Yes but things like that don't seem very common outside and would make common appearances in the world make our characters stand out that much more which is probably why momonga doesn't use them instead of sebas for say.
That sounds like even more reason to do it. Avoiding notice and such is much more thrilling then blending in. Would you be down for androids and such anyways?

Well not that WE are going to be political more that the puny citizens of the world are and we're going to make it crumble around them because what's the point of an empire if there's no conquering. Rule 2 being invoked if need be I just want rogues, magic, necromancy, swords, and heroes. Not guns, robots, and victorian era fights. If I wanted the latter I would have made an Akame Ga Kill roleplay.

OK, how about if I change Lexus Dominiel to be essentially a darkness elemental? Still a construct by 'definition', it is robed in angelic armor during combat, but takes on a mortal guise at other times. I'm going for an "Angels are the perfect instruments through which God's Will is carried out", sort of vibe which is why, as the Angel of Law and Order, I wanted Lexus to be a machine, but I'm willing to forgo that. I still want to be an NPC, come what may. Some say angels are made of light, so I'm skewing it a bit by saying 'absence of light' counts. I'm choosing Darkness because of gravity and its association with consuming light, and because Lexus has the mentality of an 'apocalyptic angel' desiring to sit as judge (law) over an unworthy mankind. Lawful good gone wrong, so to speak. But don't worry, I'll reign in the zealotry to suit Player Character's/the Guild's wants, desires, and commands.

Fighting Style: Koschei excels in being in the battle, jumping in head first without thinking about anything else besides taking out as many people as possible, while at first Koschei's attacks seem just like swinging left and right to hit everything in front of them, they know more simply that. One of their techniques is half sword, a technique used for them to get around shields and control their sword better by gripping it by the central part of the blade; another technique they know is murder blows, an strange move where she grips the sword by it's blade and bash people with the guard and handle of their blade.
Strengths: Koschei jumps into a fight with almost reckless abandon without caring about the numbers or what gear they have; her main strength is simply attacking her enemies ruthlessly as many times as she can and using the damage they send back to her to fuel her anger and make her attacks. She's primarily a melee fighter using only a sword to defend and attack, secondly she uses intimidation to scare and at little times kill weaker people with an imposing glare giving into their true berserker.
Weaknesses: One thing that could actually stop Koschei is a stronger berserker, another berserker would stop Koschei and cause a long battle till one of them won. But Koschei's main weakness is magical attacks, weather they are elemental attacks or simply magical blast or weapons with elemental enchantments or simply magical offensive items. Another weakness would have to be Kiting, where someone such as an archer attacks and keeps retreating before Koschei can get within melee range to them.

Because being completely honest it would be pretty boring for you in this circumstance as you won't be able to properly talk with NPCs, and some player character conversations you will be cut out of due to being an NPC, a group that shouldn't be informed about what the PC's actually are.
The Imperii NPC's are cut up into three main factions with some very small subs. The Clergy managed by the Grand Patriach, the Army led by the Centurion Claudius, and the Frumentarii led by Severnus the Assassin.

Lexus would spend most of their time exploring in their 'mortal guise', which looks like a human. Only in combat will they reveal their true form, and they will only do so with the intent to kill all witnesses. And I still think being an NPC would be fun since the interplay between humans playing gods and NPC's who actually believe them, and said humans trying to deal with the WTF of being transported into a game and hiding their non-godhood-ness from said NPC's is a great source of hilarity and drama.
@Stern AlgorithmAlright I'll let you build a CS skeleton to see if there's anything really questionable about it but in the interest of fair play I'll at least let you try the idea though I still don't think it will work out like you have planned. This roleplay was built with the mind set that Player characters would be the main focus with support NPC's doing their things in the background.

Slow and ponderous, Lexus Dominiel does not chase, rather, it relies on its enemies coming to it, or it uses gravity magic to pull opponents within range. Lexus Dominiel operates much better at defending a position, acting as a literal wall, or in helping allies suppress enemies through the use of gravity spells. Lexus Dominiel's forte is thus area control, and anyone who gets close enough must deal with its oppressive, crushing power. Lexus Dominiel is also quite capable at casting high-level spells which require long cast-times, but thanks to its impervious nature, Lexus Dominiel can maintain the channeling uninterrupted. Lexus Dominiel is also no slouch when it comes to melee combat, relying on its massive hammer and tower shield to pummel and repel enemies.
Strengths:
Lexus Dominiel is a divine construct, so its physical form is held in place with magic, making it incredibly resistant to physical and magical damage, with a few exceptions. Lexus Dominiel is highly skilled with casting Gravity Magic, and is capable of performing magical rituals. In combat, Lexus Dominiel usually keeps several auras active simultaneously, whether they be supportive or offensive. Lexus Dominiel also weighs a tremendous amount and cannot be moved against its will.
Weaknesses:
Lexus Dominiel is slow and its movements are simple. As a construct, Lexus Dominiel is susceptible to lightning damage, which it refers to as the 'Irresistible Judgment of God', to which Lexus Dominiel must succumb. As a practitioner of Gravity Magic, a subset of Dark Magic, Lexus Dominiel is also weak to Light or Holy Magic, which it refers to as the 'Compassion of God', and since Lexus Dominiel sees itself as an aspect of the Wrath of God, and God's Compassion is greater than His Wrath, therefore, Lexus Dominiel must also succumb to Light. It uses these names to explain that its weaknesses have some divine reason, rather than 'game mechanics'.
