I wanted to make a post basically leading the group to the room where their belongings are. Have a literal line of bodies positioned to show them the route till they see Van again in the room and he'll welcome them to escape as he understands team work.

Only problem I can see is the many floors of guards between the group, and going solo commando without sneaking the whole way seems a bit insane. Though, being honest, I'm not gonna have the group stop for every floor. So, that can definitely work. Though, Van is definitely gonna hit a one-man roadblock on the R/T Floor.
