Nope. I called myself an idiot one of those times as well.

Also, well over a decade ago I was talking to my friend and I started panicking a little because I couldn't find my phone...the one I was holding in my hand. Yes, she stayed quiet for a bit before hysterically laughing at me.

I find it a very consistent quality of people to disappear with no reason or at the very least, arbitrary, nebulous reasons which they can poorly define or explain.

I finally watched the movie, "Josie and The Pussycats" this evening and know why it was not very popular. :( Very stupid movie, in fact. Sure, its an 18 year old movie about a cartoon I used to watch as a child or read in comics. This movie stinks.

I'm watching American Horror Story season two right now.

Furthermore, I've been wanting to write a character based in the fifties/sixties for some time now and watching this is not helping.

Once had my mom call me during a D&D session when I had my smartphone hooked up to a big screen at the end of the table to display a map. After seeing my mom's name on screen, someone in my group joked that my character should be penalized because I saved my mom's contact as her name and not 'Mom' or some equivalent of that.

I absolutely love large breeds of dog. The bigger and fluffier the better. I've owned 2 saint bernards in the past and currently have a 3-month-old Newfound puppy named Ozzy cause I also really love heavy metal.

I have considered playing a "Bring whatever you will." type of campaign for players who are serious about playing their characters in a Dungeons and Dragons setting, namely for nostalgic reasons of people doing whatever they will with characters in online roleplaying, but can fathom no effective way to do this.

I love it, personally.

It's one of those shows that are a little 'out there', and one that you have to pay attention to, or you could miss something major.

From what I've seen, it's not like a normal show which has a continuous plot line throughout the series - it changes season to season, but I'll have to see in time if they don't connect all together somehow.

Additionally, it's a creepy show, but I'm pretty sure you know that. Nothing scary enough to give me nightmares, but I've loved horror movies since I was five.

I'd definitely recommend it.

For myself I often find people downplay past events to "rose-tinted glasses" and "nostalgia" but I have yet to experience a situation where that was true to me. All of the same things I enjoyed then, I enjoy and appreciate just as much, if not more, now many years removed from them. If anything it appears that people, for whatever reason, make it a particular point to try and downplay those attachments of others to the past while strongly clinging to what is new and currently popular. Those same people often being the first and foremost to eschew those things they once held to strongly, with a faddish mindset instead pervading.
