"The Humans will end up cleaning it anyways." He says as he looks at Xerc. "Make sure that you don't leave anything behind. Have fun." He says as he sits on the sidewalk, still physically weak.

[Shadow Dragon]

He lifts both his hands, and shoots a double jet of unholy flames onto the monster, setting it on fire. The flames consume the body, leaving a huge pile of ash, and the property damage to the buildings around the beasts. He hears sirens, so he leaves a few fires burning, and begins walking away. He sees half a dozen cop cars, and at least 4 firetrucks, speeding to the scene. He looks at them curiously, and watches the firefighters search the fires for any injured. Humm....why do they do that? They'er just going to put themselves in danger.

He continues to sit there. As the emergency vehicles arrive, he gets up and stumbles back to the Vendors shop. He grunts as he sits in front of the shop, leaning his back to the wall. As the Firemen and Officers work to begins damage control, Athe slowly regains strength. Whatever created that Behemoth, knows how to defeat Athe. They know what weakens him, and that's dangerous. What, or who, ever is behind this attack, knows exactly what's happening. They really need more Protectors to pop up.

[Shadow Dragon]

He walks out of the fires and smoke, briefly showing his true form, then changes his appearance to look like a normal human. He coughs, "Wha-what was that?!"

[Skinner35]

"What was what?" He replies, looking at Xerc. He uses his sword to help him stand.

[Shadow Dragon]

"The monster has something in it's chest. One sec." He rummages around in the pile of ash, and pulls out a large gleaming glaive. "What did this monster come from? And who stabbed it?"

[Skinner35]

"Huh... That's odd. Never seen that before..." He says as he limps over to look at it. "This has to be from a Protector... Has to be."

[Shadow Dragon]

"Same thing with that helmet. Wherever they are, they haven't stopped fighting. I wonder...."

[Skinner35]

"Whoever it is, they need to make themselves known. We need allies, not shadows." He says as he makes his way back to the store, going inside and sitting at the bar.

[Shadow Dragon]

"If they're fighting in the place they're captured, then they can't make themselves known, now can they?"

[Skinner35]

"These beasts don't come from Limbo, if that's what you're saying." He says as he starts drinking. "Those only come from the powers above and below. I can guarantee that the Behemoth came from Hell."

[Shadow Dragon]

"Would that mean that at least one of them is stuck in the Underworld?"

[Skinner35]

"That is a possibility. Which brings me to why I left." He says, then drinks. "I will traverse Hell with you, but not Purgatory. Traversing Hell is hard enough for me... Purgatory would kill me."

[Shadow Dragon]

"Why do you say that?" He sounds amused.

[Skinner35]

"Well, I was made of this world. So, as Humans, I was not made to traverse the supernatural plains. My body is just barely capable of Hell, but I am certain that Purgatory will literally tear me apart."

[Shadow Dragon]

He laughs. "So you are built to fight the otherworldly armies, but you can't take the fight to them? No wonder you guys are barely keeping the earth safe!" He almost bends over in laughter, using his ax handle to keep him upright.

[Skinner35]

"If I die, Humans are left unprotected. I was made to keep them safe. I am not meant to bring the fight to them... You don't know how many times I've just wanted to throw it all away and siege Hell... But I cannot." He says, concealing his unearthed rage.

[Shadow Dragon]

His eyes explode into flame. "I can see the anger seething in you. Tell me, Athe, if I went, right now, and attacked the human leaders, would you leave your post, your guard against the creatures of both heaven and hell, and go to stop me? What is your drive in this fight? What compels you Athe?" His body roars with the flames of hatred, of rage, of passion.

[Skinner35]

"If you threaten Humanity, I would lay down every power within me to destroy you. But, my rage is not meant for you. Leave my ambitions alone." He says, visibly closing himself off.

[Shadow Dragon]

He twirls around his ax. "Even if stopping me resulted in hundreds, if not thousands, of human deaths?
