I am currently reading Meltzer, Brad, "The Lincoln Conspiracy," Flatiron Books, New York (2020).
It is nonfiction, but I enjoy reading history. It is about a conspiracy to kill the 16th US President in 1861. We are all familiar with John Wilkes Booth's assassination in 1865, but the first conspiracy was fomenting during the 1860 election year by a secret society known as the Knights of the Golden Circle who met frequently in Baltimore, Maryland. It is a very fascinating tale of the 19th century election process, opinions of the time and the political debates regarding slavery/abolitionism.
I started writing a novel today

That's awesome, what's it about?
<Snipped quote by Kenshi>
It's about a group of sci-fi soldier types trying to track down a ship which vanished a decade ago into uncharted space.

I'm ready for the new James Bond movie
I purposely ripped one of my bathrobes a few minutes ago because the sleeve keep sliding down my arm while I was doing dishes and it was annoying me so here I am, one item short on sleepwear. I feel crappy because I think my mom purchased this one for me. It still shouldn't have provoked me though.
