Sorry but it's holidays, spending time with family after traveling half-way around the world after a really long flight kind of takes my priorities at the moment. I'll see if I can do something tomorrow but right now I'm dead tired and need more sleep to deal with jet-lag.

@vancexentan uh, isn't that first paragraph kind of God-modding? I can't do anything to defend myself against that, like at all nor would I be able to rp how he was affected by the spell since you said it already made him feel extreme pain. And you didn't discuss with me prior to how the spell would affect Han. Same for Berseker as I wasn't given a chance to do anything with her either seeing as the event already pasted without intervention.

@Tenma TendoMonica cast a curse that hits the physical body. Your CON is likely trash. Unlike Anderson who's spent his whole life training physically for combat your character has no recourse against the spell. If she cast a curse like Gandr that physically appears to hurt you this spell was activated as a direct attack on the body. In other words she hit you with a non-physical attack on your body not unlike the torture curse in Harry Potter. If Monica cursed it on Anderson he'd power through it, and murder her.

Likewise Berserker doesn't have instinct, and doesn't have a ability like Mind's Eye. Assassin speed blitzed. That's her whole deal. Her physical powers are trash.

On another note I am GM, and thus am in control of the story. Monica is an NPC. If I attacked with Leon one could make an argument that I'm playing favorites. But I'm not I'm using a bot who you stood up to on your own volition not knowing her strengths, and weaknesses. Monica uses curses non-standard magic. It's not flames, or water, or even air its pure magical attacks that are specifically made to debuff, or continuously harm an opponent. This is a field she has been trained in since she first arrived in the college, and has grown to have an over specialization in.

They're not so much injuries as they are magically inflicted 'pain'. There's nothing physically wrong with him.

Alright Tendo is leaving the roleplay. According to him and others he has consulted I used a god modding tactic and he is not fine with that. If there are still people in interested in this roleplay I will use Anderson's older accomplice to fulfill the role of berserker by bringing in Beowulf. The current berserker will be revealed to be a wraith by Jeanne I suppose who will get a 'revelation from god' in order to do this. Unless someone else wants to take over Elizabeth.

In order to keep things civil on the matter if you don't feel comfortable staying, but don't want to say so in the ooc you can send me a pm. I still don't believe I 'God modded'. I feel like I should explain myself further so I will if you don't want to listen to the following you don't have to:

God modding by my definition is using an attack that is completely unblockable, and unstoppable. And or is completely game breaking. Monica used a 'curse' that inflicted pseudo psychological damage onto Tendo's character. It triggers by sending off the nerves in the body to inflict pain. But its all just an illusion. Monica if she tried this on Anderson, as stated earlier as he's the bulkiest character who isn't a servant, would have powered through it. He wouldn't be phased by simple physical pain. Leon would have been stunned but still would have been able to handle it somewhat due to his duelist training as he's use to taking bad shots. The reason Tendo's character was unable to defend himself is because of his weak constitution. His character was a frailer one. And if I gave him the chance to fight back regardless he would have ended up fighting the whole of black faction because of it. Fighting it without actually going through physically would have lead to the same conclusion that my post had. Okita blitzing Berserker was by nature both a surprise, and speed thing. Did while reading think that the shy assassin girl would jump into try and prevent a fight?

With all that being said now I hope that may have cleared up some misunderstandings on the matter. I don't intend on promoting my own characters above anyone else. To prove so if need be I can show you a post of Mordred, my saber in that roleplay, in a similar roleplay getting her face kicked in by a super-amp'd avenger Dantes and getting sent through a wall. I don't play favorites my style is very much DnD in nature.

I'm fine to continue so long as both @Seirei No Hai and @IceHeart are. However, if either of them are dropping out I feel the numbers would be too small to be worth continuing. I'll hold off on posting until we have a head count.

Well the holidays are over now, but now that I've had time to think about it, I think it's time for me to take a break from role plays altogether for a while. There are quite a few things that I need to spend my time on more than thinking of how to write my next post. Quite a few projects and work related things I would be better off concentrating on.

@ManyThingsAlright well both of them are gone. If you still want to keep up with this roleplay I can try to remake it otherwise I'll let it die off because with Ice leaving that means just two people may be here.

That's too bad. If you try for a reboot with another interest check I'll certainly follow, but I can't say I'm interested in a story about such a large group if there's only two players.
