Phantom and Friends
vs.The Chaotic Alliance
Welcome to the small town of Waterway, XY. This quiet little place is the home of our Heros, and our Villains. The Alliance rules the Eastern half of town, while the Ghost-like Hero Phantom and his Friends protect the West side from the Alliance's chaotic plans. The two halves of town are split by the river, so it's pretty hard for either group to gain a foothold in the other side of town.
By day these Kids are all just that- kids. But once school's out the masks come on, and the battle for the town begins. The Heros mostly only have the Alliance to deal with, but once in a while other things will pop up around town that need their attention. The same goes for the Alliance, but usually the "other thing" is just someone's parent looking for them or just the adult people getting wise to all their shenanigans.
Choose a side, come up with your powers, and make a costume! We're jumping right in.
