Today's epic fight: Hiems vs the cool comfortable concrete floor
Now that's something worth turning You say Run on for

Since Hiems is not much of a naming, or name shouting person, I'll explain this briefly OOC.
That's the prototype(and also a bit toned down) 'ultimate' move for Hiems, which will be named 'Frosty Winter Man'. He goes full power, squeezing out cold substance at lowest temperature possible from all parts of his body. His strength, speed, and the ice armor's durability greatly increases(though due to its nature it's still less absorbing of shock and is unnecesarily heavy). Also his enemy must fight with the cold near him and a layer of ice left over them with each hit. Since it's such a risky move he'll be able to use it for 30 seconds or less for now, and when he reaches the limit he'll have to take a good rest before his body can start forming more cold substance again.
