Hi all, just though I would post up the stuff I sent to Bowtie regarding the legendary empowered pokemon that the pouchers experments yielded. This is all three parts though the Galar stuff may be changed depending on which region we're heading to next.

Pouchers hidden report from the Desk of Nigal Knightwing

Part One: Azure Flute, Arceus and the tools to make a normal pokemon as powerful as a legendary.

The Aether Foundation was the perfect place to began. Just as our spy with the organisation told us, the Aether Foundation has items from every region including some that are only spoken of in legends but I knew my target and my forces knew their part.

My goal was to obtain the Azure Flute, a legendary object that has the ability to summon the Ultimate pokemon Arceus, the creator of our universe. The plan went off rather well without a hitch until the young dragon master and his sidekicks appeared. They caused many problems for us, and almost costed me the mission, thankfully Alexa and Alexander were able to hold them off long enough, for me to obtain the Flute and the tool the Foundation used to create Type: Null.

With all the items obtained, I quickly vanished out of the foundation. My Dark type protected me from being found or discovered. Once back at the base, I immediately began experimenting with the tools that created Type:Null. Many failed attempts later, only two subjects survived but the results speak for themselves.

Part Two: The physical changes of Zelina and Lopunny.

Like Alexa Lopunny, Zarina has had multiple experiments done to her to make her as powerful as a legendary, using Data stolen from the Mewtwo project and Type: Null research. The more human like appearances are also a result of this, though because of a natural illusion ability Zoroark can look like a normal Zoroark unless startled or greatly injured in battle. These were the only two subjects to survive the process and the failed attempts have been discarded into the sea beneath us.

Further study of the two surviving subject have shown that Alexa Lopunny referred to as subject 69 shows human like tendencies such as flirting, seeking out nice clothes, using her looks to get out of trouble, showboating and some form of singing though she can't speak human or speak using her name, though Alexa seems to understand her so we believe there's a psychic link that Lopunny has to communicate. We also have a detailed report from Alexa about her Lopunny appearance. She is about 5ft 6inches, has a reasonable sized chest though her fur grew over them to hide them from others, she has what woman call an hourglass body, muscular legs though this makes sense from a normal Lopunny standing as they can learn many kicking moves. She can still take on her mega form but the appearance of it, has altered due to the experiments. Her sort of clothing that she has, changed to a tube top that sit upon her chest with her midriff exposed, her legging's have remained the same and her powers are off the charts. To prevent her from over doing herself, we've installed a chip into her wrist hidden by the fluffy cuffs. Further study will still be needed.

Zarina, also known as Subject 99. Also shows some of the same tendencies as subject 69 but she is smarter and has learned the human language but also seems to suffer mood swings and has injured a lot of staff. The only person she seemed to let touch or go near her is Maribella Student Selina, so we let the young girl take Zoroark as her own pokemon and studied the two from afar. Zarina seems to be very smart and capable of learning things quickly, she show's amazing ablities with her Illusion skills able to fool even the most sharp minded of our forces. Much like Lopunny, Zelina has an hourglass body but a slightly larger chest though once again, her fur hides it well, she also has muscles in both her legs and arms.

There are still many other tests we have to run, however, due to the content interfering, the young man Liam and his sidekicks have done. This base is no longer safe to use. As it stand, I will be taking the last 5 subjects we have to the Galar Region with me, where our contact will provide us with a place to finish our subjects and obtain new ones from the pokemon exclusive to that region. Funnily enough, No male subject has survived the tests yet females have the better survival rate so I will be seeking only female pokemon from now on. Good thing, my final 5 subjects are all female pokemon. Delphox and Salazzal if they survive are going to be very intresting subjects.

Part Three: Galar and beyond.

My experiments with the Type:Null and Mewtwo Data has shown me one clear thing. Humanoid female pokemon are more likely to survive the experiments then any other. Because of this Data, of my final five subjects, Only three are likely to survive. Delphox, Salazzel and Gardivoir.

Once I reach Galar, I will be laying low for at least a few months, as a newer Region, Galar does not have the same sort of protection that the other region do and I've already got plans for a few pokemon exclusive to that region that, I can use in my experments. Hatterena, Gothette, Toxicity, Duraladon, Cindervee, Intelion and a few others, thought I know Gothette does appear in other region.

Subject 69 and Zelina are proof of our success with this. Both subject's now have stats that can rival the legendary pokemon, Sadly if seems we won't be able to use ether. Zerina only listain and trusts Selina while Subject 69 owner seems to be keeping her from us, rumours are swirling that she may give that pokemon to one of those children that keep stopping our plans. The one called Chuck seems to be the most likely candidate as that's who Subject 69 is intrested in. Wither it's purely strength of his heart or the fact she seems to have a crush on him is unknown. I guess we'll have to wait and see where and what he does with this pokemon.

Interesting notes about the Lopunny. Glad I've been focusing on her using her legs then lol. Also, I have my own plans for Galar featuring Tru that I've been working on, regarding the Darkest Day and the legends. So, regardless of if we're starting Galar next or not, I would like to reserve Zacian for Chuck.

Son of a gun, I was thinking about Zacian for Mike when we get to request Legendaries. Though I suppose general rules apply when it comes to them, epically since SS legendary are meant to be some of the strongest of all Legendaries.

It's just it fits with what I have planned story-wise. I leave Zamazenta to whomever wants it though. But I require Chuck to get Zacian to help deal with his brother and the events of the story.

Well, if I'm getting any of the Galar legends, I want Eternatius. I do have a plan for Sinnoh way before Galar was announced. iirc, ULT SUN/MOON hadn't even been announced yet when I made the plans. But my biggest part I'm stuck on with Galar is explaning the reason for us to go (I mean, other than the stuff with the poachers and Tru that would be wise if it was kept hush-hush. I am thinking that Liam be invited for an exhibition match vs Leon. We would thus see us likely take a plane from somewhere to Wyndon and from there one to the beginning of Galar and travel normally.

And if someone else becomes Champion of Alola, we could have something similar to what happened in the Pokemon Anime where Ash, as Champion of Alola, battled Leon, Champion of Galar. One thing that could be good too, is if they lose to Leon and his Gigantimax Charizard, which would spur the journey through Galar to get stronger and master Dynamaxing and Gigantimaxing. Also, if you'd like, I can PM you with my ideas reguarding Tru and Chuck.

Mike's a champion of Unova and Sinnoh so I can see him going to Galar as well. If we do go to Galar, Liam and co will face Maribella and Shinobi no Shiki (Ninja of the Four Seasons) since Nigal main focus will be in Sinnoh and revolving around Arcues and his plans to rewrite the universe.

Also, I'm trying to find a good reference picture for Chuck New Lopunny but ... Lopunny has a lot of sexualised pictures. Bowtie and James as the GM and Co-GM, how far would you consider too far for a Lopunny picture? I want to find one close to Zoroark one, a human like body but still more pokemon then human. Probably close to an Anthro.

Keep it SFW if you can regarding Hibiki, but an almost-anthro is on the right track. Nigal would face some competition from Team Galactic to the point of the poachers being rivals with them.

In regards to Galar, there would probably be some field operatives working under Nigal to round up some ideal Pokémon in addition to the Yitargo Clan that Shiranui sees as rivals to defeat.
