There is, mind you, still a bench between us and the wall. And that's lower to the ground. And if that's the shrapnel, then it's gonna knock your feet right off at the ankle. Then of course there's still the powerful pressure wave and heat that you're going to have to deal with striking you on the back. Plus the multiple machines that are lining the walls, those could always be thrown around by the explosion. And if the C4 falls, when the sword dissipates, it would just mean that you're closer to the explosive.
I did say that I threw it in an arc over you, rather than at you. It's suspended on the wall at just above head height.
