Pokemon Bank went live yesterday. Just finished transferring all my Pokemon from Bank, LGP, and Sword to get ready for a new Bug playthrough. 2316 Pokemon in total.

So, in Pokemon Home with Grand Oak. He has some futuristic-looking stuff on, do you think he might be Oak from the future? I also think he might be Oak's father or maybe his grandfather but I highly doubt that one.

Now that Home is out, I'm getting around to playing my copy of Shield. I bred a set of starters to take over there, going to use the extra one as trade fodder in Home though.

Is Home worth it?

I think so, especially if you want to do other playthroughs, but don't want to lose your Pokemon. It is free to store 30 Pokemon, but no transfer from Bank. Or you can do different payment plans, best being $16 a year, to store 6000 Pokemon, transfer from Pokemon Bank. You can get a Japanese Pikachu from Switch version, a Kanto starter from Mobile version, and if you complete a challenge on Mobile, you get a mystery gift in the app for a Pichu. Also, Mobile version allows you to trade via GTS.

I'm having trouble with one of the Let's Go challenges on the system, apparently, I without realizing it took the Dome Fossil on both and I cannot for the life of me find another Helix Fossil in Cerulean Cave to get a Let's Go Omanyte to evolve. I alo cannot get the trade evos from there as no one I knew personally got the game so I had to rely on Go to get them.
