It’ll probably be a slow burn, at this rate, depending on how long the series is.

Midoriya will be too shy to shout "I like you" in Nensu's face. It'll take some time for him to gain confidence about it. Probably he'll gain some as he grows in other ways too.

Hiems has a slight grasp of what might happen(probably, who knows what is going on in his mind with his empty stare) but he won't go straight at her and say it unless she corners him with a baseball bat in her hand.

Actually Dormio will possibly be a part of an original arc, so I'll think of a one-use villain who might never ever get a written cs other than a name, age, quirk, and a short personality description.
also weak enough go be one punched by Nensu

Something like that, but in the future.
What Nensu means, is that with her ice structures, and with Midoriya’s parkour-like maneuvers, he could perhaps practice his agility upon those types of structures to reach great heights, or to enhance their teamwork on the field.
