VOTE IN SESSION: Should the main and key characters unknowingly be immune to the virus until death? This option will help cushion the consequences of a bad idea against a horde if the time comes... If you convince both yourself and your buds that you're not going to turn that is. Only the main, key, a few side characters will be immune if this session passes.

I myself would rather not be immune. Just for tension's sake ^^

Immunity would add more tension! Forced to go out against the Horde, despite the fact they can still nom your face off XD
That and my character can stick to punching and kicking.

How can non-immunity give off more tension?
The tension is in not actually going against the horde but trying desperately to not be spotted by it and killed or infected.
It's essentially a one hit kill, what else could be more tense?

Why should you risk your neck when someone else can do it at much less a risk? Then the fact that if certain others know your immune, lets cut the person open and make a cure!

What if your group decides that you are now to be handled with care, or worse they think you are part of a conspiracy?!

Oh and just because they are mindless monsters doesn't make them not able to end you, a person immune would still be as any one else trying to not be eaten alive by a horde! This worlds zombies dont drag ass, they have more in common with the resident evil bunch, rather than the dead rising crowd. At least how It felt while I played it anyway, particularly when you shoot the dude like 10 times in the face and he still crushed the car to get at you XD

Venom, your argument is invalid because your team could still send you out to deal with stuff and people could conspire against you, even if you're not immune. It is a world of survival and people will do their utmost to live, even if they're apart of the military branches, whilst it's less likely in the strict order of the military it will happen due to human nature.

Non-immunity is the way for me, simply because it'd make a lot more sense realistically speaking and it'd make it more enjoyable and interesting to roleplay. Whilst immune you have the guranteed survival against a zombie brawl, as a non-immune person you hold onto your life more dearly, simply because you know that a single bite or even scratch could end your life.
