(Technically, taking the fruit is theft - Sebastian did say that the orchards were owned by somebody. Sebastian and Cassandra disapprove, and will voice this disapproval, but they will not stop you if you want to continue. At this point, they care only about getting to the city.)

Part of being lawful evil is reading into laws like a damn lawyer :P. He's willing to follow them to the letter, and quite fervently. To the letter, not in spirit. Including punishments.

He does greatly dislike blatant thievery, and murder. But he doesn't have an issue with taking fruit from a tree within an owned orchard with no obvious signs of ownership or protection. To him... Its basically picking up a coin that had been dropped on a road. Someone technically owns it. But its unprotected and unclaimed property.

Also, I am back. Pardon my absence. I was sick, and Couldn't get to read and write properly.
I am thinking Surina wouldn't mind much of disapproval gazes - it's part of the usual attitude towards her.
On the same note - She would definitely want to taste -everything- there is to taste.
Perhaps she could leave on the field something in return, to not actually "steal" it.
