Alec sat down in his cell and messed with a broken piece of wood

The mercenary smiles. "I would know, highness. You've been too kind." Finally at the throne room, Elias turns to Vinashy and bows at the waist. "Any other little quests? Anyone you need taken care of? I'd be honored to escort you to the werewolves' border for whatever that was; otherwise, I'm going to feed and look for somewhere to sleep that's not a cave. The sun is setting."

[Shadow Dragon]

"I have several guestrooms. You can stay in one of those for as long as you wish. I'll send for you when I have decided on........ a target."

Elias turns to face him fully. "That would be fantastic," he admits. "Thank you. With that taken care of, is there anything you would like done tonight? I'm an effective interrogator in my own right, if you want anything out of the Merrow."

Alec sat up almost as if he could hear the mention of his name

"Interesting proposal. I'll think about it after I drink something."

He grins. "Wonderful." Elias turns to the kitchen -- he knows where that is. at least, after he was hired here for a suspected poisoning attempt. He finds something to drink and leaves the castle. He doesn't run into much trouble finding his belongings, and makes his way back to the castle.

Vinashy is relaxing in his throne, swirling a chalice filled with a red liquid.

Alec is sitting in his cell

Angel was in her room, still on that balcony. She sighed.

He stares dejectedly at the scroll he's been trying to write for the past few hours.

A hand loose on the bag over his shoulder, Elias walks into the main hall and sees Vinashy. A maid gestures calls to him to take him to his room, but he all but ignores her. "Everything alright, Highness?"

Faustine gathers her books and scrolls and slams them on her counter in frustration. She tears the makeshift map, covered in scribbles and marked-out notations, off of the drawing board. She glances at her clock and pales, then calls in a maid to get ready for bed. Her sleep is plagued with nightmares.

[Shadow Dragon]

He looks up. "Hum? Yes, yes. Just trying, and failing, to write this stupid letter." Crumpled parchment litters the floor around him.

[Vampiretwilight]

Angel stayed up for quite some time during the evening and night. She could not sleep.

Alec was bored so he annoyed the guards

Elias cocks his head to the side, and hands the maid his bag, smiling absently at her. She scoffs, but takes it to his room. "Whatever for?"

Angel paced around the balcony a bit.

Jack gets up from his throne and walks over to a set of armor on a stand. He pulls out a small sword from a rack near the stand and begins to practice striking the stand. Stopping mere centimeters from striking the stand. He does this for some time, an occasional "dink" is heard as he accidentally strikes the metallic armor.

Angel sighed and stopped pacing.

He finishes writing the letter, and rolls it up, tucking it away in his robes.
