everyone here isn’t going to give you the mercy. Fight to win.”
Charles watched as the other dispersed and noticed Koharu acting strangely but then he'd just shrug and head back to the location. He never changed out of his outfit which was pretty much just the mask. Moving it back in-front of his face he'd return to the test area and go to where his told to stand. He'd sit down and wait leaning on his hand.
Celia watched as the second set of teams went to their ends of the arena. Koharu and Charles on the hero end, Noru and Adam on the villain end. It was prep time and the villains were going to have to figure out how they would keep the giant and shapeshifter away from their Z own hostages. On the other hand the heroes needed to figure out how they would get past the villains, or how they would neutralize them.

Adam would be standing next to Noru, waiting for the match to start.

Noru didn't say anything to Adam, after all that it was quite awkward to talk to Adam after that. Was clear that the earlier conversation brought in a wall between the two teammates. Teamwork and communication wouldn't likely come out of this pair. Noru messed around with a flashbang a bit out of boredom a bit out of trying to avoid thinking about the awkward silence.
Noru was right about the fact that Adam and Noru was going to be chosen as the villain team, so no surprises there. Though he had to wonder about what the other two where up to, well he doubted that they had any complex strategies, as both of their enemies didn't seem like the mastermind type, but hey he should have a few tricks up his sleeves just in case.

Koharu shifted on the spot, she felt a little uncomfortable towering over Charles. At least she was only twelve feet tall and not something like 20 feet tall, she did need to fit into buildings after all. She was also glad to find her costume was holding up nicely. The costume makers really knew how to do their jobs. Then with a deep breath she faced her teammate ”S-so Charles you good to go for the hostages while I d-distract them?” Koharu’s voice didn’t sound super confident.

Charles would smile some while looking around as they waited for things to start, he’d look over at Koharu when she spoke, he would chuckle some “Ya, just gotta move fast” he says chuckling “Though you shouldn’t be so nervous” he’d look up taking a deep breath “just take a deep breath and think of other things, try to relax” he would say trying to get her to calm down.

Koharu took Charles’ advice taking a deep breath, it helped a little but she was still fairly worried. “Move fast? I guess I can still do that, I think.” Koharu’s voice still lacked any form of confidence. ---- Adam cracked his knuckles and looked over at Noru. ”I’ll go hide the dummies around the place.”
He grabbed as many dummies as possible and went inside some buildings to hide them. He placed all the dummies in different locations around the building and went back to Noru when he was done.
”There. That should be good enough!”

Noru nodded at least that should help somewhat, long as they don't go find them by accident. Well if it was anything to go by he suspected Charles would act as infiltrator.
”They’ll probably send Charles to take the hostages, from under our noses. His Quirk is good for that. I’ll deal with him.”

Charles would sigh shaking his head slightly at Koharu, “The first step is to believe in yourself” he would tell her “then you can do anything, even win at this” he pats her back. He would look around at the arena for this and pop his neck, as his eyes become a reptilian cheetah hybrid and his teeth became fangs. He’d turn his attention back to Koharu “we got this, don’t worry.” he states.

Koharu smiled a little, Charles was a good kid. Even though he wasn’t keen on this whole thing at first, she was trying for her, and he was also helping keep her spirits up. ”Ok I-I will go fast.” Her voice was a little more confident now, and it was leagues more enthusiastic. Now all she needed was for the teacher to sound the starting horn and she’d be off.

Cilea sat there in the observation booth making sure the villain team was ready before raising a her hand over the starting horn button. She waited a few moments to see if the hero team was ready, and when everything looked in order, she hit the button, sounding the starting horn.

Charles transformed his body to be more cheetah like enhancing his sense of smell as he rushes off when they heard the starting horn. He’d use the enhanced smell to find a scent trail that could lead him straight to one of the dummies. Avoiding the direction that the scent gets stronger since he figured that would be where their opponents are instead of their objective.

Noru was actually in the building, finishing up the last of his ‘preparations’ as the horn went off. Noru stopped what he was doing and then pulled out a bug amber, to be specific the cockroach amber. While disgusting the cockroach possessed a very valuable skill, it was the ability to sense air flow and anything that messes with it. A cool thing about it though is that his Quirk takes shortcuts from time to time. If a organ or a body part is needed and another body part can fill the function will just give the part the ability rather than make a new one. For cockroaches they feel the air though their antennas, but for Noru it was his hair and due to having more and being generally larger, his range was a lot wider and covered more ground. Noru’s hair shifted around, as if it was alive, it would be an odd spectacle, but it was still practical.
”Let’s see, it seems that Charles is heading in alone, well I’ll throw a wrench in his plans soon.”

Adam was standing next to Noru as the horn sounded. He saw Noru pull out something but wasn’t close enough to see what it was. Noru mentioned something about Carles coming in alone.
”Alright, so we have a plan for him. What are we gonna do about Koharu?”
Adam stepped up to a window and looked out of it, not finding anything but the streets and other buildings. He stopped and looked back to Noru, seeing his hair moving around on it’s own, obviously getting a little freaked out by this. He again walked up to Noru. Adam was never any good at making plans so he had to rely on Noru for that.

Noru thought about it for a moment. What could Adam do to deal with Koharu? That was the question, Koharu was much stronger than Adam in a straight up fight… unless he didn’t fight her at all...
”If you can teleport Koharu far enough she wouldn’t be able to come back in time, but getting close enough would be difficult, unless… You take advantage of her kindness.”
Noru smirked, like a criminal mastermind would.

Koharu watched Charles speed off, she was never going to be able to keep up with that. She headed off in the general direction she saw him run, she was by no means slow, her large stride providing a good amount of speed, but it was still nothing compared to Charles’ cheta form. She furrowed her brow determined to reach the villain hideout, she was the distraction after all.

”Take advantage of her kindness? What does that mean?”
Adam seemed confused by what Noru had just said, thinking up some situation of that happening in his head. He would look around the place quickly, making sure the dummies were in good spots once again.
”You know what, nevermind. How close are they anyway? You can sense them right now, right?”
----
Charles as he reached the building following the scent he would fall flat against the walls, covering the distance was easily in his cheetah-like form, he’d stay crouch using his hearing and smell to discover where things are located.

”Yep, Koharu is getting here and Charles is right near the building. I plan on getting the drop on him when he gets inside.”
With that Noru turned to Adam and his pupils would dilate for a moment. He planned on getting the drop when Charles got near the first hostage. The room to that path was surprisingly good for that only having one way in and out.

Koharu would see Charles sneaking around, following his gaze to find the building they were looking for. She would then walk utt into the open and head for the front doors, still being a fair distance away, but that was the point, they would see her coming and hopefully both burst out of the building and f-f-fight her. She probably should have tried to coordinate with Charles better but wasn’t good at general talking to people, let alone talking to a teammate on the first mission together.

Charles would take a deep breath, he’d look over to see Koharu nodding towards her as she went to try and get their attention, charles would think for a second then takes a deep breath and moves up slowly behind koharu then start to move around the back of the building using the shadows and other surrounding buildings as cover.
----
”Alright, I’ll take care of Koharu while you have Charles”
Adam would sneak out of the building him and Noru were in without being seen. He then noticed the fairly big Koharu standing out in the open but he didn’t see Charles anywhere. He had to distract Koharu while Noru took care of Charles so he stepped out from his cover in front of Koharu, standing a few meters away.
”Let’s do this!”
He said, now running towards Koharu in attempt to distract or scare her in some way.

Koharu spotted Adam right away and shuffled in place a little, she didn’t want to fight, so she was just going take the hits and pretend to fight back. But Adam was already running at her, she whimpered a little, maybe she could weaponize a hug. Yeah! That’s what she’d do, she’d hug Adam into submission, or at least keep him away from Charles.
Koharu spread out her arms and knelt down moving towards Adam, very clearly looking like she was going to try scoop him up. ”H-here I come!” Her voiced lack any trace of confidence, she was honestly already questioning herself and her hug plan.

Noru was about to stop Adam, but he was already out of his reach, so he hoped Adam could at least think on his feet. Charles wasn’t quite where he wanted so he needed to at least put lure him into a false sense of security. Noru pulled out the Hercules Beetle amber and copied its strength and drew two cards before walking up to the window. Noru took a moment to calculate the distance and the strength required and the trajectory, luckily he had plenty of experience throwing cards, this should give Adam an opening and make it seem like Noru had no idea where Charles was and was also caught in the distraction. With a flick of his wrist, Noru sent the cards flying at Koharu.

Koharu was focused on grabbing Adam and had no clue the cards were coming, they both flew right into her shoulder, getting stuck in her skin. She flinched at the pain, her grab attempt having stopped. It seemed she was distracting them both, that was good, albeit painful, she held back her tears knowing that her pain meant other would be saved. Even if they were just test dummies. She looked around for a moment, seeing if she couldn’t spot Noru she would need to grab him too if she wanted Charles to be able to get all the dummies out safe.

Charles heard the conflict start so he looked back to see how it was going, he nodded to himself and started to move forward again, as he was coming around the back he’d stretch up to one of the windows and climb up enough to look in for any problems he’d have to avoid before climbing in and starting the hunt.
----
Adam was almost at Koharu when he saw her arms come around him and he quickly backed up. He barely managed to escape as Noru’s cards lodged themself into Koharu’s skin. He visibly winced as they got stuck in Koharu. Man, that had to be painful. Adam knew he still had to keep Koharu distracted and ran at her again. If she tried to grab him again he would try his best to dodge them.
Adam had reached Koharu and jumped at her, splaying out a hand. He managed to touch Koharu and right as he was about to teleport, he felt himself lose control.
”Oh no…”
They both teleported somewhere else in the area, although it wouldn’t be TOO far. Adam was in the air when he teleported and came crashing down to the ground, smacking his head on the concrete ground. He sat up and started rubbing his head.
”Ow! Hopefully I don’t lose control again. That wouldn’t be good.”
After the pain started to leave he lifted his head, trying to find where Koharu was.

“Well uh, I guess that’s one way to do it.”
Noru facepalmed. Adam has lost his element of surprise. It would be an uphill struggle for Adam. Well Charles was near the windows. Though Noru wasn’t actually anywhere near the first floor. Noru finished his final preparations, it was a line of cards held together by string in which he wrapped around his chest before putting his coat back on.

Koharu saw Adam run at her, attempting to grab him. He slipped past her and then suddenly she was in the air falling.
”Oooooh noooo!”
Koharu came crashing down, her larger size and weight making her fall a little faster than Adam, except her landing zone was a little more dangerous. She looked down, and almost directly under her was a fountain, but the scary part was the rather fancy (and pointy) statue, it was a rather rigid rendition of a woman, landing on that was going to hurt.
And it did, she felt a section of her side get torn out as she landed on the statue, the arm of the statue got jammed into her side, breaking off and following her into the pool of water below. She crashed into the water with a massive splash, she was fully submerged in the water. The hole in her costume and her exposed head meant she was taking on water. She began to grow as she attempted to pry the stone arm from her side, to her surprise the wound didn’t hurt as much as she thought it would, but upon looking back at it she saw it was rapidly healing as she grew.
Koharu got the arm out of her side, letting out a pained yell, now she needed to get out of the water so she didn’t end up being super huge. She slowly pushed herself up, raising her head out of the water, the hole in her suit was quickly covered by Koharu’s hand in an attempt to stop the water getting in. Luckily for Koharu that worked. As she fully stood up and looked around, she noticed she may have already been far too large already, she stood roughly 740cm tall or 7.4 meters.

Charles when confirmed it was safe, would jump through the window then start rushing through the building following his nose to find the scent left by adam and noru on the dummies planning to finish this as quickly as he can. While staying vigilant so he can try to avoid anything coming at him.
----
Now Noru wasn’t as good as using someone else’s Quirk as good as the original, but he could take short cuts. Noru took out his Cryogrenade and pulled the pin letting it cook for a second. He wasn’t as pin point as Adam was, but thanks to the cockroach, he was able to use the extra sensory abilities to assist with his control. In a flash Noru disappeared from his position and reappear above Charles, then threw the Cryogrenade. Noru’s pupils dilated as the Cryogrenade created a blossom of ice pillars and lowered the temperature of the room.

At the sudden scent change above Charles he would leap forward as quickly as he can, spinning around to look at the frozen zone behind him. He wasn’t able to fully get out unscaved as nearly half of one his legs was frozen. He would immediately detach it and his new leg reforms rapidly using a cut of his mass causing him to shrink some. “What a neciense” he would state locking his eyes on Noru as he extends his hand out towards Noru, spikes growing out on his palm and suddenly launching out at noru.

Noru would smirk at Charles’s statement as he dived behind the ice shielding himself from Charles’s attack, before kicking the mass of ice at Charles, sending shards of ice flying at the slime, of course this was just a distraction as he bounced of the wall then the the roof in a speed that would be considered inhuman and of course it was, as the Hercules Beetle strength physical strength over all and not just leg strength like the grasshopper. He landed behind Charles and shot out a palm strike, however before it hit him, a ice cold blast came out of his hand freezing all that was in front of him. Noru had copied the Cryogrenade. The trickster flexed his hand and caused the frost that formed over his gloves to shatter and fall off.

Charles would chuckle he kept an eye on the situation not paying too much attention to the shards of ice since that just means more mass to regain for him, instead he tried to focus on Noru as he bounced around. Just waiting until Noru landed behind him he would open up his body where Noru was striking towards and leaping back into noru to try and avoid the cold suddenly coming from Noru’s hand. Some ice starting to form but not enough to hold him in place, as he then extends spikes out of the opening to try and trap Noru’s arm as Charles arm turns into a hammer as he tries to elbow Noru to the face.

However, Noru shot out a freezing blast against the hammer arm, before teleporting out of the spikes. Noru disappeared before appearing back down the other end of the hallway. He was bit too far too for him to follow up with a counter strike. So he just gave the two finger come at me. Before freezing the path behind him. Noru wiped off the layer of frosted sweat from his skin and onto the floor, before crushing it. The earlier freezing from his attempted sneak attack and this one sealed off both ends leaving them sealed in the makeshift chamber.

Koharu groaned and looked around, trying to spot Adam, maybe he was tuckered out and she could just pick him up. Then maybe she could go and help Charles too! She stood up and spotted Adam there looking around for her. He’d no doubt spot her now that she was standing up out of the fountain, well now was as good a time as any. Koharu walked toward Adam, her massive stride making the distance rather quickly despite her stiffened movements.
---- Adam would spot the massive Koharu as she made her way towards him. He knew that if he didn’t do anything she would catch him for sure. And as much as he wanted to run away, he knew he still had to distract her while Noru dealt with Charles.
”Over here! Try and catch me if you can!”
After shouting up at Koharu he tried to lead her away, hopefully not getting caught in the process.

Koharu whimpered a little as she was spotted, she knew she wasn’t going to be able to sneak up on Adam but it just made things harder. Now he was on the run and she’d have to catch him. She couldn’t let him get away because he could make things harder for Charles. Speaking of he was probably fighting Noru right now, she hesitated for a moment as she wondered what directing Charles might be. But she didn’t ponder that for long knowing she had to focus on catching Adam.
Unfortunately he was pretty hard to get close to, even without teleporting everywhere. She continued pursuing him, leaning down and reaching out in an attempt to grab him. Her grab was successful as Adam was at risk of his heart playing up again, and he wasn’t going to be outrunning the massive Koharu.

Charles would glance at the two sealed entrances and chuckle “looks like you will get a lower grade at the destruction part of this test” he would shake his head and sigh “you really are making this to much work for me” he states as he busts his frozen elbow and starts reforming his arm, absorbing any material he can grab so he wouldn’t lose too much mass. He would pop his neck watching Noru, he’d turn his arm into a cannon, he grabs ice chunks around him and pulls them into his body setting them up as ammo into the cannon. He’d aim at Noru judging if this goes on much more longer then continuing this would prove hazardous to his own health. With that thought in mind he starting to fire at noru while jumping back to put his back directly against a wall. ----
“Destruction, you said?” Noru would take a frozen mass of sweat throw it in front of him then perform a roundhouse kick. “Smash!” The wind pressure from the Hercules Beetle enhanced kick shattered the ice shaped projectiles and scattered the frozen sweat. Noru grinned and pulled out a string of his metal playing cards tied together with rope and his smoke bomb. Before Setting it off for his next attack. Due to the specific composition of his smoke bomb it create enough heat to produce the moisture required for the next part of his plan. Noru would throw the metal cards into the light above him and then copy the rubber sole of his boot, becoming an insulator. The cards would bed themselves into the lights and touch the moisture built up by the change temperature and thanks to the scattered sweat… the entire makeshift room would electrify.

Charles would raise a brow at Noru’s actions before seeing the cards bed themselves into the light socket “crap baskets” Charles would say as the electricity followed the path of metal before suddenly lurching throughout the room like a tesla coil. He’d sigh as he is struck by it, gritting his teeth since it is flowing throughout his entire body ensuring he actually feels pain. Until the outlet overloads bursting and causing Charles to literally splat on the ground becoming a blob mess unmoving.

Noru would kick the ice wall behind him, letting out the smoke and giving him a breath of fresh air. Noru noticed Charles’s splatted form and walked over to him as he tried made sure he was ok. Though he wasn’t quite sure due to Charles being a slime man and didn’t know if he did or didn’t kill Charles.” Ah, crap baskets. Teach we need a medic, Charles doesn’t look too great.” Hopefully he only knocked out Charles.

Koharu was walking around looking for what direction Noru and Charles were, but before she could get very far the finishing siren sounded off. Koharu wasn’t the best with time, but they surely had more time left right? Unless Charles had managed to capture Noru. Wait did that mean they won!? Koharu didn’t want to get her hopes too high, though she was pretty optimistic.
Though when she saw medics zooming past on her way back to the arena entrance her optimism vanished, replaced with great concern. What had happened?

Celia would look at all the students with a look of worry, Charles got hit pretty hard. ”Well that looks like it kids, a dummy was set alight by a spark... That’s this round finished. We’ll take a brief break and then it’s the next team’s turn.” Celia was rubbing the back of her head, she was going to get into a bit of strife over this for sure.
