This RP is based entirely on an extremely clever Hunger Games text simulator by BrantSteele. Essentially, you insert the names, genders, and districts of up to 24 players and hit "Proceed." The game comes with dozens of events for each time period (Bloodbath, Day, Night, Feast, and Arena), separated into Lethal and Non-lethal encounters. Each player is randomly assigned one of these events and the results are posted in a list. The events can be modified to be anything, but most are based entirely on things you would find in the Hunger Games.
Bloodbath, Lethal: "(Player1) accidentally steps on a landmine."
Player1 = Random person selected by the simulator.
In-game: "Mattchstick accidentally steps on a landmine."
What makes this worth playing?
For one, you don't have to like the Hunger Games to enjoy this. Doesn't matter if you've watched the movies or read the books. Read the synopsis of the first book on the Wikia for the context and you're good to go.
The main reason, though, is that it can either be very intense or absolutely hilarious. It moves fast, it has almost zero continuity (one turn you find a knife, the next turn you kill someone with a molotov), and I can decide how fast or slow it moves, which means no waiting around for a week BECAUSE THAT ONE PERSON WON'T FREAKIN' POST ALREADY. Thanks to everything being randomly determined each time period, I can post a new event either weekly or daily without conflicting posts. Deaths are permanent, but since rounds move quickly (if I post daily, it will be over in a week or two), you can rejoin in the next one. I will restart the game as often as people are interested. If you die, no worries. Hang out, enjoy your other RPs, and come back when a new round kicks off.
Also, since the game moves at my own pace and events are randomly generated, you can just sit back and watch what happens. Posting is encouraged, obviously, but if you are just here for the humor, you don't have to post at all. No one will get kicked and no one will be held back by a lack of posts FROM THAT ONE PERSON.
So why is this in Casual?
Because, since all events are predetermined, players can write out how they occurred. Your character searched for fresh water? Write two or three paragraphs about your character doing that. You and someone else teamed up to murder another person? Two or three about that happening. You died? Paragraph or two about your last moments alive. You don't have to worry about conflicting with other people, nor do you have to worry about the GM keeping track of everyone and everything. Each post is two or three paragraphs based on predetermined events. It literally does not get any simpler than that. Heck, you could just use this as a writing prompt to improve yourself. Ideally, everyone will be posting, but the RP will continue at a steady pace, so try to stay on track.
How many characters can I have?
Everyone will have the opportunity to apply for two tribute slots. One slot will be your character. Fill out the entire CS for them. The second slot will be you. All you need for that is your username, gender, and District number. You will not have to roleplay yourself. Rather, the second CS is a "fire and forget" character that is just there for the entertainment value. If you want to join but a game is already going on, just post your CS OOC and I'll tag you when the next game begins.
Tribute slots are now OPEN. Post your CS below for approval.

@TudorRose92 Please use the CS I posted in the Interest Check. I specifically said that Skills are not involved.
I know and I know they aren't involved but figured it wouldn't hurt putting them in to act as another sort of point to enhance the personality stuff. I can take it out if you'd rather!
@TudorRose92 I'm going to turn down the offer. Each event is chosen at random, which means your character, who is good with an axe, may kill someone with an explosive. Rather than picking skills in advance and risking major contradictions, your "skills" will be determined as you go.
Character name: Augustus Romus Gender: Male District number:3 Age: 16 Appearance: A taller career tribute and well fed with with short cropped back hair, styled into a low mohawk. Strong but slight build with a serris of cog tattoos Down one arm symbolising the districts technology base.

Biography: born to a family in the tech district, the schools followed two routes only. As a tribute or as a technology specialist. Those chosen based on there strengh and determination to win where side lined off as potential tributes.
The family allowing, those who have a child and won, could live in luxury for the rest of there lives, those who got out thr factories so they pushed Augustus into the training programs, for there own, as well as there sons future, labour for life in the tech halls, soft hunched till your eyes fail, or fight for a place as a tribute.

Being a teenager, desire to win also to get the girl, only a victor could, the daughter of a capital emplacemed mayor who runs the district.
"I volunteer as tribute, I want to win, I want Victor's village"
Personality: determinesd, colder and willing to do whatever it takes to win and regimented by the training halls. At first forced to fight, the prospects of Victor's village. The capital life and the luxury, determined to win.
Also has a love of marshmallows, a rare capital luxury and a sign that despite all training, still a tanager under the surface.
@TudorRose92 I'm going to turn down the offer. Each event is chosen at random, which means your character, who is good with an axe, may kill someone with an explosive. Rather than picking skills in advance and risking major contradictions, your "skills" will be determined as you go.
This RP finally has a base amount of people to start (12). However, since everyone will have two characters and one will just be themselves, I actually have room for 12 more people, depending on if the current roster wants to have two CS sheets or not.
When you first post OOC, please state whether you want to submit one CS or two. Remember that you only need to RP one of them. Your second would be your username, as explained in the interest check.
Character name: Duck Gender: M District number: 12 Age: 12 Appearance: Duck is a pale, wiry little kid with wary eyes and unkempt blonde hair. Biography: Duck has lost both his parents to the mine in D12, leaving him with only his older brother for family. When Ducks name was called in the reaping, he was sure his brother would volunteer and save him. He didn't. Personality: Duck is in shock from all that has happened to him during his not so very long life. His childhood is over, which will soon become apparent in the games.
Character name: Lily Gender: F District number: 12 Age: 18 Appearance: Tall and muscled, with freshly cut short dark hair and vivid green eyes. Biography: Lily has lived an alright life, up to this point. She's done ok as a carpenter, and was proposed to by a boy she likes just a month prior to the games. Personality: Lily gets things done, or at least that's how she thinks of herself. No reason putting off 'til tomorrow what you can do today. She's going to win this and get on with her fairly decent life, or die trying.
Character name: Rony Gender: Male District number: 7 Age: 16 Appearance: Short, stout and stocky. Biography: Rony entered the games by volunteering, taking the place for a complete stranger. Personality: Rony isn't exactly suicidal, but something like it. He doesn't like his life and his role in it and wants it all to end. Maybe, if he survives the ordeal of the games, he can find some meaning to all this. Then again, maybe not.
@Duck The "Duck" CS is literally you. No need for a false biography or anything. District Number is only required because the simulator needs a District number for every entry in order to run.
Unless you actually lost your parents in the mines, in which case, my condolences.
Either way, approved. Drop them in the Characters tab.
So i'm just going to hop in this if space is still available. Though i'm still fine for waiting for the next game.
Character name: Joseph Stalin VII
Gender: Male
District number: 1
Age 18
Appearance:6'5", 160 lbs, Dark Brown eyes, Grey and Black Mixed Hair, Smooth Complexion With Very Pronounced Laugh Lines, Friendly Facial Features, Almost Always Sporting a Smirk or Smile. Biography: The name Joseph Stalin has faded over time, removing its bad mark of history, but his name is still sometimes linked with past. It all started in 1908. Stalin had just had a child in an affair with his wife. He wanted to keep it a secret and easily could after robbing a delivery of money from the Imperial bank and having to hide away. This child was given to a distant cousin, and was raised by them, he had taken the name of his father before he had became The Man of Steel (Joseph Stalin), Iosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili II. When he learned about his past, he took his father's name as well, and became Joseph Stalin II.
The family name was kept, all the way until Joseph Stalin VI. The family was proud of their heritage no matter the amount of scrutiny they had ever been given. They had grown up in the luscious district of District 1. They had everything they could need. Training, food, water, a place to live. It was paradise. Joseph Stalin VI's son would take the family name of Joseph Stalin, becoming the eighth in the family line to receive the name. Joseph VII was a promising child, high grades at school, made friends easily, was good with his melee practices, followed his parent's orders, it was all a great life, until the choosing.
Joseph Stalin VII
All the children went quiet and one by one they all said goodbye to their great friend, their family saying goodbye to their only son.
Personality: I don't like doing these so i'm just going to sum this up. Highly charismatic, intuitive, stubborn, funny, ruthless.
@BespeckledCeph Freaking Stalin in the Hunger Games. I love it. I had actually reserved District 1 M for myself, but the simulator doesn't require only one M/F per district, so you're good. Approved, send him to the Characters tab.
That applies to everyone. Districts can send 2 males or 2 females, so you're free to pick whichever one has a free slot.
@Mattchstick The best part about that character was that I had to calculate the amount of generations from Stalin I all the way to Stalin VII. It was also a good history lesson because he really did rob a delivery of money to the imperial bank with a gang while being married at the time, it seemed way to easy to slot this bit of fiction into real history.
