U.A. school is where students train to become top class heroes, a beacon of inspiration and greatest hope for the future of the world. With figures like All Might (in the past, worlds greatest hero), Gang Orca, and Nezu (among others), in charge, School operations move smoothly and efficiently. Training/Guiding the youth seems to be their calling now more so than out on the battlefield. The school has raised countless superheroes who continue to fight evil/crime and raise their popularity ranking among civilians. On the other side of the same coin, Villains have been restless and on the move, especially since All Mights announced retirement. At first, it just seemed to be random isolated attacks here and there but it seems a villain coalition is on the verge of being formed.

RULES

1.) No back-to-back posting.

2.) PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SET-UPS!!

3.) Make sense. If we can't make heads or tails of your posts they're likely to get skipped over.

4.) Get permission before using another player's character in your posts if it involves changing the scene or making actions. Everybody will take beatings in this game in battle however, so don't get pissed if you get punched or blasted into a wall by the bad guys! Namely me or the Co-GMs controlling the badguys...

5.) Problems with the game or players should be sent directly to me or the Co-GM through PM's. I don't want a bunch of bickering in the OOC. And I don't particularly like it when some random argument costs the game players and story potential. So don't be dicks to each other, just send your concerns to us.

6.) Abandoned characters will be used as NPC's or killed off within the context of the story.

7.) “I was waiting for [insert player/character] to make a move” is not how this game is played.

8.) There is no rule #8. (I actually took this non-rule from an old Lord Wraith RP LOL)

11.) In the event that I'm offline for any period of time, the Co-GM @crystalmushroom will take control and HER word will then be law.

World information

1.) All Might is a retired hero who became a teacher. He's meek looking, kind of gaunt but still has hope in the youth despite trials and tribulations in his.
2.) Class 1-A does not exist
3.) Entrance Exams begin tomorrow, and Provisional License exams in a week.
4.) One for all does exist but only All Might knows of its existence. All for one -- tbd.

Hey, I’m sorry about this but someone in this roleplay already has a barrier creation ability.
Take a look in the character tab to get a feel for the taken abilities and feel free to try again.

For anyone reading this: I'm fine with similar abilities but it still needs to be different enough to be unique. HOWEVER i don't want any more barrier people (we've got 2) or darkness manipulators (we've got 2)

Bio : at the age of 6 he was raised by his pervy granddad who was an elite assassin after his parents couldn’t teach him how to control his power after experimenting and nearly killed his twin brother. For 10 yrs he’s trained in with his granddad to be able to fight without overusing his quirk. Highly competitive and lust for a good fight to the point where he’s arrogant and would use his quirk to strengthen a weaker opponent to appease appetite for battle. Has a love for H-manga because it was the only thing available for him to read outside of war tactics and strategy books. Loves to fight those with high potential and experiment on those with low potential

She wear a bikini because it allows her access to the substance she throws. She doesn't realize that is probably why her popularity is so high. Is known to surf into any crime scene, but might misplace the vessel she rides on. Have been voted hottest hero of 2016.

Quirk Description: Once a target has been determined, when a projectile has been launched, regardless of size, it will follow it's mark until it strikes the designated point. The smaller the projectile the faster it travels. The major power he uses in the launch, the more damage the target endures. He is able to transfer that same ability to another by touching the back of their head. So long as the person's Quirk is activate, their Quirk will hit their target.

Bio: A real straight arrow. Follows the rules to the letter. Has a strong sense of justice and believes in repairing a broken law system. A clean freak and borderline OCD. He doesn't use a super hero name because he believes they are impractical since everyone knows he is a hero anyway. He keeps a roll of pennies in his left pocket.

Drawbacks, Has an internal battery that needs to be recharged through sunlight, needs to be recharged every two days at least, else lethargy and an inability to use powers will set in. If the core mass of protons is wounded they can regenerate through prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Went to schooling to work with solar panels/clean power due to its compatibility with his quirk. He changed when he was mugged on his way from school and realized how tenacious and powerful his quirk was in fights. He continued his schooling in electrical mechanics to open a side business to funnel his criminal income.
He chose to become a villain instead of a hero to eventually gain true power in the world/political system, not the small power of heroes. Ultimate goal is to rule the world so that people can start to work together on a global scale to progress. Prefers to settle things peacefully but not afraid of settling things with someone dead. Dislikes doing dirty work personally.
Unknown(TBD) if he is immortal due to protons not decaying.

Gadgets: Nicholas uses smoke bombs, a grapple gun and a handheld super computer.
Weapons: two Colt 1911 pistols, two KM2000 knives, brass knuckles with tasers on them and hand grenades.
Looks:

Brief Bio: Nicholas Rand was one of the few people born without a quirk and this made him an outcast among his peers and the but of many jokes. But unlike other quirkless individuals Nicholas fought back against the jokes. He would get into fights at school and break the teeth and bones of any student with a quirk who messed with him. He took joy in fighting and beating those who poked fun at him for not having a quirk. Nicholas even loved to humiliate those he fought. Many of his classmates feared him and some called him psychotic. After several suspensions from school and violent altercations with students, Nicholas got kicked out of school.

His parents were furious with him and he was sent to live with his uncle Ivan who had a history in the military with the hope that Nicholas would be taught to control his aggression and be a better person. He didn't know much about his uncle and wasn't expecting his uncle to change his life in such a major way. His uncle was indeed a veteran, but he wasn't interested in making him a normal member of society and instead wanted to help him channel his rage and anger to do some necessary good for society.

His uncle had a quirk that granted him the power to find riches and treasure, which he used to amass a secret fortune throughout his life. Ivan was extremely well read and decided that the world needed more righteous champions willing to purge the slime from the earth. And that's where Nicholas came in. He was to be this new breed of hero who worked outside of bureaucracy and make evil tremble in fear.

And so Nicholas was put through vigorous training and pushed to his limits. He was trained in several martial arts and was especially superb at boxing and street fighting. He was also trained in marksmanship and the use of gadgets. After years of training, Nicholas asked his uncle why he had chosen him to become this new type of hero. Ivan explained that he was dying of cancer and didn't have much time left so he took him under his wing to make his dream become real.

Nicholas was upset at the reality that his uncle was dying, but he was also told that he would inherit his massive fortune and the mansion. And so for the next several years he would spend his teenage years going to train with his uncle for the entire summer as well as winter and spring break. When he turned eighteen he moved out of his parents house and went to live with his uncle to help keep things in order until he died.

On his uncle's deathbed, Ivan told him that he was ready to become the hero that society needed and handed him his will leaving everything to him. Right before he died Nicholas told his uncle that he would do what he wished and purge evil from the world. His uncle then died and Nicholas went on with their plans. Crafting himself a suit armed with gadgets and guns, he was ready to go to war with criminals as The Vindicator.

Nicholas began his bloody crusade against crime and he took extra pleasure in taking down villains with quirks and finding sadistic joy in their suffering. He is now a crusader that works outside of the law and bureaucracy to bring justice to those he deems a plague on society.
