Ash nodded and said “ya…it sounds like we can do it but I don’t want anyone to get hurt for me…”

Scsrlet said “I don’t like bad guys running around hurting people. And I’m good at tracking and hunting them down”

"And I'm sure that anyone who doesn't want to will speak up. Besides. It's a headache a best. We'll be okay." Carth assures her. "I'd rather tolerate a headache or a migraine than anything else."

"Understandable." He walks back over to his work space and would start to set up for his next batch of medicine.

Ash nodded softly and looked around and asked “did you find something to eat?”

Scarlet looked at him and asked “so what will you do on the road?”

It seemed to dawn a Carth then for as soon as Ash said something about food, his stomach growled. He gave a goofy grin at that seeming a little embarrassed. "Wanna go look together?" He asks her.

"Other than keeping everyone alive, I guess fight if need be. I know martial arts and can use a staff well enough." Orion explains to her. He paused what he was doing and seemed to realize something. "I need to run an errand to a couple to people and give them their rounds of weekly medications. Want to help out?"

Ash smiled and nodded, following him into the crowd. But there were eyes watching them, a pair of red eyes.

Scarlet smiled and nodded “I’d love to help”

Carth was excited as he took Ash's hand without thinking and made their way to the food stalls. He would get a couple meat kabobs and munch on those, having let go of her hand and then go one stall at a time to see what Ash find appetizing. They had stalls from fried foods, meat, and treats.

Orion gave a curt nod before making his way to his carrier bag and sets it on the table. He makes his way around his work stations, grabbing all sorts of things from tonics, potions, other medicines as well as dressings and the sort. He would sort it all out with ease.

When he was ready, shutting the box and slugging it over his shoulder, carrying it like it weighed nothing. He looked to Scarlet to see if she was ready to go and then would head out.

Ash got some skewers and a bag of dried fruit. She walked around with the men, suddenly feeling eyes on her.

Scarlet watched him and asked “so what are we delivering?” She walked out with him, making sure his door was locked.

Carth and the assassins checking out the stalls with Ash. Carth was at a stall buying a few cookies when he looks to Ash confused. The assassins looked about their business without making it seem obvious that they were looking for a threat.

"We're delivering some medicine to some of the elderly, the sick and disabled that have lived here a long time. And can't get about. I get out and about so it's no trouble." He answers.

Ash looked at Carth and said “what’s up? You look confused” she looked at the closest assassin and moved her head to the left, saying she felt the eyes behind her left shoulder.

Scarlet frowned and asked as they walked “what will they do when your gone?”

Carth seemed to try and focus on what he thought were a pair of red dots but he couldn't tell for sure. He looks to her with a shrug but his guard was up. Altoron closed his eyes and used the shadows to his advantage. Trying get a visual based on the direction given. He wanted to know what they were and maybe even trap them with the shadows once located.

Two figures were watching Ash and the taller of them said “that’s her alright. The mistress was right…but not with who’s around her. We will have to be more careful about this one. Can’t send a monster this time”

Maltoran moved closer to Altoron to see what he found. He reported his finding whom then went to Ash and stood infront of her. He then holds his hand out to her. Carth goes to Ash's side at that moment. "Shake my hand like you just helped us." He mutters to her. Once she does as asked, he shakes her hand before placing his other hand on shoulder.

"Two people are watching you as we speak. I'll give more details later. We will see if we can watch them ourselves. Go back to your quarters and we will meet you there with intel later." He informs her before letting go of her hand and shoulders, waving to them with a smile like nothing happened before giving a pat to Altoron and then his brother Kanarus and disappeared. But they soon rerouted to find the two that were stalking Ash and hope to question them.

Ash nodded and said “be careful…” she watched them leave and she turned to Carth “come on…” she stopped eating as they walked now on edge.

The two men started moving and one said “the bounty hunter isn’t with them…we can hit them in the alley by their place”

Carth continued to eat but was cautious of their surroundings. A hand on his sword and the other with a pastry that had meat in it. "I wonder how Scarlet is doing with the doc." Breaking the silence. It was better for them to think their guard was down then know that they knew.

The three assassins worked from the roof tops and the streets. Altoron closed one eye to see through shadows ahead as he maneuvered the streets leaving the two brothers to the rooftops. Though this hindered his sight, Altoron knew well how to compensate for it as he searched. When he pinpointed the figures he found it better to follow them and make sure they stayed in his sight.

Ash nodded and said “she will be alright. He knows what his doing…” they turned into an alleyway to go to the cabin and a voice said “now your finally alone” two men dropped behind and in front the pair. Ash moved in front and said “what do you want with me!?” The front man smiled and said “you are being requested to come with us to our mistress…” he shot out a blast of ice and hit Carth in the chest while the other man jumped and wrapped his arms around her tightly, his arms glowing then shocks ran thru her. She cried out and tried to break his grip.

Carth stood back to back with Ash when they got surrounded. Just about to draw his sword, Carth was struck in the chest suddenly and fell back from the force. Hearing Ash's screams filled him with urgency as he rolled forward and shot a fire blast at the man that shot him. He then ducked and dropped down and swept his foot out to trip the other that had Ash in his arms, hoping to use Ash to knock the wind out of him while letting her get away.

One of the assassins dropped down on the one that attacked Carth effectively binding him with shadows, the other would go after the one that attacked Ash. Altoron came around the corner and straight to Ash to see if she is okay.

The ice user went flying into the shadows as Carths plan worked and ash landed on top of him knocking the wind out of him and his arms loosened a little. But ash was still being shocked till the assassin got him off of ash who rolled to the side smoking.

Carth ran to Ash Ash Altoron turned and walked up to the one that had attacked Ash, the other assassin going to Ash, pulling a canteen out and poured some water onto his palm. The water enveloped his hand of which then he used the watered hand to go over Ash's skin to cool her off. "It will be alright. Her body is overloaded by the electricity that was sent into her body."

Altoron binds the one that attacked Ash with Shadows, no emotion clear on his face that could be seen. "I have questions and you will answer." Altoron demands. "Why were you looking for Ash?" He asks, if the figure doesn't answer or tries to be a smart ass, he will have the shadows bind get tighter.

The man looked back at him and said “because our mistress ordered us to. It’s no mystery…” the other man was trying to get up and used the wall to stand. He saw the others by ash who was sitting up against the wall and shaking badly. He pulled a blade and then ran at Carth, blade up.

But ash opened her eyes weakly and saw the man coming. She saw the threat and then everything went white. Suddenly Ashs eyes glowed silver and she threw her hand up, the man stopped in his tracks. He couldn’t move then he gasped as his own mana started to be pulled from him into a sphere in front of his chest. Ash pulled her fingers into a fist and said in a tone none of them had heard before “no one…will harm…the young one…in front…of me…”
