@Bee Oh, a medical laboratory surgeon isn't an actual surgeon. They basically are the ones who preform tests on stuff like blood sample. I should have put an explanation, sorry.

Evaluation Observations:
Most find Saleh a competent and genuine doctor. He cares for his patients and treats all with a deep sense of kindness and respect. When first met people assume him to be soft-spoken or quiet but in reality he just likes to show a sense of respect by holding his tongue. Approachable and able to hold a conversation most interns and find him nurturing and fatherly as he is always willing to help lend a hand when needed. Saleh can be considered aloof too as his mind does sometime seem to be off in the clouds, but he is always thinking about a case or his patients because his work is his the number one thing in his life. Coming from a rich and wealthy background also sets a tone that Saleh was spoiled all throughout his entire life, which isn’t false, but he has done as much as he can to show that he is independent and that it’s not just because his family is wealthy that he got to where he is at. Doesn’t help that his father is a well-known Otolaryngologist and plastic surgeon.

Actual Personality:
The real Dr. Alnaeli is an extremely stubborn and hard-working man. He is always focused on whatever task is at hand and doesn’t like to bend the rules to get to the end, even if the outcome isn’t what he wants or wished for. He follows the path of right and tries his best to stay on the straight and narrow, but he knows that he cannot control the actions of others, he just has to do his best to control his own. A genuinely good doctor, man, and human being he follows his head in situations nine times out of ten, which sometimes makes him miss what is in front of him. He buries himself into his work always trying to prove to himself that he is a good doctor and that his parents should be proud of him. And that brings in another true nature of Saleh. He is extremely self-conscious when it comes to his family. They expect a lot out of him and expect him to be the greatest, but with high expectations comes a lot of insecurities and faults that he finds within himself. No one really sees this side of Saleh, but even though he seems calm and collected, he’s really just barely hanging on with his mental health.

History:
Saleh comes from a very well-off family. His father, Ari Alnaeli, was a doctor in India and his mother, Harpreet Kaur, a nurse, before moving to the United States to continue their careers. It was sometime after their successful careers that Saleh was born in the States and was molded to become one of the greatest doctors ever, but without a doubt, all that pressure tore him down mentally. Saleh was given high expectations by his father and he never reached them, always somehow falling short. The young Indian man made his way through college attending medical school at Duke University where he had also finished up his residency in General Surgery before landing a job in CMH.

He has only been there for a year or so, but he is doing his best to show his talents.

My Dreams

One goal in life would be to be made the Chief of Surgery, but also travel the world and maybe one day find his soulmate, but those are on the back burner. He wants to make his parents proud, and their happiness comes in the form of his accomplishments, so Saleh has to continually strive for more. Doesn’t help that he has to live in his father’s shadow.

Ie Surgery vs Floor vs ED vs ICU vs Clinic, and then by departments: Internal, Pulm, Cardio, GI, Nephro, Uro, Neuro, Psych, OB... Trauma, Thx, Abx, Neurosurg, plastics, burns... NICU, MICU, NNICU Etc.

Nikki McInerney is a woman who knows what she wants, and how to get it. Her attention to detail and keen eye led her to earn the first solo surgery of her intern class and allowed her to keep sprinting towards bigger and more prestigious goals. Nikki's passion is evident, in her work and in her everyday life. She strives to become the best doctor, and surgeon, that she can be, and although she has not selected a specialty at this point in time, whatever she chooses she will certainly excel in.

Actual Personality:
When not working, Nikki is quite an approachable young woman and is someone you will often find chatting with anyone and everyone. She enjoys conversing with her fellow residents and discussing new and innovative techniques with her superiors, so making friends is easy for her. However, the line is drawn when it comes to her work, where the redhead is a well-oiled machine. She doesn't want her future to be compromised or suffer from her lack of attention and focus, so when it's time to work, you know she's going to work her ass off. She may come off as callous and cold-hearted when she's trying to save someone's life, but when her integrity is on the line and you try to get in the way so help you god you better move.

Appearance

Dapper and debonair, whether in scrubs or a shirt & tie. Slim and slender, long and lanky, a runner's build on the lither side of sport usually helpful when running around the facilities on late night consult call. And despite his nickname, Zach's skin is far from the pale, coming in with a fair peach tone, combined with his expressive chocolate brows and quiff. The exquisite cheekbones, full lips, and defined jawline tipped with the slightest suggestion of scruff completes the tall, dark and handsome appeal in whatever he wears or isn't wearing. Although his steely grey-blue eyes gaze far deeper than most, looking past your optic disks and down the optic nerve straight into the brain to see the content of the mind. Perhaps it is these eyes and the highbrow that gives Zach his cerebral appearance. That or the sophistication he takes to meticulous grooming and attire, which merely add to the English Gentlemen mystique.

Evaluation Observations:
Never seems to leave the hospital. Zac gives off the illusion of living at the hospital as a resident ought to. A quiet man of diligence and mystery, an unspoken intellect keen to observe rather than speak. A few quips of wit sardonically tossed in so casually that they are easily missed amongst the tea-fueled frenzy of his work. Maybe it is the accent that he carries that lends to him an exotic charm, a gentlemanly sort of proper-ness that calms the airs around him by knocking them down a peg every time he opens his mouth and speaks in RP. Zac is a private man, he never quite speaks his mind, and would rather talk about someone else's brain and few actually know personal information about him as he gives out so little in what time he has to idly chat about himself. Most impressive is his ability to seemingly remember every patient and case under his service with such an amazing degree of accuracy. He would make for a brilliant attending, if he wasn't so nocturnal.

Actual Personality:
The international man of mystery conceal his secrets well. Few staff see him leaving for his apartment, only to return in a few hours. Fewer still are the friends that know the man behind the passive act, understanding his need to compartmentalize. It's easy to put on the mask at work, carrying on with stiff upper lip, but the bitter crash comes at the cost of his psyche. His insomnia stems from both inside and out, stresses which he copes with by working over hours. The patients he can do nothing about, gnaw at his physician's guilt though he never lets it show to others. And of course his hidden sexuality, which he fears will get him ousted by the powers that be. He's worked long and hard, and won't risk everything for a moment of truth. So why not feign interest in the ladies that fancy him? Better over-brewed tea than no tea at all.

History:

Some were born with a silver spoon in hand, others had to earn it. Zachary fits into the former, born into a social class above, but embodies the spirit of the latter. Born a mongrel between a fair Welsh lady and her English business tycoon, Zachary Lee Sinclair came into the world as heir to the ancient legacy of Clan Sinclair. Not that such history matters, but certainly never going hungry on the streets and ample opportunities did. Yet despite all the grooming to take his father's small empire of real estate, hours of preparatory and years of being introduced to business partners, the boy took no interest in economics. Instead he graduated Oxford with sights set on the neurosciences finishing his forms before turning his attention to across the pond, much to the chagrin of his family. Wanting to get away from it all, Zach found himself accepted at the University of Michigan Medical School as an international student. Living in the states for four years on PR as he left his city of London for the collegiate Ann Arbor, his graduation conferred him the title of Dr. Zachary Lee Sinclair MD. Of which his residency program matched him to CMH and whisked the import to another side of the States, having barely kept in contact with his family back home through a series of emails and telephone calls. Neurology seemed to be the appropriate calling for him after three years, claiming the title of senior and being entrusted with the position of night-float due to his prodigious memory for better hand-offs. In two years, he may yet climb higher and become an attending past his fellowship.

My Dreams

What are dreams even? Simulation of waking events occurring in REM sleep? Or desires of the self projected into the illusion of reality? The fickle nature of a dream makes the memory nothing more than a grasp at falsehoods. But if there was such a thing as a future vision, the idolized goal in life which all must stride forward to, for Zach it would be to return to his native roots. Living out of the UK, out in the Welsh countrysides in a quiet early retirement with a partner. A rather modest goal for all the work put in, but then again it is the journey that is often more amazing than the end result. It is after all such a complex pathway the signal must travel in the brain to achieve an desired action as simple as such waving your hand hello.

It is evident that Andrew Gellman was born to be a neurosurgeon. Highly decorated with accolades from high school, college, and med school, Andrew excels in any task that he sets his mind to. In fact, he excels in every task he performs, which allows him to be one of the most successful surgeons in his class and in the country. He doesn't come without his faults, but the pros outweigh the cons for this doctor, as his work is unparalleled. He is currently researching surgeries to lessen the effects of early onset Dementia and is working hard to find a cure for Alzheimer's.

Actual Personality:
To say that Andrew is a dick is an understatement. This guy lives and breathes crude comments, and is almost automatically on your bad side once you first meet him. What makes it worse is that he is incredibly talented and very good at what he does, which allows him to remain at the hospital. If his job was solely based on his personality, he would've been kicked out a long time ago, but due to his impressive skillsets, they keep him around. Andrew knows he's rude, which only makes him want to live up to this reputation even more, and he enjoys poking fun at the nurses and other attendings. In addition, he knows he's good looking and certainly uses it to his advantage, hitting on anything that has a pulse.
